Pay attention, observe and take photos of the cars if you don't want them to take advantage of you.
We already had precedents that we didn't pay attention to. This time without shame, they shamelessly tried to cheat us by reporting damage to the car of which they were well aware.
Obviously they didn't succeed and they definitely lost respect and customers.
I'm sure the positive reviews are as fake as them.

Great service and friendly staff. Was able to pick up rental in a timely fashion. Grace Hedberg, the branch manager, was very efficient and helpful in getting us on our way. She was also very instrumental in trying to locate my lost camera left in the car. A big shout out to Squamish employee Sam Xu who went above and beyond searching for my lost camera in the car. I would not hesitate to rent again from this branch!

We came in for a last minute rental and the staff were so helpful and accommodated us with an affordable rental despite having a high volume of bookings for that morning- they went above and beyond to meet our needs and we drove away very happy in a mustang. 11/10 for customer service

Went from having the best experience from a rental car service to a pretty bad one. Last year I rented a car on this location, everything was perfect, no problem with my document’s, the guy at the counter was the nicest person. Obviously went back this year after a great experience. The girl at the counter this year basically just said, its up to me and I’m not renting you a car because your driver’s license is digital, I’m not taking the risk. Same drivers license I rented with last year. Not going back.

Husband and I rented a car from this location. Boris Ho was extremely courteous and accommodating. The customer service was above and beyond anything we've ever experienced. If you're looking to rent a vehicle in Vancouver, we would highly recommend renting from this location. We will be coming back here for our next trip to Vancouver for sure. Location of office away from car park means there is usually a wait to collect your vehicle, both times I waited to be served and then was waiting longer for them to bring the car around to the office - remember to allow time

Useful to know you can drop off out of hours as well - this worked reasonably well

Great service, efficient communication and a really easy way to get a car rental with lots of help and support to get the right deal. Every time when I had a rental from the downtown branch in West Georgia, I always had an excellent customer service from Christian and Melissa. They are always very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for.

Had an excellent experience when I rented a car from Enterprise Car Rental Vancouver at 1111 W Georgia Street on 17 October 2022. Although it was quite crowded in the morning, both Chris and Gabi were extremely efficient. They were also very patient in answering my various queries since it was my first time driving in Canada. I also got a pleasant surprise when I returned the car with more fuel than when I rented it, as they refunded me for the fuel difference. The deposit amount was also released very quickly after returning the car. Highly recommended.

We had a 3-week car rental. The staff at Enterprise was very kind and the service as well as the car provided (a VW Jetta with panoramic sliding and unlimited mileage) applied to highest standard. I would definitely choose the branch again!

This location is excellent. I've frequently rented from here in the last couple years, and the service has been consistently good. The manager does a great job and the staff is always helpful. Unfortunately it looks like Enterprise decided to temporarily close this location as of December 2021.

I hope that Enterprise re-opens this central location. Unfortunately if I can't rent here, I'll have to use their competitors downtown.

It was an average experience. Car was not deeply cleaned. I always use disinfectant wipes to clean the steering wheel and other controls, and when I did the wipe picked up so much dirt. I never experienced the same with Avis rental cars.
Price here is cheaper tho, so I could rent for a whole weekend paying the same price as a day at Avis.
The app is not very practical. I dropped my car after business hours and did not receive much information about whether it got checked in the next day. So had to call and ask to make sure.
Customer service when I called was very friendly and helpful which is a plus. However, when I picked up the car I did not receive very detailed information about how to drop off the car after business hours. As a result I spent a long time looking for the key drop box which ended up to be in the lobby of the hotel.
So overall, I may rent again from Enterprise just one more time because I got an upgrade offer.however, I will be ready to disinfect the car myself, and I would not keep my hopes up to get the same car as I reserve because that did not happen the last time.

It was the fastest car return that I've done. As soon as I parked the car, a guy approached me, checked the vehicle, and confirmed the final price. There is a bus stop right in front, with frequent bus schedule. That is so convenient for pickup and drop.

Enterprise Granville Street is the best car rental ever I have dealt with in Downtown Vancouver the staff are very polite and friendly and all of their cars are new 2021 and loaded and well maintained and really clean and sanitized with Clorox and Lysol as I seen. Which the Hertz Granville Street Next door haves 2018,2019 basic old cars and even they don’t sanitize them as I seen and their location manager and staff are very rude and terrible management.

Booked the car a few days early with the "fast check out option" arrived today before 5 o clock they double checked all my info which was fine then proceeded to the car signed everything and went to pay, Then the lady mentions a deposit and I had only put enough on my credit card for the car itself no one had mentioned a deposit before not in email or check in or anything I told them It takes a few days to go through so I could pay visa which they then said they would need 3 references, 1 utility
bill and proof of address I told them I hardly have all that on my phone they were not arsed as they were closing at 5 so they were no help and wasted my time when they could have simply charged my visa as I was willing to still pay the deposit. LET PEOPLE KNOW THEY ARE PAYING A DEPOSIT BEFORE THEY ARRIVE!

I rent cars 2 times when i'm writting this comment after tried the worst company named: HERTZ.

I was kinda bored about this kind of company, but the 2 times i rented cars here in Enterprise were amazing (Honestly)
This is my own opinion but when i compared to Hertz, People here considerate customers, cars are super clean, and i was lucky to be upgraded for the 2 times.

The only reason that i'm not putting 5 stars is that the last car i booked, wasn't full on gaz 1/2 of the fuel tank, and this situation is really boring, feel like the previous customer didn't fill his car, the company charged him to do it, but it was never done, and they are waiting for the next customer to do it.
So for sure, i returned the car with more gaz that i should do, because there is no security like when you fill entirely your tank.

When I arrived to pick up my rental on Monday the 19th, I was greeted promptly by your staff, which was the only good part of the experience, the rest was less than desirable. I had booked a 300C online for the week, but was told that my rental would be an expedition. Feature wise, it met my expectations, however I didnt really plan on renting the largest vehicle available to me. I am going in and around Van for the week, with parking at a premium everywhere, parking this enormous bus would prove to be ridiculous. Now I know I was to expect possibly receiving a vehicle different than what I rented, but I at least expected the same class - CAR with premium features, I walked by several luxury vehicles on the way to the Expedition, none of which were offered to me. The vehicle is black, and covered in scratches, and the way it was backed in against a wall without being pulled out there is no way that the representative was able to note any of the scratches on the tailgate. Windshield had several chips in it which I only noticed upon driving away.

Getting into the vehicle with my luggage was a joke, they had it sandwiched in so tight against adjacent vehicles that it was impossible to open the doors far enough to get my luggage in, no wonder these vehicles have so many door dings. Vehicles were double parked all over the small lot and I was expected to pull the vehicle out myself (nobody offered) then load my luggage as I block the only tiny driving lane, ridiculous. Finally some staff got some of the double parked vehicles moved as they saw my struggle and it took a staff member using hand signals to direct another who had jumped into the driver's seat to finally pull this enormous monstrosity out.

Once inside I was already angry enough at the lack of organisation and customer service about getting the vehicle out that I just drove away without inspecting the vehicle. I looked back at the second row seats and the vehicle was absolutely filthy, by my standards, which are not that strict or over the top, but there was food debris, crumbs, etc. - No real faith in this 'clean pledge' that is guaranteed - what a joke.

So you can imagine my level of excitement when I hit the first bridge, got the vehicle to 80km/hr and the whole thing started to shimmy and shake, and did so very intensely up to about 120km/hr indicating some sort of suspension issue, or at the very least a wheel balance required. Speaking of wheels, the wheelhouse liners were absolutely caked in mud, once again proving that nobody had checked over the vehicle for cleanliness, or mechanical/safety issues.

I drop off the unit on Monday, but my level of disappointment with this rental is very high. Without a doubt the worst rental experience (vehicle side, staff was friendly quick and great) that I ever had, and cannot recommend enterprise to anyone in my circle in the future after this experience.

Fake positive reviews and inflated/unreasonable prices have ruined this place for me. I used to rent between Hertz and Enterprise but given the pricing setup from Enterprise lately, makes them a terrible choice. Several times I've made reservations with them, I ended up cancelling last minute and going with Hertz (next door). Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs

We rented a mid size SUV for our trip to Banff. The pick up was easy and convenient. The service was excellent, particularly from the Granville location. Our associate, Espoir, was helpful and very patient, as we were indecisive on which car to pick, but he allowed us to take our time. He also had a very welcoming and relaxed demeanour when we picked up the car and dropped it off.

All in all, couldn’t be more happy with the car rental and the great costumer service. I would definitely rent from enterprise again in the future. Highly recommended

Good price and no pushing or trying to upsell on insurance and tires like they always do at Hertz. I left an important personal item in the car and while there was a lot of back and forth with Enterprise about getting someone to actually check the car it eventually turned up and I should be able to pick it up soon.

Downtown Granville did not have the vehicle I requested, the female rep we dealt with was very understanding out going and friendly. The staff provided us with several options of other vehicles to choose from. They also were forgiving on our delay when we returned the vehicle.

Prices are good, but some policies are not comfortable for the client since you can't return the car at anytime even if you rent it for 24h. They close pretty early everyday (most days at 6: 00pm) so you would have to pay for an overnight parking (prices starting from 15 Canadian dollars).

I initially started at the Airport Enterprise Location, but after experiencing the absolute worst customer service from them, After some quick price matching I noticed that booking at this location was way cheaper so I left and took a $29 taxi ride to this location. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff, great customer service from Shawn during pick up, the process was nice and easy we were in and out within 5-10 mins. Returning the car even easier, Maria was a great help as well! Thank you again Enterprise & Staff for all the help! We definitely look forward to renting from you again!

Very friendly courteous staff but far too expensive. I was looking for a rental for 2 weeks out - $130 without gas or comprehensive insurance! I can get an Evo for $89.90 which includes gas, insurance and roadside assistance.rental companies need to make their rates more competitive.

This location is full of criminals! They processed charges to my credit card that were not authorized, called for a refund and was told by Mariya it was done. After a week and no refund on my credit card came through I called and spoke to Patrick, he advised me the charge is being processed and should see it in a day or so. Now we are two weeks later, called to figure out where my money was. Spoke with Mariya again and she advised it’s processing. I informed her that after two weeks of “processing” the charges should be reversed. I told her I wanted documentation showing the refund request and a update folio, she emailed none of the requested information. I called her 3 more times to get her to properly fulfill my request and still nothing. The last time I called and spoke to Abi (the “mananger”) and he basically told me I was wrong and that everything was happening accordingly. I then informed him that their head office, which I contacted has no record of the initial refund. Well that’s when Abi started to back peddle. All three team members I encountered today all seemed very shady and something seems to be going on with peoples money. If you rent a car from here make sure to check all your charges, it seems like these people are taking people money and they are all working together to try and cover something up!

UPDATE: After reading some of the reviews there is definitely some criminal activity happening at this Enterprise location. I am not the only one who has had random charges to my credit card!

Picked up a chevy impala which was fine, booked a medium sized car for the week.luckily my partner picked up my phone as they called me 20mins into my drive into north vanc, asking for me to return and get another car as someone had specifically wanted that car, confusing and weird but ok,

in return they upgraded me to a lovely dodge charger which was alot of fun to drive and offered me a small discount on my final bill.the staff were fine and the process of pick up and everything else was fine.sadly i cant give it more stars since the car had small cement/paint spatter all over it which i feel enterprise could get fixed by a detailer in a day & the inconvenience of coming back to return the impala.in the end it was kinda worth it since the dodge charger was a dream to drive up to whistler and back.

Ethan was an absolute delight and a very helpful staff member from Enterprise, Granville. He even helped me put the backseats down as I was using the car for moving apartment, he definitely anticipated my needs without prompting. I also prefer renting with Enterprise as I never experience an issue with them whereas other companies such as Budget I’ve had issues in the past. I would highly recommend this particular location.

Avoid this place! Extremely disappointed.

I rented a car and returned it after closing hours to their parking lot and dropped off the key as suggested. FOUR days after, I get a call saying there was a scratch on the rear side of the car.

There was nothing there when I returned the car and it was sitting on their open parking lot for days. Anyone could've walked in from the back alley and scratch it, but they decided to blame me.

I asked if they reviewed the security cameras, but they said "their cameras don't reach that far". What a joke!

When I took over the car, their guy didn't even do a walk around the car to access previous damage, he just gave me the key and walked away. I had to do it myself and there was no visible damage.

Now, my insurance is supposed to pay for the damage reported four days after I returned the car, just because they need someone to pay for the damage and they don't even know who did it.

I've been renting there for years, but now I completely stopped doing that.

They have proven themselves unreliable and unprofessional.
Avoid the place.
