Worst experience.they never call you on time, I have taken appointment twice and both of the times I didn't receive any call from any doctor. The call to reception is so bad. I don't recommend this clinic

Terrible customer service from the front desk. Very rude & they rarely answer the phone so it's impossible to get an appointment.
Dr. Minovi is great but wish she wasn't in this clinic.

Seeing the doctor to see if I had toenail melanoma. He looked at the man, said nope and gave me a prescription for fungus. I still don't know if I believe him because he didn't ask for any medical history whatsoever. I have a long history of cancer on both sides of my family. So not impressed.

Dr. Johal is my family doctor, he’s very knowledgeable and professional. We are glad to have him as our doctor.

I recently had an experience at Ellwood Medical Clinic Abbotsford that left me feeling quite disappointed. While I understand that clinics can be busy places, the professionalism and courteousness one expects were notably absent. The receptionist named Manshar at the front desk came across as particularly unprofessional. Her tone of voice was inappropriate and lacked the basic politeness that one would anticipate in such a setting.

In the service industry, especially healthcare, where people are often anxious or stressed, it is crucial to provide a supportive and respectful environment. I hope that the clinic takes feedback seriously and makes necessary changes to improve patient experience in the future.

After searching for quite some time, I have finally found a good doctor and clinic. Dr. Johal is an amazing doctor; he is very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and professional. If there is ever an urgent situation, it is easy to get an appointment ASAP. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service and will definitely recommend this place.

No care for others whatsoever. Whomever owns the clinic is most insincere.

Stop towing people from a space you don’t need or use.

Dr. Minovi is an amazing.very caring and she always follows up. The clinic though is an absolute mess. Nobody picks up the phone. They are already open and every time I call nobody answers.

Why is there a phone if no one is answering it? A doctor made a hospital in india. There are no doctors here. They are leeches. You should do your job properly and phone people but they dont answer and give appointments and talk rude. The health-care system is bad, if i could give negative stars I would

The worst doctor, alway in rush doesn’t care to listen to you, wait time are horrible. Prescribed me some that no doctor will, been having memory loses and now he’s no where to be found, not even emergency.
