Ignorant, beyond rude, the gentleman driving the SUV left an feeble elderly woman the in the sun and Confused as she wanted a car, not SUV. She asked me several times if I could get him confirm there was a vehicle coming.it was hot. I had 3 out of 4 of my kids with me, he junked at me.hollered and rushed me in the vehicle and quickly begun to verbally berate my I front of my kids and told me to call pg taxi next time as he knows the situation. I told him I just wanted to make sure the woman got into a vehicle alright, that's when he told me "you don't know what you're talking about""jesus"

Worst cab service ever, if you don’t produce cash up front they’ll take your stuff and leave

Taxi 70 was missing a buckle I'm the back seat, and one of the 2 that were there wouldn't buckle so I had to hold it closed, there was no plexiglass blocking the passengers from the driver

I’ve never even left a review before but I’m so in shock I just had to. I wish I could give this place 0 stars the lady on the phone was so unprofessional and rude and hung up on me three times. Being out of town I wanted more confidence that the cab would actually show up. Must have been having a bad week… yikes

Almost caused an accident this cab 77 then almost went head first into a meridian and almost caused a pile up in a main intersection this was in chilliwack. So I called and was told cab 77 wasn't employed with them anymore yet buisness name was all over it.

After a disappointing let down by PG Taxi, I called Emerald. They were not only quick to pick us up, polite to us, they were also less expensive. I appreciate the timely manner in which they came. If not for them, I would not have made it on time. Thank you.
