Enterprise Rent-A-Car

What a comedy of errors this place is. They picked me up from the body shop where my car was going to be repaired and brought me to their location on East 2nd. When it came to leave a $100 deposit on my CC, it wouldn't work. I called Visa and was on hold for 40 minutes. I would find out later my card had been compromised and locked. As it neared closing time they told me I had to leave. I asked, "How am I going to get home? " They just shrugged. I called the body shop and they agreed to stay open for me to pick up my car. I had to ask Enterprise for a ride and they ubered me there.

The next morning I called Enterprise and ICBC and they both told me I did NOT need a CC to rent a car! These clowns lied to me and completely wasted my time and the body shop's time. I had to wait 2 months to get my car in and now I had to rebook.

Great experience and great cars, also Shane is awesome, he help me figure out how to use a credit card without chips so that i can actually rent a car here, will definitely come back another time if i have any need for a rental car, keep it up people.

Had an excellent experience renting a vehicle with enterprise. Diana made it super stress free and then all of the employees all made the process easier as I extended it for a few days.

I had an exceptional experience at this Enterprise location. The car pick up was smooth. I was upgraded at, what I feel is, a fair price. Diana in particular was professional, engaging and knowledgeable.

Absolutely abysmal service. We had to run to all 3 locations for the reason of their own staff not knowing their own policies regarding renting a car.after spending 113$ ubering between locations we got the rental after fighting with them over the phone and in person then we cancelled

Quick walk from Main St/Scienceworld station. Shout out to Conor Laing who provided concise and courteous service to make both the rental and return an absolute breeze, he didn't even crack a smile when we showed up a day early to pick up - what a consummate professional.

I had a great experience with the.loved the car and the drive. Easy check in and check out. Nice and professional people working there. Received the car in a very clean and neat condition and they do have a carwash there so no need to wash the car when bringing it back by you

Amazing team! Super efficient and knowledgeable about the contracts and the vehicles they rent. The suv was really clean. Such an easy uncomplicated transaction thanks Kam and another guy unfortunately I misplaced his card.

These folks did well. It's been a while since I rented a car and they made it dead simple. Later I had a question about snow tires, quick and logical response. I returned the car a day early, quick check in, charge $75 LESS than their original estimate. Could not ask for better. I dealt with Sam and Kam. Thanks fellows. Doug C.

The most disturbing horrible experience EVER, this one employee named Connor was really rude and unprofessional, and his customer service needs a lot of work for me to come back or recommend them to other people, in which case I would say stay away from thier.

Rented from this enterprise a couple times. Staff have always very helpful, and vehicle ls have been almost new.

Poorly explained policies and rude, unhelpful service. I was told 2 wrong pieces of information. The employee who withheld important information from me didn’t take responsibility for it and instead tried to fault me for the issue. Being treated like that was pretty shocking and unacceptable.

Shiv, the manager here, is one of the most proficient, kind, thoughtful, and effective managers I have ever watched work in a customer facing role.

This is by far the best rental experience I have had. Their pick up and drop of service to enterprise is convenient. Cole and I believe his name was Luke made the process so easy and seamless. I will certainly use this location from now on!

I recently rented a compact SUV from Enterprise in Olympic Village for a month. When I got the car, I wasn’t happy with the size of the car as it was too small. I spoke with Shane Donoghue, a Flagship Management Trainee at Enterprise, and within a day, he managed to upgrade our car to a bigger/better compact SUV.

Excellent, friendly customer service. Shane and Luke were so helpful in arranging pickup from our AirBnB and drop off to the Vancouver cruise ship terminal.

Shane from the Olympic village was super helpful and provided excellent service. Definitely will come back to this location to deal with him. A customer for life.

Amazing experience on pick up and drop off. Manager and staff are all kind and accommodating. We had a long trip planned with kids, and another rental company bailed on us twice in less than 24 hours. Glad we were able to reserve and pick up 2 vehicles the same morning during busiest travel season of the year.

Would definitely visit again for future rentals.

Had an amazing experience returning my rental here. Process was quick, easy, and they even waived some of the fees off my final invoice. Truly above and beyond service that just elevated the whole experience. Will definitely rent from enterprise again!

Look for Boris Ho for excellent friendly service! He helped get a vehicle that has all wheel drive when no vehicles are available with snow tires. He also offered that I can drop off the vehicle after-hours at their location since they closed weekends. He's the go-to man for car rentals, at a convenient location.

Very friendly and professional. I found the manager Boris Ho very approachable. I came up to a problem with having my rental. He showed patience and understanding, found a workable solution and resolved it in a mutually beneficial manner. Highly recommend! Plus the prices and availability was unmatched!

I rented a vw passat during our 10 days trip in Vancouver from this branch and I was completely happy with the service. The price was cheaper than the airport. The staff was very kind and diligent. They even offered 2 free additional drivers. Returning the car was easy and fast. I recommend this Enterprise branch.

I travel a lot for work globally and always try to use Enterprise. I was driving my daughter up to Manning Park for her to start a new job at the resort. The weather was a nightmare and they upgraded me to a bigger SUV to ensure our safety. Through downed power lines, hail, snow and freezing rain we made it there and back. The bigger car was much appreciated, the service was excellent. Thanks Guys.

Cela fait plusieurs fois qu'on loue a cette place, le service n' est pas top top. Je vous conseille fortement de renettoyer la voiture et la désinfecter car ça laisse fortement à désirer! Surtout en temps de Covid, venez avec vos lingettes désinfectantes et vos masques car le staff n'en porte pas.

J’ai été très bien servit par Andy quand j’ai pris possession de l’auto. Ces explications sur le fonctionnement de l’auto et des dommages permis par Enterprise mon beaucoup rassuré. C’est lui qui était encore présent au retour et même service. Bien sûr il y a une petite attente dut au covid comme dans tous les commerces, on comprends. Thanks you very much!

I would like give a special thanks to Andy Shangari. He's been very consistent in providing top quality service for each visit. He always goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied with personable and professional service. I've rented with Enterprise internationally for a number of years now and I find that Andy's service stands out. Thanks to the team and especially Andy.

They totally wasted our time, the guys in this location tread clients very disrespectful, it is just a big joke, booking a truck that they did not have available, but we did not get the truck up to tonight, it was just a big lie, we lost lots of time, the respect and business of few of our clients, because this enterprises location they did not keep up what was agreed, it was lies after lies after lies, don’t waste your time with them, these guys do not need our business, base on the way that they are running it.

The previous day I made a reservation for noon and no memo said I needed to be early or would need to wait for a car. At this location I waited for an hour and a car was still not available for me to use, at 1pm I left and still haven't gotten a follow up. The guy working wasn't in the least, concerned or apologetic.

They are totally wasting two days our time the guy who’s name Holya such a joke by booking the car but we didn’t got car cuz the car wasn’t returned back to them, the best car rental loction for enterprise it’s the one on Granville and Davei st loction don’t waste ur time with them.

The guys here at the Olympic village location were convenient and kind. There was some confusion at the head office but they sorted it out for me and didnt charge me extra. It's much appreciated.

The WORST Enterprise location in the city. I don't even think they have cars at this location. Booked a 7 seater for a day trip and the morning of they called to say they might not have any available and will call back, they never called back. Went down at the time of collection to be told they don't have any available. I needed 7 seats because I had 7 people. But not worry, I'll re-arrange and a 5 seater car will do. Oh wait what? You don't even have a 5 seater available for me now? He tells me to go of and he'll call me when there's one available. All the while it's 11: 30am and I have to be elsewhere for a prebooked activity for 1pm. An absolute joke of a service. Book your cars elsewhere!

ICBC claim rental, a 2019 Honda civic, great service in and out no hassles. Comes with courtesy shuttle to local body shop. Additional minor industry standard fees apply. Will be renting again.

Okay service, seemed short staffed, another customer asked for a ride and was told no, then 3 min later the same person asked if customer needed a ride

Amazing friendly staff. Good fast service with getting car ready. The reservation was under my wife’s name. Giving two stars because the parking is too tight and the back space looks like an abandoned place. Parking is full of health hazards, I will call the head office and let them know as well. Enterprise is just being another big shot company who doesn't care about their franchise (locations)
We have been loyal to enterprise since beginning and this is not how one take care of their customers.

Rented a car from this location near Central Pacific Station and were glad we did. All the staff, from our pick up driver Randy, to the guys in the office, Luis, JP and "John" were friendly, fun and very efficient. Prices were very competitive and much cheaper than Hertz in CP Station. A big thank you to Vijay the manager, he really did go above and beyond. The car was brand new and spotlessly clean.
Would highly recommend.

We had a stressful time but the staff at this location, specifically VJ, fixed it all.

We originally wanted to book at the 180 W Georgia location however the staff there lied to us saying they don't offer minivans there, which is funny as I rented two from that location the month prior. Anyway I booked at the Olympic Village location as I needed a minivan and we used a promo code from my employer as I work within the Insurance industry. So we got to the desk and met VJ who shocked us to tell us that the promo code was not valid as it was fraudulent? !? ! Anyway we pulled out our work contracts to show proof of employment but VJ was very understanding and honored the booking. But then stated he had no minivan for us, I and our group lost it as there were 7 of us with bags and we needed a van to get up north, VJ showed us all the cars currently in stock but nothing worked and we were stressing out about not making the trip but VJ then went beyond what was required and brought a car up from there overflow, it wasn't valeted but we didn't care we got a free upgrade for our troubles and thankfully had the space and wheels to get us to our weekend away.

However it wasn't finished, they sadly charged the incorrect credit card on file, however a quick call to VJ sorted the error.

To summarize I would avoid the 180 W Georgia location at all costs, I've caught them out lying to customers more than once, and when they do have a car are crazy pushy with extras. VJ and his team at Olympic village are great and go the extra mile to make your experience with the company a good one!

Rented from this location last month while we were in Vancouver. Excellent customer service, very streamlined process, and great price. Every staff member is so friendly. My first car had a concerning noise after the first 2 days. Called them, and they were more concerned about my family's safety, and scheduled to exchange the car at my earliest convenience - no questions asked. The exchange process was once again very quick and hassle-free. They upgraded the vehicle for the inconvenience. Returning the car was the same. Customer service was above par every interaction I had with them. I regret not getting the name of the first gentleman who checked out the first vehicle. Shivam assisted me with exchanging the car and returning it. The manager was also very friendly, and wanted to make sure our overall experience was nothing less than excellent. And, yes it was! Thank-you for the experience!
