Emma's Nails - Vernon Salon

Great experience, and long lasting shellac! Was visiting friends and went to Emma’s for a Christmas manicure. It was great service from the moment I walked in.

I love this nail salon, this is my first choice for nails here in vernon.the staff is friendly and efficient, they offer bottled water and now that they have online booking, its so easy to book in whenever you think about it with out having to call during businesses hours! I love that! 10/10 recommend!

Really love the new location. It’s pristine & quite lovely. The staff are always friendly & fit us in for appts late in the day for a group pedi, which we so appreciated.

This place looks nice, very clean, very friendly, but honestly it depends who you get to do your nails whether they'll look good or not. I've been pretty disappointed the last few time and will be looking for a new place. They also charge a different price each time you go and it seems to increase every time. A fill should not cost $67 especially when it's not a great job.

Emma’s is such a great nail salon. I’ve now had a few completely successful appointments for acrylic nails and a pedicure. They are professional, on-time and so friendly. All of the staff do such a great job, and really take pride in their work.

Love Emma’s. Started going there this year & every time my nails are gorgeous. Every nail tech is so talented & sweet, I always leave with a smile. Also everywhere I go I get compliments on my nails lol. Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great friendly place. Hamy is skilled at hangnail removal. It’s been 4 years since I have been going here and she makes sure they don’t come back!

Got regular polish and it never set they didn't offer a refund but they put the cost towards gel nails and they're wonderful.would recommend

Just moved here from the coast. I came in for a fill the service was great I'm very happy with how my nails turned out I will definitely be a returning customer. Van did my nails he was very gentle. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did amazing at recreating the idea. Thank you Emma's Nails.

A great little nail shop in Vernon! Super clean and extremely friendly and patient staff.
Note to elderly men in Vernon…please go to a medical footcare provider (ya don’t be so cheap!) in town rather than bringing your disgusting feet and grumpy attitude into this delightful little shop.

My friend recommended this nail salon after I had a bad experience at a different one. She said to see Sa. So I did. Made my appointment with him and he did an immaculate job. I had a lot of liftings he had to do a lot of damage control. My experience was great. He was very clean. Wiped everything multiple times and since I am traveling I wasn’t able to get another refill. It’s been 4 weeks and my nails are perfect. Not even one little lift. Usually my pointerfinger nails always lift in the back after 3 weeks. Not this time. I am beyond happy with the service I got. Pricing was average.

Super disappointed with Emmas. They used to be one of the best nail salons you could go to but not anymore.

My girlfriend and I went in to get our nails done for Halloween.

Already with the first time around they were rude and wouldn't stop talking in their language on top of telling us they couldn't do something when the guy him self doing my gfs nails said he could but the lady was insistent they couldn't.

Now 2 days go by and my pacman I got on my nails and all the ghosts eyes never fully cured. He was bubbly and popped and there was wet polish under it all. My gfs nail never fully dried either with a completely different product.

We contact them to have then fix the issue and when we come in they just keep telling us how it was our fault that we didnt put our hands in the lights far enough and it's never happened to them.

So they make us feel stupid and like it's our fault they messed up.

After getting them fixed a second time we get home and the polish again isn't cured properly and did the same thing.

I contact them again and again all they want is me to come in so they can repair the broken ones.

By this point my gf and I originally paid $80 PLUS A TIP EACH, we paid for our gas TWICE and we each paid a baby sitter each for 3 kids each to come down and have them fixed.

They are very reluctant on wanting to fix their errors.

After all this wasted time and money all they could offer me was a discount on my next set not giving 2 caps about this current set I've been having to wear since September 20th. I've been In contact with them a total of 3 times to have this fixed with no resolution.

What happened to this place
lately very very disappointed, first at all it always bothered me that they talk in there language back and forth, in my understanding this is very rude and disrespectful!
Pedicure/ manicure should be relaxing and not that pressured because the time management is terrible, my last visit was for pedicure and manicure with shellac which I was waiting 9 days long to get in, which was ok since is summer and it’s busy time, however when I came in I was already stressed out from stuff, 3 of them keep asking x times and checking in the booking book and giving me the vibe like I had “no appointment” at that point I just thought let’s get over this and just go with only manicure with shellac, a girl start with me, then she left me waiting and started with a other client to do pedicure, a other guy came and continued with me, and obviously none stop that talk back and forth in there language, then a other guy jumped in and told me he will do it, so on the end, I end up only with a color change and not receiving manicure, this after I waited 9 days for my appointment,
After 2-3 days my shellac start cracking, I m on vacation doing nothing and my shellac is cracking!? I guess that was my last visit at this place.

OK - but OK for those prices? No, thank you. Seems if they know their clients, they're treated well - even given more time than clients which are newer. Uncomfortable atmosphere and nice to regulars.apparently not so nice to others. Odd.

Came here to treat my best friend for her bday. Very spacious, clean and we liked the service. Got a pedi and it was very nice. Will definitely come again but hopefully not in the 6th chair.the massage was stuck in one position on middle back area. Other than that it was a good experience.

Love Emma's nails! Have never had a bad experience. I find the male techs are always full of humor too! They all do a great job delivering exactly what you ask for. Great attention to detail. Never feel like I'm being rushed. Highly recommend:)

Love my nails! Just find it a bit disrespectful that they talk their own language in front of customers since we assume they must be talking about us customers! But otherwise super nice and friendly!

Clean and great decor, all white so easy to see its clean, all friendly and ever so soft spoken employees super good experience overall lots of parking with shops you need to visit most often right next door, one stop shopping.

Extremely Disappointing experience! To say the least.what I asked for was not at all what I got

I can honestly say I am very disappointed in the service I received here. I felt humiliated by the staff member who was doing my nails. When I called to tell the manager what happened, he repeatedly told me over and over that they had been in business for 9 years and their staff would never do such a thing. He insisted that I was over thinking the situation and there was no way that I (the customer) was right. All I wanted was an apology and maybe to come back for a better service. I will never be coming back again and I will definitely tell all my friends and family to not go here. What horrible customer service you have.

Super quick, my mom and I were in and out with gorgeous pedicures in less than 45 minutes. Everything was clean and the tech did a really great job of removing an ingrown and even had it checked by a second tech. Would reckoned this place to everyone who wants to refresh their feet for summer ️

Love Emma's! Been going here for years. Always the most friendly service. Everyone knows your name and treats you like family. Would not go anywhere else for my pedicure.
