These guys went above and beyond for me today to ask if there was anything that they could of done better and honestly, you all did an amazing job and I could ask for anything else. Just keep in mind to clean the interior windshield during the frosty days with more detail and make sure it is dry and clear. Other than that this truck was mint. Took me to where I had to go and back without any issues at all.

Sales and Service here is top notch!

Abby was super helpful and gave us a lift to the station after we dropped off our car. Many thanks for a speedy and helpful service!

Nightmare experience on a road trip. We had a Volkswagen Tiguan with an oil leak and swapped cars in the states. Our 2nd car was broken into and after hours of being stranded, roadside assistance wouldn't help tow the car. We were then forced to drive with shattered glass to the nearest location for a 3rd car swap.

Really good service! People works there are always happy to help. Best rental branch in town!
Hope could get more cheap EVs like Hertz do in the future.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good selection of vehicles and excellent corporate rates. Parking is an issue, never have I arrived here and found available parking on site.

Icbc accredited but they only look after their own. They don't even check if icbc is allowing to extend my rental. I have to do it myself. They just threaten to charge you if you don't return it by the time they want it. Not pleasant to speak with. Sounds like you owe them for letting you rent their car. Car was clean though and that's the only thing preventing a 1 star.

Arsh and Abhi did a great job helping me get the car at the best rates. They are very friendly and went above and beyond to give me the best experience.

Brutal service. Told me to come rent a car then gave it away before I got there and was stranded. Poor communication. Go somewhere else.

First rental we got a coiple if years ago we got a free upgrade for a girls weekend getaway. Checking was so easy. Dropping off was a breeze. Second rental we needed a vehicle with snow tires. Although not as big, the Durango was a comfortable drive. When we ran into concerns on the road I was able to email Abhi and get a quick response. This was on a long weekend. The staff including Mary really understand customer service. I felt like I was taken care of at pick up time making sure I knew where all the gadgets were before taking off. We will rent again come spring time I'm sure.

This is the fourth time in five years which we have rented from this location. Their prices through Costco Travel have consistently been the lowest. Our rental was clean and ready to go and was exactly what I had expected. There were no issues with it during the rental period. The return was quick and resulted in accurate billing. The staff were friendly, and prompt thought our interactions. Definitely on my rental list for next year's trip.

Some of the best customer services I’ve had while visiting Vancouver. Picking up our first hire car was very quick with a great all around experience. But when it came to dropping off is where your assistant manager Abhi Mann truly shined. We were stuck looking at having to take a bus to Seattle. But with a quick phone call he had me and my family in a car ready to go. We had been trying for days and he solved our problem instantly.

Pretty horrible experience. They refused to drive me to the body shop my car was at because it was 1km over the 3km distance they will travel to pick you up. They were rude and I didn’t feel appreciated. Try somewhere else.

I was picked up by Mary, I had accident and I was really upset.when I sat in her car she was very helpful and nice. The job was done quick and very professional. After I had an car accident, She made my big problem seems nothing and really helped me out. Mary is amazing.

I recently rented a cargo van there for a day. The van was super clean and in very good conditions, in fact, it was almost a new van. The service was amazing as well. They have no problem for returning cars after hours. I would rent there again for sure.

I rented car from Mr. Tarek at Burnaby location, and he is the best person I have experienced. He found me the best options and deals during my car rental. Albert helped with the car rental process and was awesome. Didn't give me any pressure at all in regards to extra insurance coverage and add-ons. Did not have our vehicle and tried to give us a rear wheel drive sports car while our SUV was in the shop. Went about our business until they figured things out for about 2 hours until they got us into the vehicle we required and had planned for a month in advance. They tried really hard to make up for the mistake however it caused us to be late for appointments. Great staff and friendly service. Must have been a tough time due to weather. That being said watching others getting the vehicles we were supposed to be getting at our appointment time was a little frustrating and did not feel very good. Luckily we brought a second car because wife took a day off work otherwise I would have been sitting their with a child, no SUV, a baby seat, and would have missed my specialist appts for sure. Like I said great staff just poor priority management of vehicle fleet. I even had to point out that a SUV they tried to give us had a large bulge in the tire which means it was not checked properly upon its return. I would try this place out again for pleasure but as of right now safety and quality service dinged this company 2 stars. 3 is fair. Many others may have been rational about their experience. Would I recommend this place? We will see. I beleive in second and third chances and would update the next experience and the star rating as well. It all worked out regardless. Just had to rely on our selves is all.

When the staff are available for the retail customers, they are ALL absolutely excellent! They are professional, efficient and most helpful.

However, I do believe that this location is understaffed.

There have been incidents of waiting 20+ minutes for assistance, while the same retail staff are washing cars, all the while observing commercial customer service reps alone at their desks & unable to help the retail side customers of the same floor.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I phoned Enterprises customer service team (head office) before booking a rental here to make sure I was able to book a rental as I lost my credit card and asked to use my MasterCard debit. They confirmed with me that I was able to do so. Their website also mentions being able to use a debit card to rent a vehicle.

The receptionist that I spoke to was nice but she needed to get her “manager” to help me. The manager (Charan) didn’t even greet me, she rolled her eyes and sat down like I was annoying her before she even spoke to me. She said I wasn’t able to use my debit. I told her that I spoke to head office who assured me I could. I showed her on her website where it also says you can use a debit card. She said I was not able to do so and that the website was wrong apparently. I was still respectful to her this whole time.

As I was leaving she came out to berate me while I was leaving the parking lot. After leaving this location I called head office again who, again, told me I WAS able to use my debit card and they were going to contact the location and have them call me. Of course they never did. If you have plans and need a rental, I suggest going elsewhere.

August 9 a month before that I planned my trip to Vancouver, and I made my reservation on Expedia. I landed in Vancouver and called them to make sure my vehicle is available and they told me sorry we have no inventory I said okay so you mind if you send me to another location so I can pick a similar vehicle from she called me back to said that none of them have any vehicle available I needed a vehicle ASAP to start my trip and go on the ferry and guess what… I ended it up spending 700 dollars more by booking from the airport and to your surprise it was from ENTERPRISE lady on the phone was not helpful at all and when I told her I don’t understand why you gave my reserve vehicle to someone else she said I don’t expect you to understand. Garbage service DONT TRUST YOUR RESERVATION

I can’t think of a better service from Boris & Grace. Two of the most beautiful people on earth! I have rented many cars in many cities in Canada and this place is on top of my list.

Please give a raise to Boris, each time I rent from this place he’s listening to whatever I ask for.

So my car broke down a few weeks ago and I was worried that I wouldn't have it fixed in time for a trip I had planned for months. So, I decided to rent a car just in case. I called in and spoke with a delightful young man named Borris who was committed to helping me get back on the road in time for my trip. I had not rented a car before and I wanted to be sure I was prepared and ready to go (even called back a couple times to confirm all documentation I would need). I let him know I was a full-time student with a class 7 drivers licence and I could only pay by visa debit (He stated I would have to pay deposit and rental cost upfront.okay, totally doable!). He assured me I was good to go the next day if I brought in my drivers licence, hydro/cable bill and my proof of enrollment (Bachelor of Social Work). I was thinking, "what tremendous customer service! " However, Saturday, June 19th, approx. 12pm, I arrived at Enterprise and I was told that I was "ineligable" to rent a car because I have no current employment (again, full-time student in my third year). The nice young man the day before asked me about my employment, to which I told him I was a student. He said "that's okay, just bring in proof of enrollment, and you can pay the rental cost and deposit up front, and provide several references. " Awesome! But here is the issue, the woman behind the desk had a terrible attitude and unwilling to make any sort of accomadations for a mistake made on thier end. I called several times the day prior to confirm everything in order to avoid this situation entirely. Now I understand that mistakes can be made, but this woman was extremely unprofessional and had a poor attitude. She could definitely learn a thing or two on customer service from the other staff. Borris was polite, professional, and willing to go the extra mile knowing I was in a bind with my own vehicle and had an upcoming trip.

Not recommending Enterprise to anyone. A friend had to drive 7 hours out of her way to pick me up and get us to our houseboat getaway in the Okanagan, which delayed our departure. Never again dealing with this company.

Ps. Borris deserves a raise. The "manager" I dealt with needs to take a refresher course in customer service and better inform her staff of policy and procedures.

Zero stars. I did not take their offered insurance as I had other coverage. After returning the vehicle, they claimed I had damaged their vehicle in three different areas (which I absolutely had not). These were little scratches that were there prior to me renting it. They then tried to charge me over $2500. A total scam. Will never rent from Enterprise again which is too bad. Up until this experience, I preferred them.

Really great experience renting a car here; reserved it online and it came to the exact price I was quoted. I returned the car early and they refunded the promised amount for the extra day without me having to ask for it. Great customer service, friendly and efficient. Will come back next time I need to rent a car!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family rented a truck a while ago for Sunday (because we are moving) however they told us they would be closed so we needed to come pick it up on Saturday. When we got there, they told us the truck we were supposed to take broke down and is now being repaired, so we could not take it. I don't understand why they couldn't tell us about it sooner? We went all the way there for nothing and now we are having to move to the new apartment without a moving truck. They took absolutely no responsibility whatsoever and now it's too late to rent another truck from a different place.

I had just been in an accident and he showed genuine care and sincerity to my situation. I was in and driving away in less than 15 min.
This made my ordeal much easier than I thought possible.

I frequently rent cars at this location and the staff, especially Milanpreet, are always friendly and accommodating.

Confirmed that there was a cargo van available when it was booked online only to find out upon showing up to pick up the van that there wasn't one available. I was then told that I had to call the other branches to find out where one was available, and couldn't cancel the reservation at that time because it was after the reserve time.

Very dissatisfied.

Honoured reservation with the car I requested. Friendly staff. Were not pushy with sales of insurance or other extras like other rental places. Would definitely visit again

I wasn’t happy with my experience with this enterprise.they refused to pick me up although my place was in 11km distance (less than the 16km range they have in website). Gave me a mid sized sedan although I payed for a full sized. Not to mention the politeness. Their employee talks over you on the phone and doesn’t let you talk.

Surprisingly great service from a big company. They really must train and treat their employees well because it shows in how knowledgeable and helpful they are.

Always a great experience here. Staff is friendly, courteous and thorough. My go to rental spot. The location is a little inconvenient to get to via transit but they do offer a pick up and drop off service.

This is the second time in a year we have rented a car from this location. Both times I booked through Costco and got great prices and no charge for the second driver. They were ready for pick up and the car was exactly what was requested. No issues during the ten days. Return was quick and simple. Can't ask for anything more when renting a car. Will definitly use this location as third time.

This is our second time rent a car with Enterprise, the service is excellent. Price are great, the car that we get are very clean and comfortable.

Best car rental shop in the lower mainland. Enterprise generally has far better customer service than most other car rental companies, and the folks at this shop are especially helpful and accommodating. For the few extra dollars, I’d recommend coming here over budget, hertz, avis, thrifty or any of the cheaper options out there

My wife and I often visit Vancouver and we always rent from Enterprise and always will as long as David Chan is there. The customer service he gives is is worth more than 5 stars. The team there that I had to deal with is just unmatched. All of them are extremely friendly and easy to work with and it’s all about customer care. Making a booking with them no longer means anything. Instead of giving you the car you need they will try to sell you something you don't need/can't use. Waste of time and ruins your vacation.

The experience at this location and person who served me was Amit Sharma the best customer service with positive attitude, I would come back for sure.

I have received amazing customer service from Enterprise Brian Jessel. Yesterday Farooq gladly drove me to my rental and dropped me off. Everything went very smoothly. Farooq was easy to talk to, kind and efficient. When we got to the car pick up location, and while we waited for the car to be pulled around, Farooq answered their phones and gave the callers the same amazing service I was getting. I would highly recommend Enterprise.

I was rented sedan car for couple of times at this location. I really got the best price from this store and the customer service was amazing. Chetan Meda was working at that time. He was really helped me in selecting the car. Chetan Meda- I really appreciate your help and service.

These guys really helped me out of a jam when my car went down two days before a weekend getaway. They were helpful, courteous and quick, they upgraded me, and the car was spotless, and brand new-low km's. No fuss, no hidden costs, no pressure tactics. As others have stated the location is not central, and rather terrible. Really hidden away.

Shady businesses, i would never come here again. I would take my truck to dealership for repair and get a courtesy truck.

I wouldnt trust these people. These people charged me for some bs damage on the roof of the truck, tire and front bumper. Called my bank and told them to stop the charge.

Amazing service, they accommodated me very well. When the truck I had reserved did not get returned on time, they gave me a minivan at a discount from my original rate. And when I needed to keep the van an extra day, there was no problem.
When I returned the van, I asked for a car to take to the airport, and they gave it to me at the same discounted rate I was paying for the van.

I reserved a small vehical and they gave me a big 4x4? Plus it's not even ecoboost. Not good especially i called a week in advance. Then i followed up a day in advance. And they still gave me a pick up. Not good

Rent a car about 6 times a year from this location. The staff have always provided excellent service. Calling the day before to confirm and see if I need to be picked up. Call while I have the rental to make sure it suits my needs. Always calling after I return to make sure I know it was returned and processed.

Have always rented from this location for both my personal and business trips. The staffs offer great customer service and the vehicles are clean! Will continue to rent from them!
