Eddie of Encano Plumbing is a true Gem of a find. Even though this is the busiest time of year for emergency plumbing calls + a helper short off-sick, he came with my new hot water tank replacement. I'm a Senior on the 2nd floor of a Condo so it wasn't an easy job wrestling the old tank out + bring the new one in, up 2 flights of stairs + fitting it into a postage stamp sized entry hall closet with barely breathing room. I watched in amazement as he got the job done it a timely and proficient matter all the while not bothered by my chatter, saying he actually enjoyed our talk + shared stories. Very personable, warm, honest and I could tell he genuinely cares about his customers being happy and satisfied with his work. Which I Totally Am 150%. _I would highly recommend Any and All Plumbing jobs to Eddie and *Encano Plumbing! *

Eddy was professional gave him my tenants contact information, arranged everything to repair clogged drain in utility room plus repair a leaking shower.
He worked with Drywaller sub trade to remove damaged drywall, killed any mold & replace new drywall. As a landlord would recommend him & his company 100%

Found Encano Plumbing on Google back in 2021 when I was looking for a plumber to clear a clogged shower and sink. I needed someone ASAP so I hired another company that was available on the same day but charged significantly more than what Encano quoted later on. Ed from Encano responded to my message and was very courteous and friendly even though I ended up hiring another plumber.

Fast forward to 2023 and I found a ceiling water bubble in my first floor washroom. I contacted Ed and he was quick to respond and said he could come over on the same day to do an assessment. He came back the following afternoon to repair the leak. He also cleaned our kitchen sink line and unclogged our washroom sink as it was draining slowly. Overall, I'm very happy with the work done. Ed was very friendly and personable too.

Ed came out today to replace my garage disposal. He arrived early and finished the job in about an hour! I was really pleased with his work and professionalism! I would highly recommend Encano plumbing and will use them again for my plumbing needs! You won’t be disappointed!

Outstanding service! We called Encano Plumbing & Drainage Ltd first thing this morning with an issue and he showed up in a couple of hours even though we didn’t have an appointment. Edi is very skilled! He is a true detective. Don't waste your cash calling so many others only to find the problem is still there. Edi has lots of experience and will eliminate all possibilities. This way, you're not wasting time and money fixing something only to have to do it all over again. Every other guy who came to see my problem decided that they already knew the issue even before seeing the shower, while Edi took a couple hours diagnosing the issue by eliminating all other possibilities. If you got a leak and you don't know where it's coming from, Call Encano Plumbing!

Came the next day on time and was very professional, very nice and totally undercharge me cause he only stay less then an hour. From now on, he is my go to guy for any plumbing issues. I needed a small custom project to have an automatic water dispenser bowl to my dog. Eddie showed up on time. Very good communication before arrival. I explained what I needed, in a blink of an eye everything was ready. Neat and clean solution. Now our lovely husky Takaya will never be thirsty again.
