I cannot say enough good things about our experience working with Liz, Montica and Hayley. Our home purchase was particularly challenging from the start (we currently live in another province, we had to deal with waiting for military posting messages, etc.) but Liz and her team worked tirelessly to guide us through the process from start to finish. Then, when an unexpected health issue occurred right before closing, we needed to use a Power of Attorney to sign the closing documents. We may have lost the house, but the girls did everything they could to help ensure that didn’t happen. If it weren’t for this altruistic and selfless act, we very well may have lost the house. All is well - today is the possession date - and we are thrilled to be the proud owners of a home in Victoria.

My partner and I were first time homebuyers and a bit overwhelmed by the whole process. Liz was absolutely incredible at assisting us through this process. As a newbie to the housing market and anything mortgage related, she was patient, available on short notice and helped answer every question I had (and there were a lot!).
