These guys are my go to for any flooring needs. Down to earth, never pushing to “sell” me on anything and always friendly. I’ve recommended them to my family and friends and they also used this End of the roll location as their default. The installers are top notch too. I got a carpet installed from them 7 years ago and it’s still perfect, no wrinkles or stretch marks at all. Recently, I purchased carpet for my Mom’s place and the sales rep, Wisam, was incredibly helpful - even through a last minute change on carpet selection, Wisam helped me make the right call and was very knowledgeable and honest about the size and quality differences between two carpets I had shortlisted. Thanks Wisam, and the rest of the folks here!

Great experience dealing with End of the Roll Langley. Daryl was very helpful and patient especially since I was making choices while still living in Ottawa. I had a very tight timeline and he was able to make arrangements with Ram and his team from Maple Leaf Flooring to have the floors installed before my movers arrived! I returned to End of the Roll Langley to choose flooring for the bathrooms and had another good experience. Mike Knudsen did a great job installing the flooring ensuring that everything was done perfectly. Would not hesitate to recommend!

This is my second experience with End of the Roll -Langley and it was an extremely positive one! Wisam was so helpful in the showroom and Darryl (the owner) came to take measurements with very little notice and met a tight timeline! I highly recommend them and will definitely work with them again!

My experience with end of the roll was great, from start to finish. Picking the carpet, getting it measured then installed was seamless. Didn’t have to wait long at all and service was great.

Had a great experience in the showroom. Was able to find a nice roll end that would fit the room we needed. Michael who did the install was great to work with. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, Michael went out of his way to make sure the job got done in the timeframe we wanted. This company is absolutely the best and most value flooring store. They are incredibly helpful and they have installers to take away the stress of trying to do it yourself. I have used them 5 times in the past 10 years and have never disappointed.

Steve was excellent. I needed 20mil glue down luxury vinyl flooring for my second level rented 4plex and I had concerns with regards to noise levels. Steve really new what he was doing and his industry experience helped out tremendously. He was very honest and took the time to present all of the price options. He even remembered me and my original inquiry from 2 months earlier. I go to the Langley location when ever I need flooring.

End of the Roll Langley are the best in the Biz. From ownership, to front line, to installers, they always put the customer first and the quality of work, product and price point is next level!

Did not purchase flooring from this store but was given the name of their installer, the name Steffen who provides installation for them. He installed kitchen flooring gaps appeared about 5 days after installation. He said he would come and repair this, still waiting after 9 Months. He obviously has no intentions of doing this. I did not purchase from the store as I live in Surrey and a problem commuting. Steffen gives this store a bad name.

Right from the start, dealing with Brad getting the carpet ordered until the end of the install with Shaun and Daryle. First class, professional and awesome people. Thanks Debbie and I are so happy!

Brad Duffin is an excellent guy! He went above and beyond to help us today. He made sure we were treated like we were spending $4000 when we spent $40. He was also very friendly. It doesn’t take much to be kind and make someone’s day, so kudos to this guy and I will definitely be back here when I need some flooring!

He also grabbed some stuff from the back to see if it was what we needed. When we chose something he picked it up and carried it to the front counter without us asking. Of all the places I went to today, this was the most posting experience.

End of the Roll in Langley is our go to place for all flooring. Helpful, informative, great customer service and great products. Couldn;t be happier.
