Knowledgable and helpful staff. I got laminate flooring for my bedroom in an apartment. The installers did a great job and the process overall was very smooth.

We recently had Toryls Genoa oak installed
We spent time with Bob our in house sales rep. With his expertise we were able to pick this excellent quality product in which we were looking for. We were also able to take a large sample home to view, not a little square like other facilities. Bob put an estimate together immediately. Once we decided to proceed he came out immediately to do measurements and booked our installation 3 weeks later.
We then had a young man delivering the product. He was very very careful to lay each box on his dolly and then unload in our condo the same way.

From there we had Santiago drop by one evening on his own time before installation to go over our procedure as we had the entire condo installed.

Santiago and Cody showed up every day on time and did an excellent job each day. With their experience we had decided to level the floors to prevent cracking. The weather was warm and they could not use a fan, I believe they must have been tired but they persevered and completed the job on time and did an excellent job.

We highly recommend these gentleman for their high quality service

This is gonna be a big rave for End of Roll flooring service and Myrna, its wonderful flooring advisor. We came to the shop a few minute before they closed and after having enough hustles with several flooring retailers. We were in a rush for new carpet because we just got a new house and our son is going to have a surgery this weekend. Everything happens at the same time and we could not manage them properly. Myrna listened to our story with care, sympathy and understanding. She told us that she could come back to the store at midnight to get our booking because we could not do it any sooner since there have been a ton of jobs for our moving. It was almost midnight and their store closed at 18: 00 pm. We eventually came with not much hope but we still did as we had no choice. We could not believe that she finally showed up and got all the paperwork done in literally 10 minutes.

I am working as a manager in retail as well but I have not seen any retail workers like Myrna before. Wonderful, unbelievable, hard-working, punctuality, with such an amazing customer service that I don’t see often in the market. I am not even sure if her company would pay her for the over time jobs she made. I doubt but she got our heart melted.

When it comes to flooring service, the truth is most of the retailers have almost the same product categories so the thing that differentiates should be pricing, the customer service and the quality of the work. You can find them all at End of the Roll flooring centers @ 601 Boleskine Road and do not hesitate to ask for Myrna if you want the job done in peace, happiness and satisfaction.

Last year, I purchased and installed carpet that turned out to be flawed. After looking at photos, the staff agreed, and THEY suggested the manufacturer should be responsible for the problem (they'd seen this before), and they would gladly look into it. I was surprised and delighted. Ten months later and a few phone calls from me, I receive an email stating they would send someone to look at it (a ferry ride away?), and charge me $150 if they now didn't think it was flawed! And this was just the worst problem dealing with them. I do not care to deal with them again

Fantastic experience here. I got the perfect advice and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We had a challenging basement to floor, and the recommended product was the perfect solution.

Absolutely horrible experience. Flooring installed was not what was purchased. Asked to speak with manager 6 times and he never once returned a call. Their response was to offer a discount? How much of a discount will cover the wrong product being installed

We ordered laminate for our entry to match laminate in the rest of the house. The installer noticed 4 panels that were damaged and unusable in the last box (although the box showed no damage). He said we had to order and buy a new box, as we'd still be short 1 board. We did, but then my husband tried out the damaged boards and realized that, if they weren't damaged, there would have been enough! A second installer agreed. When we brought this up with the salesman, we were treated with rudeness and short responses, such as the boxes were fine when they left the store. We talked to the manager, explaining we stored the boxes carefully until the installer arrived, and even he didn't see damage until unpacking the planks. Even the new box, brought the 2nd installer, had 3 damaged planks. The manager said he'd look into it, but we never heard back. Very disappointing service.

Can’t say enough good things about the level of service, the great advice, and timely responses to the many questions I posed prior to deciding on the products I wanted. The selection is wonderful, the price point excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for floor coverings of all types.

Was able to pick up a roll of 12x10 carpet today for my bedroom. They had precut rolls In all sorts of measurements along the outer walls, made it a very quick purchase.

I bought carpet from this store last August 2021. I find the price is reasonable than in any other store that I checked around and their salesman are helpful and friendly but their installer who installed has not done it satisfactory. It is squeaking when you walk on it and did not clean carpet debris before he left. He also installed the baseboard very poorly.

Dan and his team at End of the Roll Victoria provide an excellent product and terrific customer service. We had some hiccups with my original order, but Dan stands fully behind his work and his team. Dan resolved the issue quickly and satisfactorily. I will be a return customer and am highly recommending End of the Roll Victoria. Great product, great prices, great service. I purchased carpet and underlay for a recarpetting project at home. The selection was great, and we absolutely love the quality of the carpet. The price was not amazing, but on par with competitors. We went with end of the roll because they had product in stock and could help us on short notice.

I had a wonderful salesperson help me with product selection and ordering.

As my experiences with the team at End of the Roll so far had been excellent, I was chipper and upbeat going in to pick up my order. When I got there I also asked for the tack strips that the salesman had promised me with my order, and the man getting my carpet immediately insulted his own coworker (the salesman), saying he didn't know what he was talking about - they are all out of tack strips (. They weren't). That was uncomfortable.

He then proceeded to be very short and rude with me, which was unpleasant, but whatever. I figured he was having a bad day.

Then as he and I loaded the carpet and tack strips that he reluctantly provided into my vehicle, I politely noted that he had not provided enough for my job. This clearly disgruntled employee then had the nerve to mock me (verbally and making a face at me!). I was appalled and insulted, but more annoyingly, also left with insufficient tack strips for me job. The guy literally held back 3$ for of product on my $650 order, which made me have to drive across town and buy more from Home Depot! I tried to complain to the manager but they were unavailable, so here I am.

I hope the disgruntled man gets some help, so he can stop chasing customers away. I wish I could say the awesome sales experience outweighed the nasty experience during pickup, but the guy providing my order was horrible to me for no reason at all, and was so petty about the tack strips which was a HUGE inconvenience and added cost to me. I personally will not shop there again if I don't have to.

They installed the wrong carpet and when moving furniture left a large scratch in our newly finished wood floors. Efforts are being made to fix both issues, however due to the inconvenience and frustration I would not recommend this company.

Generally good. Product I chose is lovely. On time for installation and done in the time promised. One gripe: installers didn’t ask about a cord stuck in the middle of a hallway cupboard. I forgot about it. Now there’s a small hole left where they worked around this cord in the middle of my new hallway cupboard. So be sure to be on top of such things, as my installers did not ask, just assumed I’d want that cord sticking out of the middle of my floor.

Update: salesman contacted me and has arranged to fix this. So, a class act, End of the Roll. Thank you.

I bought Mannington vinyl floor from this store in July. This store's price was a little bit higher than other stores, but I was promised to get it sooner while other stores didn't make such a promise. It was delivered later than promised, it was delivered to the wrong address and it was defective. It had dark stains and lines in several places. I tried to clean it but the stains won't go away. I took photos and sent them to the store. Then they said the factory needs more photos. I took more photos and sent. Since I have a deadline for the renovation and my worker could not wait for another week for me to re order it, I asked the store if they can give me a discount and my worker can try to avoid the bad part of the sheet since I ordered more than I need. The store said I have to wait until the factory response. It has been 2 months, no one has got back to me. Nothing. I paid End of The Roll for a good quality product and I don't understand why I have to deal with the factory. Very disappointing! Both Mannington and End of The Roll are not trustworthy businesses.

We have bought flooring for our own home and for our rental properties over the years at End of the Roll and have always found the people there to be very helpful and knowledgeable. The installations have gone smoothly and the workmanship excellent. We will always check out End of the Roll first when looking for flooring!

End of Roll Victoria has a great team. Jim was a great guy to walk us through different options and find the perfect product based on our needs. EOR team delivered on time and they have some good luxury vinyl products.

We went allll over town looking for a med-red vinyl plank, EotR had more selection of what we were looking for and actually have a far better website than I would’ve anticipated. Dealt with Bob for our LVP and transition strips, super easy to deal with, knowledgeable when we had questions, gave us a heads up when things would be longer (in one case, twice as long). Will go back when we need to.

We had a great experience with Santiago as our salesman, who was responsive, efficient and helpful. The selection was good and well presented so we could decide quickly.
The installers were, as Santiago described, artists. Both rooms were completed in one day, as promised, their work refinishing the hatch was precise and clean, and the flooring tradesmen had positive feedback from the other trades on the site, citing professionalism and pleasantness. We were glad to give them direction at the start of the day, went away and had no worries when we saw their results by the end of the day.
It would have been nice if the old carpet had been removed, as the flooring guys said, and they were not equipped with a router, which might have come in handy for the hatch.

We are in the middle of a full scale renovation of our home and needed hardwood flooring, luxury vinyl, floor and wall tile, carpets and area rugs. End of the Roll had everything we needed. Jim at End of The Roll worked tirelessly with our designer, contractor and their suppliers to make everything come together seamlessly. We were so impressed with the quality of products (wool carpet, high end hardwood, tile, beautiful area rugs) and the incomparable level of service. End of the Roll has a great team in Victoria and their products and service have been second to none. I highly HIGHLY recommend Jim and The End of the Roll. We couldn’t be happier.

Went into the store to buy carpet and install. Found the carpet and underpayment. Overall great till now. Quote was given, about ready to pay. 35% down payment was a bit steep. The sales person then demanded two days PRIOR to the install the entire amount be paid. I requested within 2 days after to ensure quality of install. They refused.

I expressed concern given previous experience I have had with some contractors not fulfilling contracts. A hard no was provided. Unwilling to negotiate, said their “reputation” wouldn’t allow anything other. I asked if so then what would be the problem to 2 days prior. No response.

Asked him to speak to the manager he said he would for a 10% only hold. Ie, $5000 total bill, $500 hold until complete. I expressed concern this wouldn’t even be enough to bring another contractor in to fix any perspective problems. Refused. Wouldn’t negotiate a reasonable situation to support both parties. Wouldn’t even bring this up with the manager to ensure it was accurate.

Overall they lost out on money and now I’m stuck at sq 1 finding another company I can trust.

I would be VERY cautious of this company. From my experience anyone demanding payment up front is not a company that is trust worthy and you will get screwed over.

Bad outcome. Sometimes jobs go badly and this did just that. Ordered a loose lay vinyl floor and professional installation. Mark asked to delay install by a few days to enable him to get a 3 person team on the job to handle the 34 foot rerolled flooring he said would be the way to handle the job we assumed. Agreed to the delay. Mark had done the install estimate. Only 2 showed and installed differently than what Mark had described, when finished we had bubbles and creases plus large gaps between the flooring and the walls in some places. Told that the bubbles would flatten and disappear in a month or so. 3 months later still had bubbles and in desperation we agreed to allow installer to glue down the area as no other fix was offered after several call backs trying to fix the problem. No help on the poor cutting. Best answer would have been to recognize that the flooring had been damaged during install and start over but that did not happen. Staff has been pleasant to deal with but we did not get what we paid for at the end of this.

Mark has helped us with our carpet purchase twice and both times he has been wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Our carpet installer was quick and efficient. We are very happy with our carpet shopping experience and the result.

Service was good, the product I purchased was good quality, easy to work with. I have two more floors that I am quoting for my projects and you guys will be my first stop for a quote.
I have one full box of LVP to return for credit tomorrow.job done.

We were nervous about going into the store during Covid but Dan Facey made us feel super comfortable & made the experience stress free. He was very knowledgeable about the different flooring and super friendly. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. As well the installers were super fast and we love how it turned out. We will definitely be back & wont hesitate to recommend End of the Roll!

Spoke with a staff there about new carpets, and he was not very helpful and passively rude. He didn't seem to enjoy his job very much and provided the very very very bare minimum. I have never met someone so disengaged with their job, best wishes to him, I hope he can find his calling in life.

Even though there ere a few glitches with our carpet arriving, Mark kept us updated throughout and made sure we were compensated for the problem. He had Wade and Shannon install our carpets and and then our lino at our home-they did a fantastic job -highly recommended!

I had an entirely positive experience. Santiago and his colleagues were professional, knowledgeable, very helpful, and were willing to educate me thoroughly about my flooring options. They listened carefully to my needs and helped me through my first renovation experience. They were responsive to all my requests. The installer Sokol is a superstar! He was prompt, energetic, and extremely talented. I've already referred a friend to EOTR and will do so again.
