The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's clean and serves herbal tea while you wait, free. Massage therapists are very good! There is always parking.

I have been seeing Sonal K. PT, for the past 4 months following a knee replacement. I feel so extremely fortunate that I discovered her. She is by far the best physiotherapist I have ever met. I have unfortunately been to many over the years. If you're looking for a physiotherapist that will go one on one with you for the entire visit, then Sonal is for you. Her qualifications are exemplary and I personally appreciate her specialty in manual therapy. She has already gotten me to a point that myself and others can't believe postop. She is kind, punctual, professional and strives to get you better. I can't say enough about her and I hope everyone out there that is needing rehab gets a chance to see Sonal. Karl is the best massage therapist I have ever had. He is very welcoming, understanding and knowledgeable. I was in terrible pain. Thanks to him, I experienced significant improvement within the first treatment and felt amazing after the next. I highly recommend Karl!

I’ve been trying to have deep tissue massage regularly at Equilibrium without success. The last two appointments that I booked 3 weeks in advance with the same practitioner were both cancelled just two days before. There was no effort made by this practitioner to accommodate me despite two cancellation. Now I’m waiting another 3 weeks for an appointment. So that will make it 6 weeks to get deep tissue massage. If there is another cancellation I’m giving up.

Equilibrium is a 5/5. The receptionists are friendly; I have mostly dealt with Daniella and she is fantastic. I am currently taking part in using a Chiropractor and an RMT and they have been great experiences so far. Dr. Adam who is new to the clinic is fantastic.very knowledge and caring to the issues. Travis works out the muscles and nerves that has been bothersome and does a great job. I can’t wait to try acupuncture, it’s next on the list. After trying both physiotherapy and massage therapy for sciatic pain with disappointing results, I tried acupuncture. And I just recently finished five acupuncture treatments with Demi Palmer at Equilibrium. Demi is a gentle, skilled practitioner. She demonstrated compassion toward me and interest in my problem. But perhaps most importantly, the treatments work.

Demi encouraged me to set a goal at the beginning of our treatment (half-an-hour of pain-free walking) and I have surpassed that goal. She explained everything fully, asked questions of me to determine treatment, and answered all of my questions. She even provided follow up emails twice-once after a session that ended up triggering strong emotions. She just wanted to check out how I was feeling. She is genuinely kind.

I was surprised at how much I love acupuncture. Although there is some discomfort involved, overall the needling sensations are delicious and lying on the heated bed is very relaxing. I walk away feeling that healing has taken place.

Consulting Dr. Marc Bijman about my back pain is a good decision for me. He laid out the plan of my treatment on my initial visit. The degree of pain on my back improved and now that i am on my last few visit, i am now able to do things that i wasn't able to do prior of my visit to Dr. Bijman office. If i will be asked to recommend Dr. Bijman, i highly rwcomment him.

I had a fantastic experience at Equilibrium. I came in with some severe shoulder pain and in three treatments I’m feeling almost 100%. Dr. Bijman is professional, caring, and awesome at what he does! The treatments helped the immediate pain I was in and Dr. Bijman also showed me some good exercises to build strength in my shoulder going forward. I highly recommend)

I had my very first acupuncture appointment with Demi last week and I have nothing but amazing things to say. She is extremely professional and has a very kind and welcoming demeanour. Throughout the session, she was very attentive and thorough when treating my tense neck and upper back. Just after one acupuncture session, my pain has subsided significantly. On top of the excellent work that she does, the clinic itself had such a relaxing and calming environment. Overall, an excellent experience and am very much looking forward to my next appointment. Great place! I saw Morgan for Accupuncture, she's the best! Also saw Dr. Marc for chiro, he was very quick to see what my issue was, got me moving properly right away!

The atmosphere at the Tillicum location was very calming. My massage with Sasha Shamriy was excellent. I loved climbing onto a warm table at the beginning of my session. I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles. She listened to everything I said and applied the right amount of pressure. I have already booked another session with her. I came to see Dr. Marc with really bad vertigo. After one visit and some home care, vertigo disappeared. Thank you so much for the continuous treatment to address other issues related to vertigo.

Was recommended by a friend so came here. I had some pain in my upper right back and after my second visit, Dr. Marc was able to fix me up. The place was spotless and well cleaned before every visit. The staff was very professional and friendly as well.

I booked a massage because I had been experiencing a lot of pain and tension in a specific area which I had clearly conveyed to the therapist but at no point during the appointment did they work on this area. I spent a lot of money and was quite disappointed in the result - still very tense.

Very professional. I was put at ease right away. The staff are welcoming and friendly. I especially liked the time Dr. Mark Bijman took to explain everything to me. The first session work done on my neck was painless and extremely relieving. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I came to Equilibrium after getting into a car accident. I was off work and had pain up to an 8/10. Dr. Marc and Matt were able to get me back to full work schedule and get rid of all pain!

I came to Equilibrium with a sore neck and upper back that really reduced my range of motion. Dr. Marc was able to get me out of pain and get me to 90% in 3 visits.   Equilibrium provides a warm and calming atmosphere that takes all sanitation precautions needed.

I have started going to Equilibrium fairly recently but am so impressed with their cleanliness, efficiency, and of course the level of care they have given each time I go in. I have been to multiple locations and whether its for chiro or massage I always leave happy.

He didn't just crack my back and move on to the next person; he took the time to provide me with the necessary advice and exercises so I'd be able to get better at home. Well decorated office with personable and helpful staff. Always has a pot of brewed tea for customers to enjoy, as well as some dark chocolates on the desk. Comfortable seating in the waiting room and some of the most delightful massage tables I've come across. If you need heated everything, they have it. The table articulation adds a greater degree of comfort.
10/10 will go again.

This place is wonderful. So peaceful and relaxing. I had the best massage today and feel amazing! I will definitely be going back very soon.
