I've been in Enterprise about around 8 times.they keep getting better.needed a car, in half hour they were at my doorstep, polite, fast, clean truck.and a drop off when I was done a week later

Great location. Staff are very efficient and knowledgeable. Was very careful with pick up and return inspection. Explained all the potential charges, and reminded me on their gas policy. Sehajpreet K.was in particular very helpful and friendly. Only downside is that it’s hard to pickup a car rental without a car to get here, not a very walkable location.

So far the couple of times I have used them, they seem very professional. I have no complaints

I visited home this Christmas and rented a vehicle for a week through my Costco membership. I got a Chevy Spark, which was small and fuel efficient. The quote I received was reasonable, and the staff who greeted me and checked out the car with me were helpful and efficient. Soon I was on my way. By the second day of driving, I noticed that the car had a significant odor inside, like the scent of someone who smoked had driven it prior to me, or had smoked inside it. I let the team know when they reached out to ask if I was happy so far, and they offered immediately to replace my vehicle for me at my earliest convenience. Since it was Christmas time and I was all over the place, it would have been out of my way to do that, as well as the office was closed during some of that time for the holiday - I ended up not taking them up on their offer, and drove with the windows open which wasn't terrible because the winter has been very mild so far (13 C most days! Wow!).

When I returned the car at the end of my trip, they asked if everything had gone okay, and offered a discount to me for my trouble, noticing the smell when they inspected the vehicle upon return.

I am very pleased with the team of staff at Enterprise Langley; all were helpful and polite, and I never stood around waiting for longer than two minutes before being helped. I will rent from here again in the future!:)

Insurance rental through Richmond auto body Langley. Upon pick up I requested to add my wife to the contract as she would be needing to use the rental car as she uses the car that was getting repaired. I had a photo of her license but was told she would have to show up in person with her DL to get added to the contract. The only accommodation provided was that we could do this at any branch. A few days later, both my wife and I took an hour of time off so we could head to our local branch (south Surrey) to get her added to the rental. Once we arrived there, the representative told us it was not necessary as she was on the insurance of the car being repaired so she did not need to be added to the rental contract. So we both lost an hour of work because the (assistant manager) at the Langley branch did not know the policy. Second issue was that we were informed at 7pm on a Friday of the November long weekend that we be responsible for the rental cost going forward. The insurance repair was not complete but we were informed that we were no longer covered and must return the car by 8am the next morning. We were out of town with the rental for the long weekend and could not possibly return to to that location in that timeframe. The tone of the voicemail and subsequent email was quite aggressive. They even went as far as searching up my wife’s phone number from a previous contract (as she was not added to this rental) to call her and advise that I must return the car asap or it will be reported stolen. This was entirely unprofessional and unnecessary as the repair was completed one week later and the body shop updated the branch with a new ‘repair complete date’. No additional charges were ever applied to us but the interaction left us with a very bad impression of the entire company.

Its been 6 months in Langley and have rented from them a dozen times, service have been excellent, polite and informative staff, Cars are in excellent condition and this branch has most variety of cars compared to near by branches

Our autobody shop sent us to get a courtesy car through these guys for an ICBC claim. I confirmed several times with them that it was covered through ICBC and would not be charged to us. They confirmed everything would be covered and had nothing to worry about. We returned the car and weeks later they charged my credit card with no contact with me. I had to call and see why they were randomly charging my card without giving any explanation as to why we were being charged. There was some issue with ICBC approving the claim and they decided not our problem let us hand it off to them with no warning. Continued to tell me that I had to send the invoice to ICBC…when no invoice was provided, told me they left a voicemail which they sent to the wrong number. I’m not sure if they expected me to send a recording of the voicemail to ICBC as the invoice. Unprofessional and shady business practices. Save yourself the headache and avoid if you have the choice.

Wanted to update as I checked with ICBC and it was in fact enterprises fault as expected. They work with an accredited autobody and don’t know how to process a claim, should not have been billed to ICBC to begin with. Learn to train your staff so you don’t go around wasting customers time. Unprofessional and have no idea what’s going on in their own business.

I have rented the suv from Lengley branch and Mr. Ankit help me finalizing the package with all required details. It was really smooth experience and big thanks to Ankit for his customer service. During the returning he once again make it effortless for me and on my requested arranged a drop off to for me.

So I have had to take rental from this place twice so far and was incredibly happy on every occasion. Vehicles were nice and the folks were even nicer and pretty accommodating too. I would highly recommend this shop. Thanks to Anubhab, Himani and JJ for offering a nice experience overall.

Travelling from overseas I had to rent a car and drive on the other side of the road, other side of the car, and acclimate to different road rules in a region far busier traffic wise. I rented several cars over the course of the month, an Elantra (really good!) and a Jetta (also pretty good) and had completely favourable experiences.

Sadly, a rock hit the window shield and I scraped the driver's side door backing out of a tight parking stall but having purchased the Enterprise insurance (over using my own) there was no hassle, no deductible required and they were extremely kind and understanding about the matter. It was like, $29 more per day but so worth it.

The only ways I'd have head office improve the service would be to activate the audible "parking sensors" on the cars, to prevent damage and perhaps do what they do overseas, which is have the customer sign off noting any damage formally on a e-diagram of the vehicle before driving away, (for those who prefer to use their own insurance) and do away with 3/4 tanks of gas as it is a challenging to gauge how much dollar-wise that is at the pump.

Otherwise, the folks were friendly, a pleasure to deal with, trustworthy and flexible. Very happy with everything and a pleasure to recommend!

We rented a car from here as we had a total loss insurance claim on our own vehicle. During our rental the check engine light came on, when we phoned to advise they told us to keep the car and basically advised us "if we get stranded we'll deal with it then". When we returned they told us we had to file a claim with our own insurance for a small scratch that was part of an existing scrape on the front passenger side bumper which on pick up they said they "already knew about". They argued with me that it was not part of the existing damage, and when asked for evidence of the scrape not being there they could not provide it other than saying "we document it" and did not show any proof. Very disappointed in the service.

Service is fine, but the car is really worn out, chip on windshield, scratches all over, dents, worn tires, panels misaligned, broken suspension, etc you name it! Would have to get it back.

Had an ICBC rental through them. The staff was friendly and the car was clean. Had zero issues for the time of the rental.

I would say watch your bill when you come to this place. My $20 bill ended up as $49.
After I returned my rent, I got a call from girl and asked for $49 payment which I were expecting $20 because I bought the insurance at $10 / day. I returned the vehicle within 48 hours. She said they went by calandar days instead. This is not what the sales man told me. Well, that's fine. Then she said based on my driving distance, I would be charged for additional. This was not acceptable at all because I barely drove within that 48 hours. The amount did not add up at all. When I expressed my frustration, she said she would talk to her manager and call me back. Of cause, she didn't call me back!
I realized that I'm charge $49 regardless a month later.

I'm leaving this feedback to whoever will rent a car at this place. Do remember to ask more questions and watch your bill later.
