Just trying to get a price for a ride to the airport. The computer couldn't find the address for pickup. No real person to speak to. Unbelievably poor customer service.
Call Uber.

The driver couldn’t find our address which made no sense. A big condo building over two years old. I ended up chasing him down the road. It was annoying. Then he did the jerking of the gas pedal. Really annoying. No tip for you! Never using Saanich Yellow cabs again!

Called for cab to pick me up, after 20 min. I called back to see how long the cab would be, only to be told it would be 45-60 min. More. Because they didn't have very many cabs in my area. Don't waste your time or money on then use someone else.

Easy to use. Called gave the address for pickup and my number and name. Cab was there in 5 minutes. Second time I called, only had to give my pickup location. Driver was also about 5 minutes and knew my name. Later realized there was a text message confirming the car number and driver name. Super professional, clean and safe driving.

Driver refused to listen about going down a road that was closed- for the past two months- and proceeded going down and then turning around. I got charged extra because of this. Also argued about where I was wanting to go. I called dispatch and was promptly hung up on. Don’t take this cab company they are scam artist!

Drivers complain with the passenger that the pick up point is far away. They get no tip for that, but it would be nice to not be treated like a burden.

Missed out bus and so called for a cab. Driver was very nice. Super quick to arrive. Got us to the museum safe and sound.

Quick and easy service. We were vacationing without a car. No matter the time, when we called a car was there for us within five minutes. The call was easy too. It was automated and you just state where you're at and then the magic happens.
