Their management is unprofessional and both managers say different information and deny each others word. They do not take pre paid Koho even if the one manager states they do for any future customers. And prepare to deal with 4 of them at a time not one on one service.
Listened video of girl who went to Kelowna with this company rental car, That's horrible. Yesterday My friend Sandeep went for rental. The car was supposed to be booked but it wasn't and also my friend's visa card got declined but he offered debit card which they said we don't take. So I had to go there with my card but when I got there, they told us we can't use anyone else's card. We had to come back without a car. Horrible horrible service. I really hope enterprise hire some professional staff and let these people go.
I heard a story of girl whom these people rent a car whose service was due and that girl faced life threathning situations when the car broke down in the middle of countryside area. They should feel shame for this. And they torture the girl to return the car on time.
This location was extremely kind and helpful when getting a rental, Just wish my car was cleaned a bit better but everything besides that was awesome. Definitely rent from this location!
Accident damaged rental (they did note the damage) ; car also smells. Not the best car rental experience I have ever had. Enterprise is usually better than this.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jay on this location and he made sure that everything was taken care of before and after the rental. Parking was ok. The location is very accessible and the rest of the staff was helpful helpful as well.
Hello everyone my name is George, AKA SLY. I came to this location to rent a truck for a week, fantastic rates aswell. The manager Shaad and Ruppinder were the kindest and very respectful staff. So I had a issue with the truck, and there was no hesitation they replaced the vehicle and upgraded me to a very nice car. I highly recommend this Enterprise location.
Use caution making a reservation with a specific vehicle in mind (ie: Jeep Wrangler). It’s a bit of a “bait and switch. ” Not sure why they allow you to book a specific vehicle when they have no intention of ensuring it’s there for you. (Otherwise what’s the point of a reservation in the first place?). Not impressed and it has ruined holiday plans. I have always had amazing customer service from Enterprise in the USA where they happily go above and beyond to ensure you get the vehicle reserved. I will not rent from this location or Enterprise in Canada.: (
Some of the worst customer service. An employee posing to be a manager had no idea how to process a reservation transferred from another location. He also did not want to provide me with my employee discount because of my spouse being there present as additional driver which makes no sense. Instead of working to resolve the situation and come to a mutual conclusion he ignored us and proceeded to a phone call. This is why businesses fail and lose customers because of individuals like this with no customer service or people skills.
When I need 4 wheels and an engine to take me from Point A to B, I find myself here. Helps that they offer free pickup and dropoff within a small radius.
Jay was responsible to provide us with our rental SUV. He was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. Our rental SUV has clean interiors and the general upkeep of their fleet seemed good. Our experience with this branch is excellent, all thanks to the hard working staff.
They have limited availability of sedan cars as well as their service was slow but can’t blame the employees (they were very busy) overall it was neutral
I CANT BELIEVE NOBODY HAVE REPORTED THEM TO POLICE YET.
I believe their Managers get commisson if they report damages to your car which could already be there at first place.
I got rental from them drop the car at authorized dealer as they told me to do so, then they reported damages which was not there when I dropped the car. Authorized dealer also said the same thing. The most shocking thing is one of their driver warned me about this and tactfully told me to take videos, I did not listen (I wish I could Have) as I trusted them. Made a big MISTAKE!
If you have to go for rental, make sure you take atleast 100 PICS and 10 VIDEOS. MAKE YOU SIGN after saying "Please notice any golf size bump after going around the car in 10 seconds, then try to charge for the damages which were already there! Make sure you mention in writing at the place you SIGN.
I will do my best so they can stop harrassing people further, even if I have to protest infront of their 72 Avenue Branch!
Worst place ever. The staff is slower than ever. We got a car not even full, but when we brought it back we made sure it was full, to have the guy tell us it's not full. We went back to the gas station to only get $2 in more.
Everyone working here is awesome. Charan was great in arranging an 8 seater for me and my family. And Anubhav was great. Everyone was respectful and caring. I will highly recommend them to everybody. Thanks guys.
The team is so professional and courteous! Had such a wonderful experience from the first day up to when I returned the car. Salil Singla was very understanding on the day that I had to return the car. I had left one of the keys at home and it was almost closing time. Salil allowed me to go back home for the extra key and waited for an extra half an hour after business closing hours. This act of kindness save me the extra time and money had I returned the following day. So much appreciated for this kindness. Thanks a lot Salil!
Prices are too high, but their service made up for it. Rented a full size sedan for a day trip to Kelowna. It was a bit small for me in the cockpit so they offered me a GMC Suburban for only $25 more! I declined because of fuel costs, but the fact that they offered was very encouraging.
I got a flat tire in Kelowna and I hadn't purchased their roadside assistance plan on account of having my own BCAA plan. I thought I was in for $350 tire replacement but the staff were so understanding that they waived the cost. I was also late by an hour because of the flat and had forgot to top off the gas. They waived all those fees too!
If there was an option for zero points i would have gone for that. Please teach your employees how to deal with customers. A guy named kunal maybe has a very bad attitude and behaved ridiculously. You need to have some patience and keep customer service as your priority. Hope you will take this feedback positively and work on it.
I went to Enterprise for a rental on a super stressful, horrible day. Salil turned my day around and was kind and courteous. He gave me an amazing rental to make my day better. I was lucky enough to have him when I returned the vehicle as well. Would highly recommend a visit to this location
I had a very positive experience at this office. I rented twice in July at this office. Mr. Varun Anand was very helpful, professional, kind and an excellent communicator. I understood him clearly and it is employees like him for companies being where they are today. I will definitely be visiting again if needed. Very smooth process. Thank you.
I used the truck side of the rental agency. Will be back when needed again. They went above and beyond to make my life easier with pick up and drop off. My work now uses them for rentals now. AAA service.
Guy named anubuav was terrible, Wouldnt understand that there was a barely visible scratch on the car and the girl helping me was super rude and charged me $300 for something I did not even do.
I am really unhappy with the service provided by enterprise. I have been trying to dispute an amount that they charged to my credit card for damages and they have been making me go in circles. I spoke to the branch manager today who said that I signed off on the damages and he can not do anything, although it clearly stated I was not aware of the damage. It was a really unpleasant experience especially for a rental which I had for over 2 months because of an accident.
Worst experience with this Location. We booked a SUV for road trip.but at the time of pickup they gave us wrong SUV n told that this is the only SUV available here, which was not that much spacious like we booked for trip. I will never recommend this Enterprise location.they are here just to disappoint customers and ruin plans.
I had gone to this car rental 3 times travelling 7 km from my place and they denied the car 3 times:
1) They closed the location earlier that what is mentioned and they were not ready to open 2) The next day I went, they dint accomodate after promising me that they would be okay to give the car on same reservation 3) They don't accept Indian license and I feel they are being racists about this. I have a valid license and I am within 90 days deadline for renting a car in Canada.
Always trying to upsell. Booked online when we got there they tried to say we booked a smaller car and charged more for the one we had already booked and paid got online. Not happy with this location not going back. Also car was NOT cleaned very dirty and garbage inside the vehicle and the gas tank was at 1/4.
Rented a car for a couple of days and the van was not sanitized or cleaned. The seats had spills on it and the dashboard was dirty. Even the outside of the car was not cleaned
Go to ANY other enterprise location but this one. They denied me a car on basis of a cooked up rule that people from India cannot drive in BC unless they have student work permit and an international driving license. I went to another enterprise location and got the car without any problem. People who are new to Canada should avoid this location.
I was dealing with an associate named Anubhav, he was not very helpful nor was he nice. On top of that I was given the car with 1/2 ish of the tank filled and was expected to return it EXACTLY to that not really knowing how much to spend for 1/2 a tank. I did my best to fill it up to just past 1/2 of a tank however they still charged me.
Enterprise wouldn’t accept Visa Debit Card or Koho Visa Card that’s not far.they only accept Credit card.and I wanna rent a car.enterprise need to change the rules.most people they have bad credit.enterprise step up your game and change the rules and other company needs to change the rules to.
The most racist experience at this location, trying to gouge us for a windshield that was already cracked. We just got back from putting my daughter to rest and this is how we were treated.disgusting!
Newton location and staff are great, personal, business, our clients have all been using this location for 9 years. Hard to find the consistency of customer service in the rental car business. Recommended
