Totally a scam employers, took my 3 interviews, firstly they want part time then asked me to leave my other job, then suddenly on last interview she wants me full time, which i gave as it was my first time in corporate sector, they already new everything that I didn’t have past experience still they didn’t have anything to say About my work they started taunting me about my shoes, my professional clothes are not professional enough, even though there employees are wearing jeans inside, and on my second week she gave me termination, without any 3 verbal warning and one written warning, there rules are implied whenever they feel like so, They are totally a scam, and the reason she gave me was. “”You are young and pretty you will find another job”and at last we think it’s boring for you. Be aware to work with them. Not at all worth it, or work at your own risk.

The worse customer service and etiquette, I called them to ask about my remaining balance and the staff are lack of knowledge and they were unable to reply. Don’t trust the payment by installation as they overcharge you and they don’t worry about the customers at all.

The customer service of this location is very rude and arrogant. I’ll just buy directly from Japan through eBay if I’m not urgently need it, or go to the other 2 farther locations.

Excellent water machine, it helps me to get rid my ache breakouts since when I started living in Canada my face having a lot of pimples and I have to take everyday antibiotics for ache to prevent them.
But because of this water machine I used to stop my ache medication. Japanese machine is really awesome.

Great products. I’ve been using them for 6 years and can’t say enough good stuff. The website and online ordering are extremely difficult to navigate and the over the phone customer service is terrible. I’ve always had people be very rude and short with me whenever I have needed to call and half the time they don’t pick up. Double edge sword as I’ll never give up the products but I dread every time I need to order new filters or send my machines in for a cleaning.

Just wanted to pass along that the team at Enagic Burnaby has awesome customer service. Just showed up at their location and having not done any research was not aware of their COVID protocols. Was able to place my order online and pick up from their location. Thanks for your help guys!

The most valuable piece of technology you can have in 2020! Excellent customer service from distributors and the office. This is something every home should have.

This costumer service is joke, ordering filter true on internet not working, call the office not take order on phone, need to send e-mail the costumer service told, I did, no answer, next day call again, the costumer service tell me they will call me sortly, 3 hours later nobody call me. Now take me the second day to make the filter order and not finised yet. Take the order true on phone is maximum 2 minuts job, why is take so long

This place offers ionized water known as Kangen water! It has tremendous health benefits and also helps people to have a good financial status!

Terrible customer service. Ordered a couple things for the first time online and it got declined but the payment went through and I didn’t even get a notification indicating that’s it went through. I called for a refund and they gave me a refund but it hasn’t shown up on my credit card for more than a week. I called head office only being transferred to the wrong person and I got hung up on after giving me attitude. Really terrible customer service although the product is good, they need to work on the customer service

The customer service is the worst! I went to the office in Burnaby Vancouver to buy filter and the service is awful.they just seat there and work on their own stuff don’t even want to serve customers, and they don’t accept cash!

Absolutely love Kangen Water and been using for over a year now. Definitely the best money I ever spent especially for my health and family. I used to be tired all the time and had to sleep 10+ hrs per day, now I only need 6 hrs and my stiffness and pain are gone. I love love love Enagic. My family have been drinking Kangen water for almost a year now. I will say that it has done amazing results for us. For the last ten years, I have suffered from symptoms and signs like general fatigue, weakness, cold hands and feet, dizziness and shortness of breath. Yes love our Kangen Water been drinking this for 3 years now and have 3 water ionizers in our family! We live in Kelowna brought our one machine into get a deep cleaning and wow they had it ready for us to take back and it came back like brand new.
