If you’re looking for a good dentist this is the place. I’ve been with encore dental for a year and I have nothing but good things to say. From the front office receptionists to the dental assistants and dentists. I have high anxiety when it comes to needles and they are always very calm and patient. They are quick to get you in on short notice. My husband and daughter are also patients and they agree.

I have had much dental work the past year. Encore dental has done a great job and treated me well.

They’re thoughtful, caring and they comfort patients. They make you wanna visit dental clinic more often.

Pretty bad. Starts out with constant emails, messages, phone calls about your upcoming appointment and then pretty well the same after, also asking you to review them on their private service. Pretty sure where a negative review there would go. Inside the place is like a COVID clinic, completely white and bereft of any semblance of decor. Old equipment. Technician couldn't get the x ray machine to work. Didn't have the equipment to check a previously done root canal and referred me to an endodontist. More follow up calls to see if I had made the appointment. Obviously they get a commission on referrals. Won't ever be going back

I am always pleased with how I am treated at Encore Dental. They are friendly and professional.

Finding a dentist for a Saturday is already so difficult for a family with teens each having a different phone number and schedule. Encore was great at ensuring we didn't forget our appointments and showed us some grace when my son couldn't show up due to his new work schedule. The team 9 years ago was fantastic and even now with new staff Encore has kept up with their standards. Dr. Kim was kind and explained all my dental options without any pressure. Their hygienists even gave my kids tips on the seriousness of keeping their braces clean (which is an every day struggle for a teen to do twice a day). Their Saturday receptionist is knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend them. Their office has free parking (30 second to 3 minute walk bit of a walk depending on how far you found a free spot). Thx Encore!

I have experience going to different dental clinics but my past experience with Encore Dental beats them all. Shout out to Dr. Kim for making the experience amazing. He is fast and accurate and always makes the experience more convenient. Also other staff members are highly professional, helpful and friendly.

I’ve been going to Encore Dental for years, before they moved to this location. I have always liked my hygienist. This time I had cavities that needed to be filled and the dentist did a good job. It was painless and I was able to watch Netflix during the process. One thing I really like is that they were careful to make the shape of my teeth normal; in the past (with other dentists) I know my bite has felt different after dental work. This time the numbing has worn off and my teeth feel pretty much the same as they did before. Also, they let my two daughters sit in the waiting area with iPads while my cavities were being filled, and they even let them get treats from their token vending machine thing when we were all done. I appreciated that.

PAINFUL and unpleasant experience two out of three times. Office staff & hygienist were great but the dentist was awful. She said I "would have to decide if I needed a root canal"! Did not care about the pain she was causing, cut the inside of my mouth, generally unprofessional. Her goal was billing and rushing procedures.

I have anxiety but whenever I come for a cleaning or other service, I’m greeted, treated and worked on in a kindly manner making it calmer for me. Thank you!

The experience is the best I have ever had in my life with dental offices. I have had visited at least over 20 dentists or more in my past. My new crowns wow. It is better than my real tooth. I had a dental emergency due to pain that was keeping me from sleeping. Encore Dental saw me immediately after I called and gave me a friendly diagnosis and options for treatment. I decided on a treatment hours later and they fit me in the very next morning. I had my back tooth pulled and it was comply painless! They were concerned because I winced a couple times, but it was just because mentally the idea of having a tooth pulled out can make a person wince a little. I appreciate them picking up on my (I hope) subtle reactions and checking in on me both times I did it. Dr Emily showed me my tooth afterwards, and it didn’t just have a cavity, it had a canyon big enough for a wombat to comfortably burrow in. I got to keep the tooth! I take care of my teeth, (aside from drinking coffee from the moment I get up to just before I brush for the last time at night), and the team never made me feel bad for having these issues that require correcting.
I will be going to Encore Dental from now on for all my dental needs. Thank you so much for the kind service and quick rescue!

Great staff, great dentists. Had some work done that fell apart at another well rated dentist, the team at Encore sorted everything out. Iv'e seen both Dr. Hosseini and Dr. Ji both had excellent bedside manner and take the time to explain what needs to be done. If you need a dentist, you need a good dentist. You will find them here.

Wouldnt visit any other dentist except Dr. Hossini! It's been many years since my last visit to the dentist due to being scarred and traumatized.
Upon my recent visit I was nervous but the hygienist and Dr made me so at ease.
Patient, understanding, and very gentle. Will be back for my cleaning and cavities to be filled real soon.

Marlowe and the rest of the staff are always so kind and accommodating. They treat you like they care about you personally, and I've never had a problem scheduling or rescheduling appointments. I've referred friends and family here, and they also loved it.

I don't think anyone likes going to the dentist, I surely do not.

I think that a friendly ambiance is important for any dental clinic because admit it or not most of us have underlying fears of the dentist.haha if the staffs were not friendly I would have not been relaxed on my whole stay especially that it is my first time to have my teeth checked here in Canada.

I was nervous at the start as I have had bad dentist experience in the past with other dentist but everyone is so kind and warm. The procedure went smooth and absolutely painless. The pain was my concern but there was absolutely none. I am so happy and highly recommend him to anyone. Not scared of the dentist anymore.

I have been going to this location for years now. Back when Dr. Galo was working here and the dentisry was under his name. The staff here is always kind and helpful with everything from your usually checkups to having to get some cavities filled in! Always impressed with the top notch service and I believe you will too! Highly recommend this dentistry! Will continue to come as per the amazing service throughout the years!

Dr. Hossini did 2 root canals for me and I must say that the entire procedure was painless and worry free. The staff was excellent and very professional. I would recommend Dr. Hossini to all friends and family.

I'm still upset about one particular trip to Dr. Galos office; He was my dentist as a child, one routine trip to see him, as I did biyearly, I had some cavities filled on a molar. When I got home I looked in the mirror and smiled at myself. I was shocked, speechless and I could feel anger welling up inside of me, within a minute I was so furious that I decided I shouldn't go back to confront him about this or I might respond physically. I think I was about 16, I was a young man with a lot of testosterone and my parents had split up, if I went back to talk to him I was worried that I might punch him out and I'm not usually a violent person.
Both of my K9 teeth had been perfectly symmetrical and pointed, they were nice, when I got home I found that he had ground down the points of both of them leaving big flat marks where the points used to be. He wasn't even supposed to work on those teeth. He took it upon himself to grind down my smile, which once was natural, symmetrical, and beautiful and left both k9 teeth flattened and different from each other.since then my teeth have changed a bit, molars that were once filled rotted out under the metal and such; but I still am frustrated when I feel these flat spots on my k9 teeth that I once was more proud of.: (

Have been coming here for years now and no longer have anxiety about going to the dentist! The reception crew are extremely helpful and connect with the clients to create a friendly atmosphere. They have been very supportive with matching my care with my benefits and finances they have also been helpful and flexible with my busy schedule. Both of my dentists have been wonderful and get me in and out with minimal discomfort every time! They have corrected old work and made my smile Beautiful! Awesome dental clinic.
