Essence Of L Medi Spa

I have been using Essence of L skincare products for about 6 months now and I am loving them! I started to get acne after having my son and the products have really helped me. I have re ordered multiple times now and will continue to use them!

Started coming here in June for acne treatments. The environment is calming and super relaxing. I love it here

ALL of the staff at EOL are amazing and genuinely want to help you improve your skin? I have been using their products for the past 4 years. I have always had dry/sensitive skin and struggled with dermatitis for about 15 years. No products seemed to help (I tried sooo many) and since I switched to the EOL products 4 years ago, the dermatitis completely cleared and hasn’t returned. So grateful! They have helped me become confident in my skin again. If you want to treat yourself to something special, their Hydrafacial treatment is my absolute favourite

The absolute Best skincare line I've ever used. The staff is so informative and always willing to help you figuring out the perfect skincare regime for you! 3 months in of using their products and I'm already seeing such a difference!

I have never had any facials let alone a facial procedure so as this was my first experience, I was impressed. I had a gown and a lovely warm bed to crawl into while my esthetician got set up.
She explained everything as she went along as continuously asked how I was doing.
I will definitely go back for more sessions and would highly recommend Essence of L to friends.

I don't even have the words for how amazing Essence of L is! No wonder they have almost 100 5 star reviews. Seriously, I have struggled with acne since I was in middle school. Throughout high school it got worse and my doctor put on Doxycycline for 2 1/2 years! Once I decided to get off doxycycline, my acne came back WORSE than it ever has. I was devastated and was trying whatever I could to make my skin heal and be healthy. My doctor told me tretinoin would work and IT DID NOT. It was an awful experience. In October of 2020 I contacted Leah and set up a consultation, since that day my skin has changed drastically! She made it feel so personal and gave me SO much great information. Leah, Tracey, and all the ladies at EOL go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and work with your needs/budget while helping you achieve healthy skin. I was touched and moved and inspired by the whole experience from the reception to the customer service to the set up and the process and then the quality of the touch as well as the communication before and during the service. I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences thus far with Essence of L. I had my first appt with Leah 6 weeks ago and my first facial today with Tracy. Both ladies were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My emails are always quickly responded to, and I feel like family when I’m there. I’ve struggled with my skin my whole life - highly sensitive, extremely dry, and within the 6 weeks since my first appt, after following the advice of Leah and her team, my skin has improved drastically. I started using EOL products in May of this year (2020) and soon after that I started chemicals peels. I’m 6 months into using products along with chemical peels and my skin has never looked this good before. I’m not exaggerating, before I started Leah’s products I had cystic acne, rough texture and every time I ran my hand across my face all I could feel was bumps and rough texture. I will still get the odd blocked pore but I can live with that, my face is smooth with minor scarring. Now I walk outta the house wearing no make up feeling comfortable in my own skin. I enjoy wearing makeup but I don’t feel the need to wear it on a daily basis. This has been the best investment I’ve made for my skin, I have stopped wasting my $$ at drug store products/Sephora. I will for sure continue to use the products and I look forward to getting more treatments. I would rather focus on my skin than buy products to cover up. I have very acne prone skin, for 10+ years. Most of my late teens and early 20’s. I felt like I had gone through hell and back, trying absolutely anything to clear my sensitive skin. Before finding Essence of L my skin never cleared or healed, I almost gave up. At that time my confidence was low and I always hid my face with my hair. Finding Essence of L is when my life absolutely changed. Leah and her amazing team of glow girls provided valuable education and support in every thinkable way regarding skin health and healing. Right after my skin consultation I noticed changes. I was more aware of what I was putting in my body and on it, I started using their glow clinical skin care, and attended monthly facials; I was determined to do anything for my skin. It took only 4 months of adhering to this new regimen that my skin turned visibly clear. Just 12 months of following protocols and the guidance of my skin professionals, I have fully clear skin. No more acne, no inflamed spots, lightened past scarring, hydrated and happy skin. I can’t even remember what life was like with acne, I see before and after pictures and it blows me away all the progress that has been made. Being introduced to Leah and this Essence Of L Medi spa has changed my skin and my life! I live out of province, but my friend Kate has been a loyal client for years and treated me to a facial and consultation during a visit to White Rock last summer. Leah took the time necessary to learn about my lifestyle, skincare routines and ongoing skin challenges. After a glorious facial treatment, Leah sat with me and helped to create a new customized and sustainable skincare routine that I could bring back home with me to Ontario. This new plan included luxurious Glow Skincare products including a face wash I LOVE. Leah also provided product/ingredient education and guided me through important changes in my sun protection, introduced me to a new acne-friendly makeup line, and discussed oral supplements/vitamins to target my acne from the inside out!

Despite living out of province, Leah has continued to support me remotely over the last year though ongoing virtual consultations and making small tweaks to my skincare lineup to maintain beautiful results. I went to see Leah a few years ago as she was recommended to me by a friend. She was so helpful and informative. She started me on this acne plan, and I threw out all my old make up products and acne products which never improved my acne. I started using her skincare line, jane iredale make up, using all the vitamins and probiotics she suggested and going for monthly hydrafacials. I've been going along with my daughter for almost a year now. Leah and Tracey are amazing, kind, supportive and they know their stuff! If there's a product in their spa, it's going to be fabulous.
