End Of The Roll - Kelowna

Not overly impressed with Company ordered flooring months ago and they forgot the bill nosing and transitions parts of my floor are done but have been waiting for almost a month and haven’t heard when they will be back to finish the job

We had such a great experience with End of the Roll. We had roughly 1700sq of carpet installed and everything from choosing the carpet to measurements and installation was done with ease. Brendan was very helpful throughout the whole process, always keeping in contact with us, keeping us updated every step of the way. Abdullah installed the carpets, and he was wonderful. He stayed late almost every day to make sure the installation was as quick as possible, and it was so well done. The whole process was much quicker than we expected from the time of ordering to installation. I highly recommend End of the Roll for all flooring needs and ask for Brendan, he will take care of you. My friend is still waiting on a large refund owed to her, which End of the Roll promised to honour and are now refusing to provide. Super disappointed in the service standard. Won’t be shopping here in the future.

Previously promised a refund for a friend for any unused product, only to later refuse to honour this agreement.

I was looking for carpet to replace in 4 rooms in my home, and the staff were very friendly when I was looking, however when I went to book them for install, it was a nightmare with no return calls, missed appts, and zero follow-up. I ended up calling them several times to try and re-book times for measurements and for install, and each time I was promised someone would call me back.but then no one did! Unfortunately I got tired of this and just went through another company, who was very responsive.

Great Experience. Wonderful Service, I got exactly the carpet I wanted at a very good price. I have purchased many times from this company and I highly recommend them.

The staff at end of the roll Kelowna was extremely helpful in our most recent visit and purchase.

Never shop here, I will never go back to this company. Father Ron and son Brenden lost our order and instead of owning it, they hung up the phone on me. They were to look into it what happened and never called back. When I called again, they hung up and were not interested in helping. When I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and delay, Ron said he would provide one but then when the bill came, he went back on his word. Poorly managed company with dishonest owners. Don't trust them with your project.

I called this place 7 times and they told me someone would call me back to schedule an installation time, this went on for just over 2 weeks. Terrible customer service. I will never shop there and I will advise others not to use them.

Our experience with End of The Roll was phenomenal. It was our first time purchasing flooring for our new home and the staff here was super friendly and helped out us immensely. We walked in with a certain budget, and were looking for something durable that can handle the wear and tear of a 1 year old.
We got help from Brendan in the store, he went totally over and above for us. He made sure to hit our needs as far as durability and price. It was incredible how he met all of our demands while saving us a ton of money! He helped save us a few grand, none of the big stores within in the city can compare to that!
The installation process was great, the staff did a great job no complaints from us here! If you're looking for new flooring, carpet, hardwood, or even accessories like area rugs head down to End Of The Roll and the staff there will amaze you, especially Brendan!

Hit and miss.
Sometimes they have something that works for a project I'm working on, sometimes they don't.
Not as discounted as I would expect a place called end of the roll to be though.
Generally good service.
I rarely buy flooring with out checking what they have.

Great sales and customer service. Mike was great to work with, very easy, accommodating and helpful.

They were helpful the first day we went in. They did not answer their phone the next morning when I tried to place my order so I drove back to the store. They said they would call once the order was placed that day so we would know where it was coming from. No call so I had to call the next morning. It was going to come from Georgia in 10 days which was too late for us so I canceled the order. My husband went back and chose something else that was available plus the underlay that day. The exchange was made. Ten days later they called to say my order was in! Our carpet layer said we should return the extra underlay as there was a lot left so my husband took it back and they were not pleasant when saying NO! We definitely won’t be going back or recommending them to friends.

When I went looking for a replacement area rug, I started online to get an idea of what I might like and the likely cost. Armed with that knowledge, I went to see what local businesses might have. First stop? End of the Roll. Mike Lindsay greeted me, listened, and took me directly to the carpet that 10 minutes later I had bought. I couldn't argue with his choice, the quality, nor the really great price he quoted. EXCELLENT product, service, and price. Thanks, Mike!

Friendly and knowledgeable service from the moment I arrived. Brendan helped me out and I would highly recommend anyone I know to go and see him!

Cost of install seemed high. When I called to question the fact that we had removed all carpet and underlay which should bring the cost down reception was cold. Installer was efficient, polite, however after he left we discovered that none of our doors would close due to new transitions and carpet thickness. Hired someone else to cut down the doors. I personally wouldn't leave a job without saying "by the way, your doors no longer close. " Wouldn't repeat.

Have used your services many times over the years, always great. This last round of new kitchen, bathroom and deck were reasonably priced and expertly installed by Corey and his sidekick in one day. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thanks guys!

Bob was super helpful in helping me choose my flooring for my bakery. He was super knowledgeable about the different varieties and types of flooring I am able to get for my business. Would definitely be purchasing any future flooring from them. Highly recommend!

Went in for advice on Luxury Vinyl Plank and carpet for our reno and Mike rook care us. Gave us multiple samples so we can see how it works with our paint scheme. No pressure. A+

Price was good service was good hoped for install sooner but all in all was great. Didn't waste my time or my money installers did a great job left the place clean. Would recommend them:)

End of the roll Kelowna. Where do I even start! So happy with my new floor. But what made it more enjoyable was the service Brendan gave. I have been to many stores in town and end of the roll hands down was the easiest to deal with. No pressure or sales tactics like the other stores. Thank you so much for my new floors and area rugs. Love my tile, hardwood and my new LUXURY vinyl plank in my basement:) also unbelievable area rugs selection. Thank you Brendan and the rest of the staff. I also learned end of the roll is family owned which made it even more appealing to purchase from them! Will never shop anywhere else.

The only reason I’m not giving End of the Roll 5 stars, is because they don’t provide delivery. They need to get that going for sure! It would make it so much easier for people that don’t have large trucks.
That aside, the customer service we received from Ryan was impeccable! Ryan was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! His upbeat personality made us smile, and had even my 3 year old son giggling and enjoying himself.

We came in needing to find a carpet to finish our basement right away due to a family emergency. We needed to move a sick family member in. My husband and I came in and spoke with Kevin and he was calm, cool and helpful. He showed us our options, helped us come up with a plan and got it installed within the needed time frame! It was an amazing experience to see such professionalism and care. We cannot thank you enough for your help!

Excellent job installing my new flooring. It looks great. They moved my furniture to install the flooring and replaced it when they were done. All workers were courteous, friendly and respectful. The job was done quickly and professionally.

I visited the store looking for vinyl decking. The salesperson seemed competent and nice but said they had one person who handles the quotes for vinyl decking. I explained I was on a somewhat tight deadline but would appreciate them giving me a quote. He said that was no problem at all and promised me a call back within a couple days but they never called. Since they proved to be unreliable I ended up buying the decking from another company.

Highly recommend! Great selection - great prices – knowledgeable staff - easy location - good hours! But most of all AMAZING service. Brendan went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I wanted (even though it was a fairly small order).
