Picked up my 2014 Ram Mega cab last week. Tanbir was very knowledgeable and helpful. They did everything they said they would do. They made purchasing a used car an enjoyable experience. Easy to talk to and ask questions, not pushy at all. Oh, and the price was extremely fair as well. Ok all. We looked at a lot of other dealerships. Money was a professional from top to bottom. He has some great Vehicles. If your looking for a diesel truck go no further. Money and the team will get you a great truck. They treat you like family.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all very poor customer service. Called to inquire about a truck and was told I’ll get a call back, never did get that call so I figure I call them again and same thing. 6 months later I guess there will be no call back or info on that truck.

My wife and I were in need of a truck.really wasn't looking forward to the buying experience, especially in the summer heat wave of 2021. We walked into Eminence Auto, already mentally set on "dealerships are scam artists" and met our now friend Mike. I have to say, my wife and I stand completely corrected. Mike had nothing but patience, knowledge and empathy for us in our buying experience! He was completely open about everything from the moment we came in. Carfax report, title status, price point and inspection documentation were all diligently gone over as well as most recent work done to the truck. I found a couple small issues that were a concern to us, Mike and the team were on it ZERO questions asked! They stuck to their word on EVERYTHING! No BS, no gimmicky sales tactics and no Hassel. If you're in the market for a vehicle, you would be doing YOURSELF a disservice if you didn't at least speak with Eminence about your vehicle needs and criteria. More than likely, this will be a one stop shop for you and if it isn't it will be because they didn't have the exact product you were looking for; not because you had a bad experience or the price wasn't completely reasonable. Just picked up a white Optima from these guys. Can honestly say I’m pleased with their service.

Was initially pessimistic at first, I’ve had some bad experiences with car dealers in Surrey in the past, how ever after talking to these guys I could tell they were genuine salesmen that had no intention to screw me over. They’ve done their homework and price the cars correctly for the benefit of the customer. Their cars are priced to sell, not to haggle. Not to mention that they gave me a killer deal on top of that.

I also appreciate how they went the extra mile to ensure I knew everything I needed to know, not just during the sale but for the future as well. They practically guided me through the entire process and did not take advantage of the little understanding I had when it came to financing a car.

After all the paper work was done, Garry and Money made sure the car was in prime condition before it left the lot for me.

Just bought my fist car (via finance) through eminence auto works (have always been a firm believer in if you do not have the cash don't buy it). WOW, they sold me a Great car. Full load, leather interior all the luxurys a man could ask for. In my opinion if you are serious about a top of the line used car please visit eminence and ask for Money. I bought my 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 from this dealership. I found it on Craigslist and came from Vancouver Island to look at the truck. I was blown away by the service and product at Eminence auto. I dealt with Money (owner) and got nothing but respect and helpfulness from him. He set me up with amazing financer named Edgar who was also very kind and helpful and got me a fantastic interest rate.

My truck had an ignition problem the first day I drove (typical issue with the dodges, wasn't anyone's fault) and Money said they would take care of the bill. They go above and beyond!
