On hold for 35 minutes waiting for a customer service rep to pick up the phone. Not impressed. Will be changing group insurance provider next employment contract.

They are monsters. Taking people’s money and not providing any benefits.
Edit: No one from their team has contacted me yet. These people just want your money and provide no services in return. I am providing feedback to my employer about how terrible this insurance company is. Hopefully if enough people do the same, they'll drop them as our group benefit provider.
