Good little pit stop on the number 5 as you're coming through Barriere.

I have stopped here many times on the Alberta/BC drive. Decent gas station and has a Subway sandwiches inside. Has some unique British/USA candy, which is something interesting for that long boring drive. Coffee is not very good, but they do have specialty slurpees, e.g. Coffee flavor. The bathroom is decent. It is better to stop in Barriere then the Kamloops on road trips, if you want to save time. It is horrible trying to get on and off the highway from the awkward exits in Kamloops.
