I've been experiencing exceptional customer service for my townhouse, constructed by Essence Property for over 1.5 year now. Sanaz, the homecare manager, has consistently demonstrated her willingness to address every small question of mine promptly. She has been proactive in scheduling dates to inspect and resolve any concerns I may have had.

Sanaz's responsiveness, accommodation, and reliability have made my experience truly positive. The overall quality of our new home is outstanding, and the warranty has provided me with valuable peace of mind, saving me both stress and money on unforeseen issues. The Essence staff, including Sanaz, have been exceptionally kind and humble throughout the process.

I extend my gratitude to Sanaz for efficiently fixing my windows in just 50 seconds ^^ and for taking the time to explain proper home maintenance practices. This level of service has greatly contributed to my satisfaction with Essence Property, and I am thankful for their dedication to ensuring a positive homeowner experience!

Sanaz was really helpful with my HVAC issue. She responded promptly to arrange for the technician which resolved the issue. She also provided guidance on how to maintain the HVAC. I wihs her and Essence all the best!

Great experience with Sanaz and her team. I had an issue with the laminate flooring and she was able to source the discontinued flooring, repair the issue and even gift us laminate to replace the carpet in the downstairs bedroom. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Essence Properties are phenominal in both aspects of building quality and the homecare. They are knowledgable, professional, caring, and thoughtful. Thank you for always being there, that means a lot to us. Much appreciated!

While Essence presents a facade of quality and service, the reality falls short. Homeowners experience numerous disappointments, from a rush job on new homes with glaring deficiencies to unresponsiveness to urgent requests. Service staff, while claiming expertise, take shortcuts and deny issues. The gap between promised repairs and actual action further compounds the dissatisfaction. A stark contrast to the initial impression, Essence's performance leaves much to be desired in both craftsmanship and customer service.

This includes:
> The quality of the finished new home had an unbelievable amount of deficiencies - most things were a rush job - no care for the details.
> Unresponsive to urgent requests, delay in responding to emails
> Service staff that are sent for repairs are unfriendly, they take shortcuts and tell you there is no issue. Also, they seem to be master of all trades. The same person will come as an electrician as well as everything else.
> Finding multiple issues with items, being told they will be fixed, and then when it comes to it, they deny having to do any repairs.

Seriously reconsider buying from them - they will do everything to get you in, and then, they do not care. Highly disappointed in this company and builder.

Noble has been quite a professional builder so far for us. Their customer service has been quite responsive and helpful with any repairs that came up in my unit.

Great quality town home and great communication and service. Glad we chose to go with Emerge by Essence and move to Langley from Richmond.

Been working with Essence for 20 years and have nothing but good things to say. Very organized team that knows how to effectively communicate. Have never had to deal with any issues when working alongside their team. High quality product from a team who really cares.

Essence constructed our presale as cheaply as possible. In addition to using poor materials, the workmanship also left a lot to be desired in our presale property that we have lived in for only 2 years. Examples of just how poor the build is include our parkade floor that is in the process of being assessed due to the massive cracks that appeared approximately a year in. We have had issues with our heating, our shower had to be replaced, the paint job in the unit was poor, the electrical work is definitely not up to par (we noticed a solitary warm spot in our flooring within the first few months of living in our unit).

It pains me to see their logo while driving around the Langley area. Prime example of inflated home prices for poor quality homes.
