Espresso Dolce/ Ultimate Cup of Coffee Ltd.

My Saeco Encanto randomly stopped working after 6 years of consistent use. I was told by other espresso companies in Vancouver that they couldn't fix it and had to contact Philips directly for servicing. That wasn't the case at Espresso Dolce. They fixed it on the spot and I couldn't have asked for better service, plus the repair was extremely affordable. I came away more educated about my machine and most importantly, could have my favourite coffee that same afternoon. 5 stars all around!

Over priced: Purchased a part that costs $11 - $16 at other stores and was charged $24.95 before tax for a Caffewerks silicone group head gasket 8mm (E61). Won’t be back!

Great customer service from Chantelle, who patiently answered all of my questions about the various coffee machines, demonstrated their features, and helped me choose the best option for our household, the Jura S8. I had trouble with trying to get milk to froth on my new machine, and I was invited to bring it in for a tutorial, more than once, even though a month had passed since I had bought it. Very welcoming and good service

I had the good fortune of purchasing a QuickMill Andreja Premium Limited Edition Espresso machine (#165 of 200 released worldwide) at the Espresso Dolce store in Vancouver! The machine is encased in authentic walnut and comes with a certificate of authenticity. It works beautifully, and looks even better. The folks at the Vancouver store were amazing! They bundled the Andreja with a wood trimmed grinder and a wooden knock box, along with coffee beans and cleaning tools. I can’t believe how lucky I was to find such a complete set of matching wood items. Espresso Dolce took excellent care of me. I received outstanding value, with discounted pricing on the bundle. I wholeheartedly recommend Espresso Dolce for all one’s coffee needs. Their level of professionalism and customer care is extremely rare these days.

Espresso Dolce is an amazing company, I have purchased 2 quick mill andreja from Amin, and he has been outstanding. Perhaps the best part is that you can actually send machines back and have them repaired, and the store is kind to you in the process and doesn’t just push you to buy another machine, Amin was happy to fix it for me but I decided to purchase the new model as well because of my first experience. I brought my Delonghi Icona espresso maker in to be repaired as it was leaking all over the place. It's a cheaper machine but I'm quite attached to it and even though I had bought it for around $150 on eBay the cost to replace it is almost $400. Thanks to Espresso Dolce, for $60 it is back up and running like a charm. I also picked up a huge 2lb bag of their signature espresso beans for $30, which are excellent. The staff are very polite and professional. Great experience.

This is such the worst shop in Vancouver. Their services are terrible with no expertise at all. They are irresponsible for their services. What they offer is the worst service at high rates. DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP either for any purchases or services. Otherwise, you would be regretful for that.

I recently purchased a Baratza WI Grinder from them, and the LCD panel was having problem - I returned the grinder and they reviewed the problem with me and without hesitation they replaced it. Super customer service, excellent stock of espresso related items, and very knowledgeable staff. If your are looking for an espresso machine or grinder this is the group to visit. Highly recommended. Had a very poor experience. I purchased a coffee machine on their website about a week ago and received a confirmation email, and the money was charged on my credit card (just shy of $2,500). Days go by and I receive no further communication or shipping confirmation. I try to track my order in the Shop app and it still says "order placed". I follow the link in my email to their website, and the website is then password protected (?). I find another website with a similar domain name with the same phone number that I called prior to placing my order, and see that it has a completely different look. The machine I purchased is $400 more expensive. I call the store to receive clarity on my order and am told that the website I had ordered from was in beta testing and the order should have never gone through. I was informed my order had been cancelled. This is extremely unprofessional as 1) I never received notice that my order was cancelled, 2) I never received notice of a granted refund up until I called (6 days later), 3) the machine is $400 more expensive and I was told the price I acquired it for would not be honoured. I was told that IF the machine is honoured at the original price when the website is relaunched, I will be notified. I was very excited for my first coffee machine investment and I felt absolutely double-crossed and deceived by the entire process.disappointing. I will take my business elsewhere.

We purchased a Juru Expresso super automatic for our office and were impressed by Expresso Dolce's service and selection. Harry was great to deal with.

This was one of the best shopping experiences we had in a long time. Not only did the employees actually know their stuff (unlike many stores of the large retail chains where the attendants often don’t have a clue what they are talking about). But what impressed us most was the fact that we told the manager who served us, that we came to buy a new full automatic espresso machine in the price range of up to $2000. When we told him why our old DeLonghi wasn’t working anymore, he recommended that we try a spare part first, which he sold us for $20. That fixed our problem and saved us from buying a new machine prematurely. Impressed with such an honest consultation we will definitely buy our next machine, or any other equipment we may need, from Espresso Dolce/ Ultimate Cup of Coffee Ltd.

We purchased our Magnifica S about a year ago, love the machine and detail the staff gave us to help make an informed choice. Whenever I can, I stop in for more beans and maintenance supplies. I really appreciate the complimentary cup of good coffee they offer as well!
