Great experience from check in to check out. Right when I walked in Alannah was very welcoming and made check in very easy. Carlee took the time to find out what my problem areas were and worked those areas well. Throughout the treatment she checked in to make sure the pressure was ok which was nice. Felt great after and booked my next appointment right away. Highly recommend!

I happened across this establishment and have been extremely pleased with their products/services. Angela (Owner) is super friendly and inviting of people to come in and see their store and services. I had an acupuncture treatment today with Alison Lumley and she was superb! I barely felt any of the needles and she does a thorough intake form review of one's medical history, etc before your initial treatment. I definitely recommend this Business and I am sure you will like the Staff and services they offer!

I have been receiving massages from Carlee Gudmandson for nearly three years. I had a painful knot under my shoulder blade that felt like the size of a softball. After several treatments that knot is almost gone. Carlee always takes time to understand what treatment is needed. I would highly recommend visiting Carlee if you are looking for a quality masseuse.

I first met Angela when she came to my house to host a girls event. I’m pretty sure everyone thought the same about her and that she is very intuitive, very real, super likeable and personable. I am on the tail end of Angela's 5 week detox program. I feel amazing! This program is clearly laid out and is so easy to follow. What I loved the most about this program is that it isn't just about my physical health but is designed to take care and heal emotional and spiritual health as well. The weekly journals, the healing session with Angela, and the botanical supplements are the perfect union to create this balanced and amazing program. Had a massage with Priya, and was so happy with my experience from entering the clinic to the end of my appointment. The clinic itself is beautiful and welcoming, with a large space and many offerings of products and services. Priya is an amazing RMT who takes the time to understand your needs and concerns and is attentive to the areas that need work. She also spent the time to educate me on what some of the symptoms I am having and how to go forward taking care of those areas. Overall amazing experience and great massage.

Went to Empress Heath and Wellness this morning for my first RMT session with Priya Sharma, and couldn't be happier with the experience! Was concerned at first that the location was focussed more towards women, but the gents are welcome as well. Place is clean, serene and just what was required for a successful session on the massage table. Feel like a million bucks!
