We let him know what we were looking for and he gave us all the different options and provided input on which option would be best. Our installation was also great! Our installer treated the place like his own and made sure it was perfect. Very happy with experience and would highly recommend and go to them again.

After visiting all the best rated flooring companies in Richmond and Vancouver, we ended up choosing Bill and the team at End of the Roll in Richmond. From initial consultation at the store, measurement and quote within 24 hours, the process was seamless. Bill was able to work with one of their installers, BlackSea 61 Flooring, to have the carpets installed right after our painting was complete. The installation was excellent, and the carpet choice and suggestions from Bill really proved to be the right ones. We had an issue with our transition pieces that eventually got worked out, so we're really appreciative of the follow-up to make things right.
