Epic Rides

Their hacky wordpress site order booked me a "return" trip of two sequential day trips from Vancouver. I can't even get a refund even though this is not even a return trip. How could I take two buses from Vancouver on the same day? Terrible product

Picked us up on time. Departed on time. Arrived to Whistler on time. Same on the way back to Vancouver. Can't ask for anything else.

Great services. Adam is fantastic, and make the trip an actual journey - no ordinary bus ride. Appreciate the extra efforts and services you continually give to the passengers Adam, it does not go unnoticed!

Bus was very clean upon entering, bus driver was so lovely, giving pointers throughout the drive and the drive was super smooth!

Nice ride, easy to buy ticket. I did not like the driver since he left a black person outside the bus, even if he was banging on the door to get in. We were telling the driver to let him in, but he refused it because it's was time to leave.

Pretty disappointed given that they claim "#1 to Whistler Shuttle Service"! I bought a round trip from them and missed my shuttle to Whistler. I emailed their customer service and then booked another one as the demand was high and I wanted to get on a shuttle the next day. I couldn't make that shuttle the next day and I couldn't get a refund nor EVEN CHANGE THE TIME OF IT! After the booking!

The bus looked new & nice from the outside. Sadly, there were no charging ports, wi-fi, or on-board toilet. The leg room was very narrow too. Lastly, I want to give a shout-out to the driver from Vancouver-Whistler on Feb 13,2023 at noon. He was punctual, informative, & safe.

Tremendous customer service over the phone. I was having technical issues online to fix my order. Spoke with Nevada this morning. She was super helpful and efficient to fix the order. Wish there were more customer service agents out there with that level of support!

Whistler Local and previously gave a 5-star review. Use the service bi-weekly and have for a couple years. Great rides but was disappointed when I got rude service over the phone. Accidentally booked the wrong pass and was given no sympathy. Really disappointing for how much business i give them. Owner is a good dude, drivers are great. Bummed to be helped by whoever is on the phones.

This is my 'new' way to play for travel to Whistler! Cozy & comfortable seats, left right on time and drivers are friendly as well as professional. Plus you can't beat the fare! I consider it to be quite a deal. I'm jumping on yet again today!

Prices are reasonable. I wish the directions to the airport pickup location at RiverRock Casino were clearer. I walked around with my heavy luggage and a bad foot. A few photos would have made it much clearer. The train ride from the airport to the Bridgeport station will cost you $8, which I didn't know about. The pickup from Whistler was hurried. The bus showed up 10 minutes too early, and the driver acted as if I was late. Had I showed up on time, I would have missed the bus.

I'm reposting what Jake posted because he's spot on. The savings isn't worth the hassle. Book with someone that will actually get you to Whistler:

My experience: My flight was delayed an hour. I emailed them about my delay and that I would get to River Rock close to the shuttle departure time before I took off (about 3 hr notice). Once I arrived, I took a cab to rush there instead of taking the train, and I called to tell them I was 5 minutes away. They still left without me.

The next shuttle wasn't for 3 and a half hours. I'm not sure why they have you put in flight info when you book; they do not take it into consideration.

My boyfriend made the shuttle and said there were 4 people that were all fine with waiting 5 minutes, but the shuttle driver's boss made him go.

Terrible customer service. They are rude and run like an overpriced city bus. Use a real shuttle company not a poorly operated mega bus.

Best price best drivers.we were late from West Jet and EPIC was easy to get a hold of. I left a message and thought they would be slow to call back and they called back so fast. They sorted us out! I WILL BE BACK!

Great price for the ride. Courteous and great service from the drivers. Had an unfortunates drop off when starting my journey and thought my friend put my suitcase on the bus … nope
The next bus driver noticed it and put it on his bus. My driver phoned the office and Dave brought it back for me. Saved my whole trip

CHANGE THE TIME OF PICK UP WITHOUT CALLING. CALLED WHEN GOT TO HOTEL AND ONLY WAITING TWO MINUTES FOR US TO COME DOWN. WHEN I CALLED TO SAY WE WERE DOWN WHICH WAS A TOTAL OF 4 MINS FROM HIS PHONE CALL THEY WOULD NOT TURN THE BUS AROUND. NEXT BUS WAS 3 HOURS AWAY. THEREFORE WE WOULD HAVE MISSED OUR FLIGHT. HAD TO PAY FOR A $350 RIDE SHARE. WAS NOT HAPPY!

They don’t check if you’re vaccinated or not and half of the bus is traveling with masks on their chins. Also, there were drunk women in the bus with us and they were incredibly loud and obnoxious during the whole trip. Not necessarily saying the driver should have done something (though that’s what you should expect when boarding a public vehicle in such state) but it should not be allowed to happen.

This is an awesome bus company, super quick and easy. I left an item on the bus and the owner/president went out of their way to get it back to me. I wasn't able to pick it up in time, so they delivered it right to a friend's work for me weeeoooooo so kind

Fantastic experience. Professional and courteous drivers, clean and comfortable buses, and a handy way to get me and my bike to and from Whistler. When I had to change my reservation they did so quickly and easily with zero hassle. Very highly recommended.

These guys are great! I had a seasons pass this winter and rode with them over 50 times! The drivers are smooth and courteous. Highly recommended!

Epic fail! Both times that I've been unfortunate enough to ride this bus, the washroom was out of service. When I ask the driver to make a restroom stop, he told me it was not possible, even though the trip is 2 hours long. He suggested stopping on the side of the road instead of a proper restroom stop. And then never stopped on the side of the road! I've never been on a more uncomfortable or unprofessional trip in my entire life. Inhumane and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Pretty epic, and awesome value for getting to Whistler. Reliable and on time. Yes, the toilet is always out of service, presumably to keep ticket prices low, but being an adult with reasonable control of my bladder this has never been a problem for me. And now the bus has WiFi!

These guys are great. We left a bag at a terminal and they took it back to Vancouver for us at no charge. They drivers were all very friendly and helpfull and I can't recommend the whole experience enough. Beats the hell out of driving!

This is my second year using epic rides to travel to Whistler, and they offer the best time slots for going to and coming back from Whistler. More importantly their price are competitive and they are punctual. I am a staff at Whistler, so all those things are important to me.

Their customer service is above and beyond what you'd expect from a shuttle service. The drivers are extremely helpful and go the extra mile to help the guest who are visiting and locals alike. So it's worth tipping the driver when you book your ride. All their drivers are amazing, but I have to give Ocean a shout out as well as Lulu. I think that's her name. What I think is a tedious job, they really seem to enjoy having guests on board.
There's also a new driver this year who I didn't get the name of was just as awesome.

Epic Ride exceeded all my expectations.

Worse travel experience of my life. No functioning bathroom for a 2hr trip. When I asked the driver to stop in squamish he told me we had already passed the bathroom even if we were right in town. Didn't announce or ask if anyone needed to get out. He then proceeded to humiliate me in front of everyone pulling over to the side of the highway so I could supposedly get out, pull my pants down in front of everyone and pee.
I should have known to run away from this trip before it started when people were piling their luggage under the bus cause no one was there to organize it.
Please stay away from this horrible "company". I'm reporting them to The Better Business Bureau for inhumane treatment and misleading their customers. If I could give it 0 rating
