I would have liked to post a -10 for customer service. After 15 years of buying pizza there I complained. The pizza I got had 0 sauce, 0 feta and was only half covered. Awful

The week before I gave them a 10 you never know what you will get and Tony I would fire your head cook or manager as he is sooooo rude to good customers.

I think I will NEVER order a pizza here again.

I’ve ordered from here for few years now and the pizza itself has never disappointed.

People who are complaining about the waiting time should just remember to call half a day ahead, it’s not brain surgery. If you call at 5-6pm on Friday and weekends you will have to wait an hour. So I always do that and never a single problem and pizza is done perfectly.

Tried to place an order, sat on hold for 20 mins, guess they were too busy to answer, ordered from Ocean Park Pizza instead, think it was a smart move

Unfortunately disappointing. The pizza was 15 mins past 1 hour but that's alright, we understand it's busy.

Upon arrival, half of one pizza was burned and the other pizza was completely stiff from overcooking. For $50, one would expect a more careful process. After calling, they were great about replacing the pizzas, just asked that I sent a couple photos in, which I did. I was then called back to say they won't remake them, as they are fine and there's nothing they can do. I spoke with the manager who was unfortunately very curt and seemed upset that I had an issue with burned pizza. She informed me that some people like their pizza crispy and if I don't want it that way I have to ask in advance.having traveled all over Italy, I can confidently say, nobody cooks any sort of Italian pizza crispy and stiff. Nobody.

After having to unfortunately argue my case, she agreed to replace.one of the two burned pizzas. This replacement pizza was also 15 mins late. Also half burned. If it's supposed to be a certain consistency shouldn't it be so on both halves of the pizza? Some responsibility should be taken for at least a very uneven cooking process. Perhaps their oven is to blame, but what really prompted the review was the way in which I had to argue to get a decent pizza, which sadly never arrived. The second star is an appreciation that they at least remade half my order. For the price especially, I wouldn't look here for authentic pizza.

It's accurately like a 3.4, it's good but like without that edge, crust has a char but the palette of pita bread, what they do with the sweet honey on the crust is a nice touch. The sauce lacks and this is pizza so that's pretty major. All that being said it was the best perogie pizza I've had but that's comparing to BP so the bar ain't that high. Decent but doesn't come close to the pizza reigning champs around the GVRD so I felt like the reviews were a tad decieving or benefit of the doubt to uneducated. Caused a disagreement with the girlfriend so she agrees with the reviews. Pray for me. We ordered 5 pies and the best of the bunch was the Genova. Read through the reviews and saw people complaining about the char on a thinner crust oh my lawd, some people's opinions are laughable.

Sadly Emilio's disappointed today. We bought a large Capones pixza for $31.50, brought it home and ate 2 slices a piece before realizing the salami still had plastic on it. My wife actually pulled the plastic out of her mouth. I called them up and let them know and they said they would make another pizza for us. No problem. Drove back down 20 mins later to pick up the new pizza and told them to be careful with that because someone could choke. I then asked them as a good will gesture if they would give a coupon for another pizza for another day, as their way as a business of saying sorry for the mistake. Nope, was the answer. Manager said that the remake was free and that should be good. Bad business sense. I am a business owner too and would never not compensate a customer for a mistake my company made. Keep the customer happy Emilio's and they will come back. This customer does not feel like returning. Lot's of other pizza places in town.

The word on the street is that this is the best pizza in White Rock. I don’t know why I’ve waited so long to try it - I’ve been missing out! Got the Very Veggie thin crust pizza and it was loaded with all kinds of veggies, even butternut squash. The corners of the crust were drizzled with something sweet, probably honey. It was delicious! I’m excited to try the other veggie and seafood pizzas.

Best pizza everrrrr!? Except for the fact that they have the worst customer service I think I've ever received. We had a complete fiasco of an experience when they sent us a pizza missing 3 toppings and then charged us to have the replacement delivered (which was missing an ingredient!) Then the manager offered us 25 percent off of one pizza which essentially replaces the money we spent having them send us the wrong pizza after their mix-up. So, today we order 2 pizzas using our little 25% off thingy and guess what!? No pizza after 2 hrs! We know they are often late in delivery, so we call and check up. They haven't even made our pizzas, claiming we never finished the phone call even though the gal who took our order confirmed our address and the order and said it would take 90 minutes. Then they offered to get us our pizza in 40 minutes with no compensation for their total lack of responsibility. Thanks Emilios! We won't be back.

Emilio's is a gem. Staff are so welcoming, pizza is sicilian style and well priced. The quality is excellent.

Super disappointed I ordered 1 pizza was told it would be delivered in 1 hour 15 min waited 1 hour and 20 min called them and they didn’t even make my order and told me it would be another 30 min. I had a house full of kids waiting to eat. No honesty from this business on time or if they are able to even make the pizza. This place should be ashamed

This place is awesome for unique pizza. Their crust is very different but everyone who tries it loves it! If you are in the area and are craving some pizza this is the spot.

Live within walking distance so there way too often. Can be busy at peak times. Hands down best thin crust pizza in town.

This was an incredible pizza experience. Fresh ingredients, excellent presentation, and friendly service. I'll be back!

Lovely pizza, but sadly the person who deal with the customers seems to have a special treatment for non Canadians, so sad to have a place like this managed by racist people that can’t understand that different doesn’t mean bad and like it or not this country is the result of immigration.

My wife has a lectin and gluten deficiency so it’s difficult when ordering food from anywhere to which we understand.
However we ordered a pizza and they missed a couple of ingredients on it so we called back to just mention what’s happened in the hope we could just return it and get one made correctly. We were told that the best they could do is “NOT CHARGE US FOR 1 EXTRA TOPPING THE NEXT TIME WE ORDERED”.

My wife was frustrated and used an expletive, not directed toward anyone, but just in general and attempted to again just ask for a replacement and she was told under no circumstances will that happen and the manager preceded to say “ITS ONLY ONE INGREDIENT AND ITS NOT A BIG DEAL”.

I called back and the manager refused to talk on the phone saying my wife was rude to him which didn’t happen at all she was frustrated.

I mean technically if this guy purchased a car and it only came with 3 wheels would he drive off.

Will not be coming back here ever again and will spread the word customer service was atrocious.

I made my cousins walk from the far side of the beach and back for this.
The pizza was good because they did not bet me up after.

I would recommend the Barbecue Chicken.

91 dollars for three large pizzas was a little more than you would pay at Panago or Fresh Slice with their offers.but Emilio’s large is pretty large and the 10 of us had enough to go around, so that worked out to less than 10 dollars per person.

Listen, i eat a slice and I’ve never tasted anything better in my life! And then I eat the box. Thin crust with the complimentary sauces. Jesus Christ I will travel to Italy to find a pizza better than Emilio finattis!

Ordered on a Friday evening for delivery 5 minutes away. Was told it would be about an hour which was fine, but when we hadn’t received pizza an hour & half later I called and was told “it should hopefully only be another 20 minutes”. I cancelled the order and went for Mexican (which was amazing).

Really Tasty. Can't beat Thousand Islands Brockville tho. Comes close. Great sauce.unique.but Sooorreeeee!

Today was our first time getting a pepperoni large Pizza here. It was really good, the crust could of been a little thicker. Next time we will ask to get a thicker crust.

Somewhere between and Neapolitan pizza and straight up dominos. Lots of choices, extensive menu, pick up times are so variable though varying between 20 mins to 2 hours so plan your meal accordingly and perhaps order in advance.

Pizza was decent, but the phone women was so disrespectful, so much attitude and was not kind what so ever.

Best thin crust pizza I've had in the province so far! As long as they keep it authentic with fresh ingredients I'll keep coming back! The reason I gave one less star is because the costumer service seems to go a bit down when the manager is not in, like when I went in last weekend and it was all teens working seeming like they were having a little party in there which is fine- just make sure to serve the costumers in the manner that keeps up with the stores reputation:)

Best pizza in White Rock hands down. Only true authentic thin crust you’ll find for miles. They can feed my family any night of the week (except when they’re closed of course).

Pizza is good. Delivery and customer service has gone completely down hill. They used to be very accommodating when they were starting out but not any more! If you're not within a 5 min drive from there, they won't deliver to you.in this day and age where you can get literally anything delivered to your house this is quite ridiculous. And if you're within their "delivery range" be prepared to wait and hour and a half atleast! They'll tell you an hour or hour and a half but the delivery driver apparently is always stuck in an accident scene, traffic, construction.so if you want pizza delivered to your house call somewhere else! Unless of course you're fine with waiting half the night.

Love their pizza. They are always with the authentic mouthwatering taste. Big fan of Moro orange pizza here, specially with the Spicy dips

Good pizza lousy service with no concept of time when it comes to telling you how long to have your pick up pizza ready for you. Waited almost 20 minutes longer than when they told me to come and get my order.

Visiting from out of town and came across this place googling pizza places. Reviews looked great so we ordered. When we arrived there was a line to pick up orders which we knew was a good sign that it was going to be good.and it was! Amazing pizza!

Great pizza but they were swamped with orders and the anticipated wait times kept getting longer. Several people walked away and or cancelled their orders.

I've already liked Emilio pizza but not anymore.

I know that all business has been difficult time since pandemic so I try not to be judgmental about it but waiting over 40 min delay outside standing and not telling me about if there was problems is not cool at all.

The lady finally told us they burned the pizza so they were re making it.

Yum! We've been waiting to try this place for a while and it was great quality pizza. I'd say it would have tasted even better if we had had it straight from the oven. We ordered and then came back as it was going to be 30 minutes. It's a busy place to the line up was long and I wasn't quite sure if I should have budged to the front to pick it up or wait in the line. I believe it was ready when they said but unfortunately we didn't get it right away do to volume. Regardless the Hot Sicilian and classic Margherita were delicious! We will be back again

I’ve been promised numerous times of a time of delivery, and again now I was told under 1 hour and it’s been 1 1/2 hours and it’s just going in the oven. Don’t promise what you can’t deliver on. I’ve been ordering here for the past 10 years and likely will go somewhere else, I don’t think you guys appreciate your customers…….

Delicious, crispy thin crust with unique tastes. Perogy pizza is the best and closest to a actual perogies that I’ve ever tasted. BBQ chkn pizza had strips of bacon not cheap bacon bits. Definitely worth every penny for real food!

Roma thin crust pizza, worse ever, no cheese, no red onion, parmesan hardly any. I won't get back. To be fair, attendant was very good.

These are the best pizzas in White Rock! The crust is so addicting, crispy and flavourful and all the toppings are always fresh, and of the best quality! Highly recommend to try their specialty pizzas.

We had take out and really enjoyed the pizzas! Such great flavours and the creativity of each pizza was crazy! We will definitely stop by again soon to test out all the other options!

Had the most mediocre pizza tonight and when I called to ask what has changed as the pizza was barely ok I was offered a free 2 oz honey butter on my next order. Seriously? There will not be a next order ever!

Ordered a meat lovers pizza. It took over 2 hrs for delivery. Pizza showed up with olives and slices of tomato. Last time I checked meat lovers doesn’t have those toppings on it. I also ordered two cesar salads which i only received one with no dressing. The pizza was horrible. Soggy and tasted terrible. In the first time in my life I couldn’t eat a pizza and threw it out. When I called and complained I was told sorry it was a busy night and they were under staffed. No refund or compensation was ordered. I’d rather order for a big pizza chain for half the price and better pizza.

Emilio Finatti has some really good pizza! I'm not from the area but I would definitely come back to White Rock for this pizza! There's plenty of toppings and good quality ingredients too. The price point may be on the higher side, but you get what you're paying for, I think. Service was impressive.nice

The Hawaiian was packed with large slices of ham and plenty of sweet, fresh pineapples and chunks of bacon bits all piled upon a perfectly thin crust and gooey, thick mozzarella cheese. The Dizzy-d-Lux had lean ground beef, pepperoni, banana peppers, mushrooms, basil and parmesan cheese, a ton of toppings and delicious combination.

Really great pizza. Went there years ago it was the best pizza I ever had. My most recent visit I felt it wasn't quite as amazing. Still very great though, and really fair prices for the quality food you get.

Overrated for what it cost. $54 after tip (pickup, not delivery) for 2x large pies, 1 Hawaiian & 1 Alfredo chicken.

Best pepperoni pizza with the best thin crust! Won the award in Vegas for a reason. Never get delivery. Even pickup can be really slow to wait at peak times.

The gluten free pizza is so good here! We had the Fungi pics with bacon tonight and it was absolutely delicious.

This was the worst experience for pizza I have ever had. Not only did I not get the right pizza, when I called I was very rudely spoken to and the solution they had was for me to send a picture.which in my opinion is a ludicrous way to handle a customer who has already waited 1 hr and 45 min for their pizza. Not only that but the pizza that did show up that was right was over cooked and covered in wilted lettuce.apparently arugula. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Not once did someone apologize or give any sense of concern that a customer was upset. Very disheartening experience.so much for an evening of comfort food made worse by rude and very entitled apparent “managers”. It would have been very simple to have just said we are sorry but sadly a very simple solution turned into 3 lost customers.

Is this frozen pizza warmed up?
I was so excited as I had read rave reviews. Anyone thar thinks this is good pizza has never been to Montreal, New York, or Chicago. And certainly the owners have never, ever been to Sicily. Ever. Dry, tasteless undercooked, cold even though in asked for well done.
If I want an "India" pizza I'll stay in Vancouver and go to Supreme Pizza on Victoria and 49th.
As for Italian (sicilian) Pizza, this is not one.

One of the better sauces I've had. I just had a personal size and I'll be back for a regular size next time I'm in White Rock.

To this day by far the best pizza I have ever had. After learning about their awards I was not surprised at all.

Some of the best thin crust pizza I have had. I like how the crust has a sweet coating on it. Cant wait to try the other pizzas on the menu.

Delicious discovery!
Just walking around, bumped into this place. We ordered a large hawaiian/capo Picante and. Wow! Simply amazing! One of the best pizzas. For sure It'll be worth driving from vancouver north.

Good tasting toppings, though the crust is too thin and too dense, making it chewy and to taste of baking soda in the slight. Not enough of the delicious toppings.

This place is the best pizza ever! I know your thinking yah right. This is how pizza is supposed to be made, how its susposed to taste. They use all fresh ingredients. Theres a reason its been voted best multiple years in a row. Dont waste ur time or money on the other places! Treat yourself! I usually get hawaiian with ranch dip. This place is a 10 everytime

The reviews are not an exaggeration! This is pizza that not only manages to be unique and memorable, but also amazingly tasty. I will make an effort to have this pizza every time I am in the area.

Nothing less than outstanding! Jackson made our pizza and wow, just wow. It was perfect, great crust, awesome taste. And such a friendly staff. I am impressed, and I have eaten a lot of pizza in my days. Well done, well well done!

Horrible, horrible customer service over the phone! I waited for a very long time just to put an order in, and it was accepted by the first girl who picked up the phone. I called back to request that the delivery driver calls when he's here instead of ringing the doorball, and had another girl tell me that "It's too far, we don't deliver there, but you can come pick it up. " Keep in mind I live 20 minutes or less from the location. Would never attempt an order from here in a million years! The people who answer the phones are most customers first impression of a business, and I was clearly NOT impressed.
