Very pleased with the service received on this branch located at Marine Drive in North Vancouver. My pick up service guy was on time at the shop and the rental car worked well and it was spotless! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

I got a car as a loner while my car was at body shop. I had Moshir from the beginning till the end and his service was A+ He provided me excellent customer service as well as very clear explanation on the rental agreement. I would recommend him if someone ever needs to use this company. I’m a very satisfied customer.

Very poorly operated. There was 12 people in line waiting, 1 person working and he kept answering the phone every time it would ring instead of dealing with the people in the store.
Negative experience. Even 1 star is being too nice. Complete disregard and lack of communication is very disturbing. I have been scammed by this North Van Enterprise location, starting from the rental rep named Aria who told me to not worry about the damage on the van, as he knew about it to branch manager James Ebsworth, who failed to call me back after asked me to give him time to look into his computer, he continues to avoid my phone calls. They just does not care what they noted on the rental report which is “ driversidepanel-ding” when I returned the van with only that ding on the side of the van, I was unjustifiably charged for something that I did not do. Now the branch is refusing to take my phone calls or call me back after leaving multiple messages. I demand to speak with an Enterprise area manager regarding my incident, my RA#260QYS.
Canceled our reservation that was made over 3 months ago with no warning less than 13 hours before pick up while we was on a train to from Oregon, US. Location then refused to help out other than offering $600 rentals in place of my 2 free days, seems highly suspect. I have been stone walled across the board with "I can't do anything" from Enterprise, and am currently awaiting corperate and regional escalations. Will update review as things develop. UPDATE: response below is canned, they have asked but then do nothing at all. No "regional" manager calls nothing. UPDATE 2: 7/18 at least 6 different customer service "experts" said someone would reach out to me. No one has, one did tell me an agent canceled my Reservation but they could not tell me why.
I take negative reviews seriously (most of mine are positive). In this case, I had a horrible experience. I drive a very high end Audi that is almost brand new. I use it for work and take clients in it. I was rear ended (bad enough) but, at enterprise, I was offered a Chevrolet spark (tiny little econobox). I explained I need a work car to take clients in and they did not offer me any alternative other than a car that is marginally better if I was willing to wait 40 Minutes as they said they did not have any cars (i counted 9 on their lot). I declined and asked to be taken back to the body shop that had my car. The friendly and empathetic gentleman who took me back said: "weird as they had other cars on the lot". They did - had other cars much more similar to mine but did not offer. Never going back and will gladly share my experience.
NEGATIVE 1000 STARS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Branch mysteriously canceled our rental reservation booked 3 months in advance as we were headed to Vancouver for my birthday celebration. Tried to resolve and told there were no cars. Would not help me get another car unless at an exuberate rate and told to call someone else. I filed a complaint with corporate office and still waiting for someone to contact me. Apparently being a gold member in their loyalty rewards program doesn't mean anything to Enterprise.
Horrible location with rude, dishonest & power hungry staff. I booked a reservation which was canceled at a different location due to availability and was told to come here & that since it was so far I can return the rental at the location closer to me.
When I got to the north Vancouver enterprise the representative went irate, I was called a liar & to finish it off was told that she doesn't have to give me a car while she turned off all the lights when I’m still in there because she said “I want to enjoy my Sunday”.
When i asked to speak to a manager she said she is the manager and no one is above her here, turns out shes the assistant manager #DwightKSchrute & wanted to use the little power she has to make herself feel important.
Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your rentals!
I had to drop off my car at body shop, enter price employee came to the body shop and pick me up. Then they gave me a 2022 Hyundai which was a great car. And two days later my car was ready. I went to enterprise, they were so quick, they took the rental car and then give me a ride to the body shop. They are awesomeeeeee.
I rented a car here through my icbc claim, and the whole process was quick and painless. Jaz hooked me up with a new Dodge Charger, which I definitely appreciated! Driving in a clean, nice vehicle while mine was being repaired made the situation a lot less stressful.
I needed a car that I can drive in snow without any issue. They gave me what I needed and didn’t have any issue. Ankit was really helpful during the process.
A constructive feedback: you guys should be better at planning. I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance, still needed to wait more than 1 hour to get the car I wanted. (I needed and reserved a large SUV, they didn’t have when I arrived. They had to bring one from another location)
Clearly, they're busy and being forced to "do more with less". Still, they're courteous and relatively efficient. Entering and navigating the lot can be a challenge for some drivers.
Horrible business. I have never had such a bad experience or left a bad review. I was hung up on multiple times, was led on to believe I was gonna have a car for 2 days but when I tried calling no one had a resolution to our problem. I got cancelled last minute for my vehicle and was not given any compensation for the bad service. I do not recommend this business.
The best crews and service ever. My wife and I got 2 times service from here. Manager Yogi and Pavol helped us rent a car. No complains at all. Nice and friendly assisting us whenever and whatever we have questions.
Enterprise NorthVan. Don’t bother to call this location; service is awful; I requested a SUV for rental and they told me there was a possibility to reserve it for Friday dec 23th. As soon as I mentioned ICBC claim the person on the phone went unwelcome and insisted that ICBC will have to provide a reservation # which I had already provided it. The man argued to the point he didn’t let me finish talking. I stopped and asked him if he could help me and he he hang out! I didn’t bother to called back, as he already had my info, but the service at this location is the worst!
Great service, enterprise employee IIkay arrived at Coache collision’s within 10 mins to bring me back to enterprise for my rental through ICBC. She Answered all my questions about rental. She was very personable and knowledgeable about her job. Would definitely rent from them again.

I want to send a special thank you to Sam for finding a VW golf as the rental car for my elderly father. (ICBC rental as someone backed into his car. 100% fault to the other driver!) Initially we were given a mid size car (despite me confirming it would be a compact before we came to pick it up. That part was very frustrating!) I had concerns about a bigger and very computerized car. I had to return the next day to switch, but Sam found a new version of the car Dad is used to driving. Controls the same. Size the same. So much safer for all. Thanks Sam.

We rented a car here and was extremely happy with the customer service provided by Ankit. He did not push sales and was very honest from the very beginning. He provided solutions to our needs and made sure were were properly accomodated.

I rented one car last year on December 2021. I had a very small accident while I was parking. When I return the car, they charged me for the gasoline plus $500.00cad more, the person who received the car said with that amount was enough.
After SIX MONTHS their Canadian Damage Recovery Unit is contacting me asking for more than $3,000.00cad! Because I don’t believe that person, a) I called their Enterprise Customer Service, they told me I do not own anything. Aushana Stiva called me again, requesting money. Due I didn’t understood what was happening, b) I went to Enterprise Rent A Car at YVR Vancouver Airport, Maria Shiva couldn’t find any document about their claim and She told me: “go to the news”! C) I called again their customer service number asking if I own money and they told me that no.
Canadian Damage Recovery Unit sent me physical letters by canada post. Then I sent a mail to Aushana Stiva a) asking for the car utilization list from January to July 2022 and they don’t have it! Her answer is: “the renter has to pay”. B) In their own document named: “Overview of Claim Process” “you should expect to receive billing within 60 days”, I asked Aushana Stiva how they can contact you instead of 60 days: 6 months later? And She said “we can contact you after 2 years!
I contacted their customer experience VP, He doesn’t answer! And Aushana Stiva got mad because in the emails I am copying other persons from Enterprise!
I have been doing a research about this company and the people says that their are a mafia!
I was returning my rental to Enterprise and was greeted by Art Shah. As an Intern, his service is excellent, quick and super friendly. I saw him handling the other customer very well while I was waiting. I had few bad experience with car rental but this location is flawless! Highly recommended and I'm sure Art and the rest of the team will serve you well. I will definitely go back to this location when I need another car!
Poor customer service. I have an issue about the price. They said that they will check price again and call me back, but they just sent to me the invoice which was different and higher we talked before.
It is the best car rental experiences I’ve ever had. Arth and Sam were outstanding in communicating with me through my complex rental and switching process, so I can get the car which I wanted. Even the colour. Thanks Atrth! Now my rental is better than my own car, my son is asking we can get the same car-I don’t mind haha. Highly recommended!

Booked a car through BCAA, recieved a call from Arth with in 5 min of booking asked me what my need were & time of pick up. Very helpful, polite & sincere. Car was ready when I picked up equivalent of what I drive, he was knowledgeable, positive vibes & very pro- active to accommodate. 5 stars for this lad.

The best service I’ve ever received. First of all, we were late to pick up the rental because of our delayed flight. Henry remained past closing time for us without rushing us in the slightest! He was patient, professional, and so helpful! I might even go as far as saying if Henry isn’t there come back another day just so you can experience his great service, but I trust all the other employees are as great as him. Truly made our travel experience stress free and enjoyable. Thank you enterprise and thank you Henry!
Renting a car from here was fantastic. We decided to rent a car and rented one on the very next day, and it was very easy. PLUS they gave us a free upgrade to a Mustang GT Convertible, when we only payed for the cheapest car option
