End of the Roll was amazing! We needed to replace two bedroom carpets because the old tenants moved out and the new tenants moved in - but the carpets smelled so bad of urine. We needed to replace them ASAP and these guys not only sold us carpet for a good price but they also got out that same day to measure and installed them the next morning. They squeezed us in! Our new tenants were thrilled and so were we. We highly recommend them.

We changed all our flooring in our new house as well as tile back splash in our new kitchen, David was just fantastic to deal with and would definitely recommend them for great service and products

I had a carpet installed on the stairs I am very dissatisfied with the work because the work was not done very neatly the carpet on the top of the steps was cut crookedly also the installer scratched all the walls and the Harwood floor and baseboards for me, I sent all the photos by e-mail but waited too long for a response that I started already repair everything they did. I don't recommend these guys.

These guys really took care of me today. Came there with a dilemma.not only did they solve it for me but they went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed. Great and friendly service!

Got my floors done through end of the roll last month and can’t stress enough how easy they made it, David helped me out with all my questions and concerns about what flooring I wanted and how it would hold up and also raised some concerns that I hadn’t even considered. Then I shopped around and found a couple products that would have been abit cheaper. But when I took the samples home and tried them out I was happiest with the one that he recommended. So I went ahead with his suggestion and then they came over measured out how much I would need and they were almost spot on with the amount I needed. Then David got me set up with two guys to install it and they were very professional and did an amazing job they even managed to finish a day early. I 100% would use end of the roll again.

It might be unusual to post a review of a store I did not purchase anything from. However, it was not for lack of trying! I received such excellent service from BARRY and several others at this store, as I was attempting to find 2 cases of a discontinued floor tile for a renovation. Barry left no avenue unexplored as he reached out to dealers across Canada, hunting for tile on my behalf. Unfortunately the cost of bringing freight from a store 3,559 kilometers away rendered the project impractical, but top marks to Barry and the good people at End of the Roll Vernon as they did their best to help. I will certainly visit this store the next time I have a new project.

I recently had my basement stairs carpeted. My grandkids and I feel much safer now. Excellent fast friendly service. I highly recommend End of the Roll.

The purchase I made it into the roll was a fantastic one they let us make payments on it for almost a year kept it nice and clean and dry waiting for us to install it and then they help make sure that we got installed right I would never go anywhere else but end of the role to buy any flooring material at all

Found the area rug we were looking for! On sale and then some! We had a narrow time frame for pickup but the rug was bundled and ready when we arrived and loaded in our truck.didn't have to lift a finger. Top notch service all around!

Excellent assistance, always available, excellent installers and immediate follow up. I would highly recommend using End of the Roll in Vernon for all of your flooring and other covering (wall tiles, etc.) requirements.

They were extremely helpful and able to find the flooring I wanted pretty quickly – which was not my experience with other businesses I had tried. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for flooring!
