Purchased 2 packs smokes about a month ago, the guy working was so sneaky, on the screen instead of scanning the items he punched in as a "misc item" and charged me 5 dollars more than it usually is. When I confronted after I already made the purchase, he looked me dead in the eye and lied.

I came back a week after and purchased the same items, this time lady helping me actually scanned the barcode.and the price was different.

*** make sure you watch what they punch in, I've already spoken to BBB Canada, and filed a complaint thru Esso head office. I understand it's only 5$ but the audacity to lie to someone's face about the buisness your conducting.

They say they are open 24 hours and everytime I go there late no one comes to the window or door then I phone and they answer but pretend they can't hear me n the line goes dead
