Clean, efficient and their card reader is easily accessible and well lit but there are a lot of hopeless people around

I went to this location many times and there are always many homeless people all over the gas station, mainly near the carwash exit. And also sometimes they ask for money. Moreover, the windshield washer fluid/water at pumps also needs to be replaced more often.

In contrast to the Tim's inside, this place is remarkably well stocked and supplied for such a small store. Wheel chair users be warned; the aisles are narrow, and there isn't a lot of room to maneuver.

I only waited for a passenger to go buy ice cream for her daughter. I didn't have business inside for myself.

Notice of appreciation for staff member JATIN whom we had the pleasure of dealing with through our transaction and purchases at this Esso gas station today. We had some questions on the car wash options, and Jatin was courteous and patient enough to make sure we fully understood which car wash option would be best for us, as well as notified us that with a minimum $20 gas purchase, we would get two dollars off the luxury wash! Transaction smooth as silk, customer service outs standing, very pleasant, especially considering how busy the shop was with non stop customers to tend too. Thank you Jatin, really. Signed up as member after checking out Aldergrove store as found prices where comparable & why not received a bonus credit at years end. After working in retail food industry for almost 25 years, I was impressed with variety, selection & quality.
Grocery, bakery& produce all had some very good deals, plus items not available elsewhere. Although I live in Surrey, I will shop Otter Co-op as much as feasible.

Horribly busy! Not following an sort of covid protocols! Way to many people in the store at once, no care for people health.

Customer service has really gone down the drain. And its by far gotten dirtier and dirtier as time as passed in the last few years. I never go in to pay for my gas no more. Always at the pump.

They do need to work on sticking and keeping the bathroom in order.
