Can't speak to the bike rental aspect, but this shop was super helpful when my personal bike got a flat while riding the seawall! When in the West End with you partner, you have to do a tandem bike around Stanley park. English Bay Bikes had us sorted and on the path around the park in no time!

We went to rent two bikes for a couple hours to bike around Stanley Park and we couldn’t be happier with our experience

The shop is in a great location on Davie Street and very close to Beach Avenue bike path that travels to both Stanley Park and False Creek. The people were very friendly and helpful. We rented an ebike and a regular bike on September 17. The ebike worked perfect but the regular bike was in desperate need of a tune up. The gears didn't shift! On return to the shop I mentioned that the bike was in desperate need of a tune up. I wasn't very happy but they were apologetic and didn't charge me. I'll definitely be back and hopefully get a bike that operates properly.

Had a great experience renting bikes here today! The employees were very friendly and helpful. We rented Cruisers to bike the Seaside route, and the rental included helmet, lock, and basket. Highly recommend!

LA place pour se louer un vélo pour faire le tour du Stanley park ou se promener en ville. Le personnel est adorable et donne de bons conseils et suggestions sur où aller pour jouir de la vue du parc. Plusieurs options de vélo sont possibles, ils sont confortables, le panier est fourni sur demande et cadenas aussi inclus ds le prix. Ils vous fournissent une carte du parc si vous le désirez et vous suggère un bon itinéraire pour vraiment jouir de votre balade.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They were literally closing up and my friend had problem with her rear brake sticking after she got a tube replaced in her rear wheel at a different shop earlier in the day. They checked the wheel, turns out it wasn't quite fully in place, then he adjusted the rear brake and gave a few shots of WD40 where it was needed. Then wished us a good night and we were on our way. 100% would go back and give them my business!

I bought a bike used from a seller in West End. The tires were low on air. Wary of damaging the tires, I went to this nearby store and asked if they could pump the tires. The tires have a weird valve but they figured out how to pump them. They even refused to charge me. How helpful, how kind:)

Staff were very welcoming on entrance but we were coming from out of town and they didn't really provide good information like a map or even how Stanley Park is a one way cycle, that you can't bicycle on the sidewalk or that it's law to wear a helmet for adults. The rules very by province or town in Canada so this information would have been helpful

Very easy, friendly, professional, and rapid service. We rented crosstrail bikes to explore the smaller trails throughout Stanley Park. Decent quality bikes. All rentals include a helmet and a lock. Location is perfect, just up the street by English Bay beach that has bike paths leading into Stanley Park.

I've stopped into the store a couple of times because something wasn't right with my e-bike and I was helped immediately. The staff were friendly and super helpful, diagnosed the 'problem' and made the adjustment. Both times there was no charge for their assistance. You feel good going there!

Great parking in a garage behind, friendly customer oriented staff, fast reasonable service, great bikes both ebikes and regular, half a block away from the trail around Stanley Park! We got a great rate on a whole day ebike rental! Thank you!
