We dealt with Suzanne at End Of The Roll in Duncan and had a first class experience. She took care of us every step of the way, start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable and a quick and easy installation. Very happy with our new floors!

Our new go-to place for carpet needs, was referred by our contractor and that was enough for us and got great service, they special ordered carpet for us, installed great and then immediately jumped into action when it was apparent the mill had shorted a roll, got replacement reordered and to us so quickly. Positive experience with Kelly instore who worked hard to have installers come in on our tight deadline. Satisfied with carpet installation but extremely dissatisfied with tile installer, Cody. Never finished the edge to our new and expensive cabinets and ripped up the carpet transition the installers has just completed and just left it. This is aside from the mess he left on freshly painted walls, cabinets and finished wood floors. Worst part is when my husband brought issues to his attention he argued and deflected rather than apologize and work to remedy it. Paid top dollar in labour for a job I need to now hire more people to finish.

We purchased a new home recently and wanted to replace all the floors before we moved in. We only had 5 days for the installation. Kelly helped us choose the flooring and carpets. She organized the installation and the team at End of the Roll in Duncan got the job done on time and the floors look amazing! We would work with them again for sure!
