Our garage door wouldn’t open today, and E. N.was able to come within a few hours to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. (Our spring needed to be replaced.) I called in a panic at 9: 30 PM because I was locked out of my bedroom. The owner was so kind on the phone and even though it was further than they expected, he was ready to come and help me out. I ended up finding the key just as he was getting in his car to head to me, and he gave me absolutely no problem. He said he was glad that I found the key and was so nice. I know that I will call them the next time for sure! Class act! His quote was also lower than others that I called. Thank you for not being a jerk like so many would have been.

Over priced up-sellers. ENDoors charges way more than the competition for repairs and on both visits recommended upcharges not required. When Eli installed our garage door opener, he did not even bother to wire up eye safety sensors, instead putting them on the motor as a short-cut. His associate recommended new springs when only my cable required reconnecting, adding another $400 to an over priced $450 repair. Plus they charge a service call on top of everything. I had my cable re-attached for $140 on a Saturday.
