Ive been waiting almost 5 months for a shower head arm. I went down to the Emco in pick up centre in April after paying for it at the Burnaby show room in January. They told me it was accidently put on another order and that they would send me a new one by mail which is ok, accidents happen. It's now almost July! And I haven't heard a thing. I have definatly been forgotten!

Update July 14th I called the Emco warehouse and told them my whole story again. They said the parts are there and ready to pick up. I told them to ship it out today and they are. I have spent $21,587 between last year and this year with Emco during my house construction. Never again will i use this company!

Salesman names Franco was hostile and arrogant. Thinks he is above some people. Needs to check himself and find a job more suitable to his nature whatever that may be. Drove to the Port Coquitlam location after and dealt with Mona who was so professional and kind.

Thank you Franco for helping me both my Blanco and Riobel warranty claims. I'm shocked at myself for having been a customer of Ensuite for the past decade not having written a review! Shame on me! Franco Lucia has been our contact there for 10 years and every time I've called him he's been amazing. He is definitely a "relationships and customer service" first kind of person. I have been loyal to Ensuite because of Franco. Thank you Franco for always giving us great "above and beyond" service! I appreciate you.

Horrible customer service from Darren which he blamed on covid protocol. I waited to review until I went to Splashes and got the exact opposite level of service there which was great.

Visited on Monday with zero clients in the showroom. Was completely ignored at the front door. Literally head down refusing to make eye contact. So we called and made an appointment with Darren for 30 minutes later. Went for a coffee and came back precisely 30 minutes later we arrived no one greeted us. We were forced to wait outside for 10 minutes being completely ignored. No eye contact on one else in the showroom. So we call back in and one of Darren’s colleagues picks up and let’s us in.

So Darren comes to greet us in the showroom and says he only has 10 minutes so we better make it quick. Unbelievable! We walked out. Drove 10 minutes to new Splashes showroom And had amazing service and placed our order for 2 full bathrooms worth of fixtures.

Because covid only by appointment, i was on front of the store read note and inside was 4,5 sales persons but only one customer in, try by phone but person said they are busy, i drove to splashes and have great experience,

Darren helps our custom home building business tremendously! He is super knowledgeable and provides us with excellent service. We are also happy with the selection from Ensuite. Highly recommend this provider as we have dealt with many.

I want to personally thank Stone for taking the time to answer all our questions and the patience to earn our business. After over a month of changes we decided to buy from Stone at Ensuite in Burnaby and we could not be happier. The knowledge, expertise and personal service was truly second to none. Service was not good. Walked away feeling like they only deal with people who have lots of money. Vancouver has become a sad place.
