Car pickup and return okay. But I returned without full gas, knowing I would have to pay for the gas is understood. However I was called by Enterprise at this location to charge my card for the gas and was told I would be billed the local rate roughly half the cost if I left a good review. Well I didn't have time to leave a review before they billed me $3.00 / litre plus added GST (thought that was already included in gas costs at the pump) So it was actually $3.15/litre as apposed to $1.50 ish they told me. Nothing worse you can do to a customer, but offer a discount and then not give it as promised.
Recently I rented Kia Soul for courtesy car while my car was getting repaired. When I was there, service was awsome. Nice and just finished car wash for me to race Much Appreciated for the service
11/10 Experience. Thanks to Salil Singla and his team for taking great care of us after our collision. ICBC didn’t send our reservation in their system but they went out of the way and arranged a car for me. Picked me from my place, Also I got a call same day I picked car from Pam regarding how’s everything going? Never heard of this kind of thing before. They people really know how to take care of their customers. Highly recommend this place to everyone and look for SALIL for exceptional n professional customer service.
Easy and quick. Had to take my car to the shop and Pemmaiah picked me up, sorted out the paperwork, and got my car ready to go. Pleasant experience overall!
Rented car from Victoria airport n less then 24 hours noticed it wasn't cleaned n came to this place n they did a fab cleaning job n offered me another car for my 2 week rental. Salil n company was great - Victoria airport place not so much. Before n after pics. Getting rental from Victoria then getting cleaned in Richmond
I told these guys I need a car and a car seat and proceeded requesting my personal details and filling out my request but only to tell me at the end they dont have a car seat available at this location. Thank you for wasting 30 minutes of my time!
Very poor experience. I was asked to pay for a damage I didn’t cause. When I rented the car I saw the little scratches on the door and I showed it to them to make sure it’s recorded and they said everything is recorded you’re good to go! Then they asked me to pay for it! There must be security cameras that can prove what happened! I’m not letting this go.
Exceptional service from Salil Singla and team. The whole rental from start to end was a breeze and they went out of their way to make sure we’re all set for our wedding road trip. I’ve usually rented with Avis & Hertz but will go with Enterprise in the future and specifically with this branch. Outstanding!

Very poor experience, they ask me to buyer their own damage waiver for 40/day, since I have bought the damage waiver through the travel app, I rejected their own damage waiver insurance, then when I return the car, I forgot to take a video of the car and didn’t follow the agent when they check my car, then they told me my car was keyed and charged me almost 400 dollars for the repair. It was such a big key scratch that on one will ignore if it happened during the trip, I’m pretty sure it happens after I parked car and before the agent told me the damage. Just don’t have the proof, so be careful when you rent a car with them and don’t buy damage waiver from them. Take as many as video as you can when you return the car, don’t be shine keep taking video when they were checking your car. More than one person standing around the car will be a good idea. Always follow the agent when they check your car. That’s a good way to protect yourself.
Five stars to the staff, especially the lady in the front I don't know her name. She went above and beyond This is a great place for your rental with exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend it. Awesome
This particular branch is sleezy. They’ll try and sneak in charges without your knowledge. Even when their error was pointed out they refused to reverse the charge and I had to issue a chargeback on my card.
Be very weary when dealing with them, and I would strongly recommend not using Enterprise for your rental needs.
