There was a spill at the pump which hadn't been treated, so I almost had a bad fall. The group at the till were too preoccupied socializing to speak to me immediately. I was left with the impression that 'the customer is allways wrong'. I just think that gas station could be better.

Car washes expire after a couple months which is ridiculous. I bought the 3 pack thinking it would be easier to just pop by when needed. Other washes in the area dont have expiration dates.

Very busy location since it's shared with a Tim Hortons, between the drive thru and the gas pumps it's precarious to drive in and often people use the parking lot as a short cut to turn north onto 120 st. Windows are dirty and the floors often have alot of used napkins laying around.

Imagine refusing a customer an exchange on a $5 Zippo lighter refill (I meant to purchase the $6 butane lighter refill.) Was happy to pay the difference (obviously.) Never had an experience like this in Canada, in 30 years of shopping.

They seemed to relent after some grumbling from me, and asked for my receipt. I showed them the Apple Wallet purchase for $5,2 hours prior to my latest visit. Then they just admitted that they knew that but still weren't going to exchange hahaha. Alright.

I'm not sure why the girl at the register and the managers were so snobby (was it because I was an old man? Was it because I was white?) No idea, but that's the VIBE I got. I couldn't have been more polite (before they essentially told me to get lost.)
They're right, though, they don't legally have to do an exchange in Canada. Maybe that's good business sense, but I have my doubts.

Do not come here if you prefer convenience of paying at pump. I've been here 5 times. Every time I'm there, their pumps do not recognize credit cards or optimum.

The Esso a few blocks down 24 is preferable.

Horrid. Doesn't take the time to update prices, they just rip off us customers instead. And when you bring it up with them why you were over charged from the prices on the shelves, they just rip the price tag off and say nothing we can do. This is the real reason why half the products aren't priced.its because they are the products they have been confronted about. Dont support a business that keeps you with anxiety about the price of every single product you buy from these thieves. Even gas is straight up 10 cents cheaper a block down. These guys are straight crooks. Businesses who keep false prices on the shelf should be fined because while us hard working people are trying to get the best deal, we are actually buying the worst one! Also 4x the price as superstore for a brisk iced tea

The last two times I have tried to gas up, neither of my cards would work. (they did later at another ESSO). Sunday the screens on several pumps not working. When I went to pay inside, the young lady asked if I wanted a car wash. I'm standing there in full motorcycle riding gear including helmet. I said common sense would say "No". She replied they don't use common sense. No more attempts at that station.

They consistently rank the MOST EXPENSIVE GAS in the area. The Luxury carwash FAILED to get the dirt off the car despite being the highes option available. The service persons were not even interested in rectifying the poor quality carwash issue. Its a sad day for this esso as i, and many of you reading this, will not be tricked into their DECEPTIVE services anymore! Spread the word and share!

Always friendly staff, Tim Hortons inside as they have everything you’d want here for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Car wash and plenty of parking. Lottery tickets and snacks galore
