We've purchased our bread oven, two mixers, and a dough sheeter from EM Bakery for our small artisanal bakery. There is no one I would trust more than Mark and his crew to guide us through making these sorts of big and important bakery purchases. A+ equipment and A+ service. Thanks you all!
