I got waxing done, very hygienic, and professional. I reached 15 min late due to me being unable to locate the place, but still, they were considerate to accommodate my request. I would recommend.

Their services were excellent. Nicole, my therapist explain everything to me and walk through me with all procedure. Thanks guys

Had a great Relaxation massage with scalp Therapy with Nicole. She was really good and i left feeling very relaxed and fresh.

I enjoyed a very pleasant experience getting my nails done at the Emerald Spa. All of the staff are friendly and seem to be knowledgeable about their products and services, the manicure was well done, the atmosphere calm and relaxing: just like you would hope for at a spa!

I had my first signature facial with Nicole late 2022 and I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else. In fact I was in a very high end spa in the Okanagan and had the same treatment, but it didn't measure up in the slightest to my time with Nicole. Simply amazing. I feel like my entire being has been treated. I walk out of there like I've visited some serene planet for 90 minutes and want to go back. I can't say enough about the excellent experience I have had with the spa and especially Nicole. Outstanding!

I had a O Cosmetics Facial with Aurora and it was lovely! Aurora has a lovely calm vibe and was a lovely guide through the whole experience.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Nicole at Emerald Day Spa, and it was one of the best massage experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, Nicole made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed with her warm and welcoming demeanor.

The massage itself was truly incredible. Nicole's technique was intuitive and precise, and she was able to work out knots and tension in my muscles that I didn't even realize were there. She listened carefully to my concerns and tailored the massage to my specific needs, ensuring that I felt completely rejuvenated by the end of the session.

The spa itself was also lovely, with a calming and peaceful atmosphere that further enhanced the overall experience. From the comfortable massage table to the soothing music and fragrant essential oils, every detail was carefully thought out to create a truly luxurious experience.

I would highly recommend Nicole and this spa to anyone looking for a top-notch massage experience. If you're looking to relax, unwind, and leave feeling completely refreshed, you won't be disappointed.

Today I had an O Cosmedics medical facial with Nicole and am so grateful for the extra touches she provides for my skin and body. Starting with the rosemary essence, the cleansing, exfoliating mask, hydra peel, and ending with the scalp/ leg/ arm and neck massage, I was in paradise. Not only that, my skin is glowing and as usual, the O Cosmedics facial has curbed my dry skin and ezcema. I feel like a new woman! Thank you Tanya and everyone at EDS for continuing to be consistent in excellence!

I recently had a Signature Facial with Paola and I was SO pleased with my experience from booking through to the treatment. This was my first time visiting the spa and I knew to expect that it's a small space frequented by regular and long time clients. Both the receptionist and Paola were welcoming. For many years I had facials with a wonderful therapist overseas and so upon moving to Victoria I wondered if I'd ever find someone as skilled and also as kind and nurturing. Paola was all of that - incredibly kind, professional, nurturing, and skilled. While it's a small treatment room, it was warm and quiet and I felt completely pampered which was exactly what I was needing. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Paola!

Aurora was wonderful she gave me an amazing facial, great products, my skin felt and looked so clear and smooth! I recommend her and this spa

I thought the sign outside Emerald Day Spa asking customers to wait outside was an outdated covid requirement, so we walked in.and waited. I was doing a Couples Massage with my girlfriend. The office is SO tiny there was nowhere for us to stand or sit except face to face in the middle of the office. No one welcomed us when we walked through the door so we felt awkward. Fortunately the two girls who did our massages did a great job, but considering how were treated when we arrived, I would hesitate to recommend Emerald Day Spa to anyone new.

I had the signature facial by Nicole - she totally transported me to a magical place. The entire session was divine, and left my sensitive skin glowing and as smooth as silk. By far one of the best facials I've ever had, and I've travelled around the world to 5 star spas to indulge. This is such a treat to have in Victoria. Customer service, the location and ambiance, the price point - everything was five star. Can't wait to go back.

Had a back facial with Nicole. It was amazing! Not only did she give me a back facial, but also a leg and scalp massage. I left feeling so relaxed. Would highly recommend!

This wee spot was amazing! I had the best spa facial I have had in a long, long time. It included arm, leg neck and head massage.i certainly will return to try other services. Pricing is excellent for service provided. The esthetician was lovely and very attentive.

Fabulous services. The staff are especially caring and kind. My facial was very enjoyable, so many extras that it made the experience a 'must do again soon'.

The lacklustre curb appeal does not properly reflect the lovely spa and staff inside. My hubby and I enjoyed a couple's massage on our honeymoon. The aromatherapy component was lovely.

Visiting from Ontario, treating my future daughter-in-law to a facial for her birthday. First time at Emerald Day spa for either of us. I had Tanya and she had Aurora. Both ladies are amazing I would recommend this spa to anyone. You won't be disappointed. Will go back next time visiting.

Just finished my pedicure appointment with Lauren and WOW that was fantastic! The foot and leg massage was phenomenal, I seriously melted into the chair! I'd give more stars if I could, definitely going back!

I loved my classic facial with Doreen at Emerald. I learned so much about my skin and what it needs/doesn’t need. Overall felt really well cared for, and I appreciated Doreen’s product recommendations on my way out! The covid protocols also kept me feeling safe.

I had a massage with Nicole and it was a dream! Everyone at Emerald was nice and professional and made a very comfortable environment. I had to book another appointment right away! I highly recommend coming here.

My husband gifted me an Emerald Day Spa package for Christmas last year and I finally redeemed it today. It was the Urban Utopia package (mani, pedi and facial) plus a massage and OMG, I feel like a new woman! So relaxed, my skin feels incredible and my nails are Aurora (esthetician) was awesome - very friendly, professional, great attention to detail. And a thanks to Tanya who accommodated my schedule and was gracious and understanding when I had to reschedule a couple times. It was such a treat today and I'm already looking at the menu for my next appointment (and taking my mom as a thank you for babysitting!) Thank you so much for the exceptional day, will def be spreading the word!

I had a wonderful facial at Emerald Day Spa. It was my first time in and I will definitely be back! I felt pampered and relaxed by the end of it and my skin felt fantastic. I also love that they offer kombucha to drink before or after your treatment.

Great prices for the services offered, and super friendly as well! In a bit of a non-glamorous location but lots of parking and once inside the staff are so welcoming and treatments totally make you forget you’re on a busier street! Would definitely recommend (and have!).

Doreen is hands down the most fabulous esthetician at Emerald Day Spa. This lady has 20 years of experience and it shows. My 120 minute signature facial literally eased all my tension. What sets her apart from the rest, is her incredible massage techniques. I am a regular client of hers now and cannot wait to see her again for my facial next month. I highly recommend seeing Doreen for an incredible experience you will not soon forget.

My spa pedicure at Emerald Day Spa was so so lovely! It included all the bells and whistles (foot soak, scrub, massage, paraffin), and for such an affordable price, especially considering it was a 90 minute treatment. I will be returning. In fact I've booked a facial for next week. The prices are great and the service exceeded my expectations. Thank you:)

MARVELLOUS! Thank you so much to Jessica for the wonderful 60 minute relaxation massage this morning. I left feeling completely relaxed and ready for my day. I felt comfortable, safe and well taken care of. I told her that I’m always cold during my massage and she came into the room with a heat wrap to keep my back and feet warm. So much attention to detail. I was very impressed with the COVID-19 protocols in place and the professionalism at this spa. No wonder why they have been voted the best!

This is a great spa. I had the massage and it was very relaxing and quite a treat! I have been once before and will go again!

I have been coming to Emerald Day Spa for about a year now. I always see Courtney for my facials. She has helped me understand my skin and I have seen definite improvements in the amount of white and blacks heads I was getting.

I went in for a facial with Tanya and she exceeded all expectations! It was amazing and I felt well and truly cared for by Tanya and her lovely staff. Customer for life!

The owner of this spa is very lovely and offers excellent service. I came in for a product and was disappointed in the price-increase (not her fault, Aveda's) and she went out of her way to try to help me find something inside my range, even though I was grouchy. Thank you.:)

Had my first ever facial today and got my brows tinted and shaped. The experience was wonderful. Courtney did a fantastic job, I left feeling so so much better than I did coming in. The whole thing was so comfortable and soothing. Would recommend to anyone.

I love this place. It's cozy, clean, welcoming and totally unpretentious. I took my mum for birthday manicures over the weekend and Jessica and Jo took awesome care of us. My nails were in really bad shape and lo and behold I actually get compliments on how nice my hands look at work on Monday!? That is a first. We didn't feel rushed, I was so relaxed and my mum felt so pampered she asked why we don't go to Emerald more often! Thanks ladies keep up the awesome work:)

Got my pedicure with Jessica, yesterday February 14. As usual Emerald Spa is the best Spa in Victoria. Great professional services, clean, punctual, helpful, offers a variety of services and so peaceful. I’m very happy I found Emerald Spa and I’ll temain a customer for years to come. I went in for a facial and eyebrow & lash tint and it was incredible! I saw Courtney and she was amazing. The facial itself was so relaxing and pampering but she also did the good stuff that gives real results like extractions and lots of exfoliation. I feel like too many facials are all about the pampering and fluff but this one was the perfect combo of both. My skin seriously feels like a baby's bottom and it honestly feels even smoother than when I had a $300 facial at a medical spa a few weeks ago. I would recommend this place to anyone - whether you have real skin concerns or are just looking for a relaxing experience, this place is great either way.

Best Massage I have ever had from Tania. Love this spa, wish I could go there a lot more often.
