Enlighten Dental

Really poor service from the receptionist Mary. You email at least 10 times and there is no response; you get ghosted. There is no appreciation for clients' time and/or their schedules and this is a very poor and not customer centric experience. You call when you have a chance and then you're told that Mary is gone for the day and no one can help you. How can you make this a better experience for your clients and potential clients?

Just had the misfortune of ripping out a filling and Dr Hogarth gave me the most amazing experience I’ve had at a dentist in a very long time. He took the time and care to explain all of my options and what I can do to improve my oral health (which I’m already seeing great improvements as I have implemented them in to my routine). I have had many fillings in my life and my teeth always have extreme sensitivity- sometimes for weeks and with Dr Hogarth I never experienced even an hour of sensitivity. Would highly highly recommend him as a dentist to any of my friends or family and will continue to go to him for as long as I can.

I am very grateful i found this clinic and met Dr. Hogarth. I am very very specific patient with lots of anxieties, i was rejected couple times by other doctors because i was ' not an easy client '. Dr. Hogarth is very hardworking and knowledgable professional, you can feel it from the first consultation and also he is listening about your concerns, he works together with a patient and finds the best solution possible to make our lives better and smiles more beautiful. He always will find time in his tight schedule if something urgent came up and you can't wait a week.every time I feel welcomed in this clinic and have noticeably less anxiety sitting in the dentist chair. The office is so friendly, super positive vibe and the staff was so wonderful to talk to. You can tell they genuinely care about people here. This makes going to the dentist so much easier. My hygienist was really thorough, and did an amazing job educating me, answering my questions. You can tell that all the staff are highly educated and well versed in what they do. Never thought I’d say this about a dental office, but actually excited to come back!

Great first experience here. Staff was warm and welcoming. Hygiene appt went smoothly and was checked in upon often for my comfort. Love that this office doesn’t routinely work with fluoride, rather only when requested. Comprehensive head, mouth and neck exam by Dr. Hogarth which in all my almost four decades of visiting dentists and orthodontists, I have never had but truly appreciated. He walks the talk and has a great understanding of holistic healthcare and how dental health affects the whole body. He also provided treatment options I’ve never been offered including ozone therapy, correction to a bite issue I didn’t know I had and even tongue exercises to help stretch out a slight tongue tie rather than just surgery! Very impressed with this office and I’ll be recommending it going forward to all my patients as well.

Today I had a procedure and from my long conversation with Rob, discovered why I am dealing with some other health issues, which I did not realize were linked to my teeth. I really appreciated the insights and knowledge he shared and will be proceeding with some further work to improve my overall health. From my experience, Enlighten works at the highest level, with quality staff in all positions!

I had a failed root canal (from another provider) that was extracted by Dr. Hogarth. I am an anxious patient but everything was quick and painless. I value the holistic approach taken and definitely would recommend.

A great place of skillful caring dental care team. You might even get a musical humming hygienist and not a pocket will be missed. They all take great pride in serving their clients well!

Everyone at Enlighten Dental is amazing. I started coming here a few years ago, about a certain issue in particular (old root canals) and I was completely validated. I will only go to this clinic while I live in this city.

Good Dentists. I got some cavity work done and my partner got their silver mercury amalgam filling removed. Go here for better treatment. Very friendly staff. Fast service. If you are vegan they have lots of options for non animal based treatments.

Enlighten is a great dental clinic. Health and safety measures put in place during Covid to protect everyone are professional. Staff are friendly and supportive. I always feel well and safe at an appointment.
They are front line workers as we are in a third wave of the pandemic. As people last year had cheered and applauded our first responders, medical and healthcare providers at 7pm PST, I hope it starts again to express our continued support and appreciation for them. Thank you Enlighten

I came on referral from my naturopath, looking for a second opinion on wisdom teeth extraction. I knew i had been deemed high risk and that there were many potential complications both during and after surgery if the full scope of my health was not considered. I am beyond grateful for the care and attention I was given by Dr. Anthony Huang, as well as, his wisdom and discernment in assessing my situation. In the end, I avoided what other dentists had been pushing me to do for over a decade but I did not feel comfortable with in my gut.

The cleaning of my teeth was great as usual…the on going price increase each time for the exact same services of scaling…prevents me from giving five stars.

I hate going to the dentist but I don't actually mind going to Enlighten! They make the whole thing quick and painless, especially if there are particular things you hate they have alternative options and never try to force you into it. I have way less dentist anxiety now and a way healthier mouth than ever before. Dr. Eva makes it especially easy because she's really sweet and laid back and takes all the stress out of it.

The staff is professional and friendly and helpful, the dentists I've dealt with are excellent and actually seem to care about you and they're very close to punctual, I've never waited more than 10 minutes past my appointment time. 5 stars.
