I do not know all of team members by their individually names, but they few i have met and interacted with were polite and humane, which makes them outstanding in their different service (including our DOUBLE DOUBLE COFFEETEAM) delivery.

To crown it all, the Support Section i was privilege to encounter was topnotch, with so many love and care assistance.

It has been a wonderful experience working with embers. I started with Ember this February 2023 with general labour. In less than two months I moved to skilled labour. Today, I am proudly a skilled labour (Plumbing). All thanks to Ember sending me to site where I learnt on the job. I met at the Vancouver office nice and cheerful staff, people like Manav, Jason, Joshua, Victor, Titi, Paulina, Connie, Mark and others. These guys, you are really good. Keep up the good work.

Embers is the place guys. You can build your career through Ember. Just like me.

I registered with Embers years ago and a few times I've gone out to a job and it's been cancelled and Embers paid me nothing so it was a waste of time. All other agencies pay higher than them for CSOs and Doug Aanson doesn't bother answering my calls or phoning back to discuss the low wage they offer. The staff they send out to site are poorly trained and often under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. I wouldn't recommend using their services as employers or to waste your time working for them until management changes. They are by no means a help to the community and take advantage of funding and the unfortunate with alcohol and other issues.

Send me to a job site and only to be cancelled when I showed up and you guys offer 2 hours to waste my time refund and you didn't even pay that in Friday as I sent an etrans

I worked for embers as a CSO in building industry. It was 3 months ago, when I heard about Embers as a well-known and good reputation company from one of my old friends who already works in Ledcor company.
I went to the Embers office in the Vancouver branch for the first time. It was a friendly environment with nice, unique, and lovely staff. Immediately I got a job as a CSO in various famous building construction companies. All staff there are available all the time and respond to your inquiry promptly. All the payment will manage and pay without any delay.
I strongly recommend this company for everybody who wants to work in a safe and convenient way without any concerns about finding a job and their incomes.
They act as a strong platform which makes and promotes your future.

Ya, not sure about this place. Hard to find and when I actually got in, I was told I had to sign up online.on certain days. Website never mentioned that. 1st impare the most important. I'll go somewheew else thanks. Best of luck to all who are looking for work.

Ember staffing solutions was definitely an experience for me, coming from residential construction the types of jobs I were getting were very different from what I was was used to though I struggled at first the staff worked with me continuously until they found the right place for me in about a year I went from Carpenter to foreman and I'm now working full-time with a great company thank you ember's, ps lots of free training

I've been going to work here now 2 weeks and they are always professionals. If you need work they have it so just call or show up and I can personally garuntee you will be working your first day. If your serious about work, this is the place to be.

Embers is an amazing place, they make you feel welcomed! They give you what ever training you require, you get very healthy wages and benefits!

Be committed and show up to office on time and you will end up with a pretty regular work schedule. Great place to get some experience under your belt working for different companies. It's good to see how different companies do the same job (s) a variety of ways.

10 times better then labor unlimited people ready or any other temp agencies. They actually care about their workers.

If you can work, and follow instruction, it is perfect for earning money to get you through the month and survive.

Embers I would not recommend to anyone the staff are very stupid idiots they work on favoritism I was the first one there at 5 am and left at 9 am sure you get coffee and danishes and peanut butter and jam sandwhiches but peanut butter does not pay the bills

Great place to work as well gain experience and receive what ever career training you need with the construction industry and beyond. The staff at embers are very hard working and at times might be stressed out just like any other human on earth but they've always been courteous and helpful to me. I'm proud to have worked for them and I wouldn't have the training or the experience if I didn't join the team. Thanks Embers

The staff at embers are rude and arrogant.not very nice. But hey, if you can deal with the neurotic staff at embers, then luck be with you.

I've never worked for embers, but my husband has, from the first time we came, pregnant & needing quick money to tide us over until we got settled, embers was quick to help putting him to work. And coming back to the province just recently, same situation, a little one in tow AND expecting another.embers was there to put him to work right away.
I don't know what others are complaining about having to show up so early.
If you want money, you have to make sacrifices.
My hubby would wake up at 3: 30AM just to get ready to make the trek down to embers to get the job done.
Nothing comes easy & with hard work it pays off.
Embers looks after their workers more than fairly, from helping with lunch/breakfast to rides to work sites, if waking up earlier than your used to, or having to walk a little bit to get to work, then I couldn't agree more. EMBERS isn't for you because your parents raised a sissy.
But I'm sure if you keep applying, Rotten Ronnie's is hiring for LESS than what embers is paying out.
AND Rotten Ronnies also has "flexible" hours to suit your sleeping & eating habits.

I had two labourers from Embers today. They couldn't even last the entire day. It was simple work (sweeping, general cleanup). I wish i could say that this was uncommon but roughly half the workers Embers have sent me over the years have been unable or unwilling to do a full days work. (the worst pair i had only lasted an hour).
I only call Embers if every other option is exhausted and then only begrudgingly.
I would recommend someplace like IRL. They are more expensive but their people are actually able to put in a honest days work.
