No room for small companies. Sales team is good but Arrogant and dishonest (milanie) crd team even having account there from last 7 years they said we have big companies to look after you can go buy from some where else.

It's OK, but there's alot of room for improvement
1. It would be nice if they could keep up on their stock. Supply chain issues aside their allways out of the parts I need.
2.considering their Supply issues it would also be nice if I could order the parts online from their website but they don't have a dedicated purchasing website so I could order the parts I need in advance.
Those 2 issues are the major irritants everytime I go to Emco
Nothing has changed since the initial review very busy there and could not get the parts I needed because they didn't stock them
