The staff are all very nice and helpful here. They try very hard to keep it clean inside and out.

This is a review for the air machine on this gas station. The machine charges $2 for air, and shuts down before you are able to fill air in all four tires. This morning, struggling with snow and ice on and around the machine, I had to spend $4 to fill all four tires of my car. When I called the company (AirServ) to provide feedback, the customer service representative told me that she often pays $4 herself for air and that it's fair, and then asked me "Right? " I don't know what is more ridiculous, the machine and its cost or the customer service. I think this entire company is!

This store had great service with it being busy as well. These staff was polite when I asked to use the restroom (which is very rare)

This is my Regular gas station I am here filling up my Car every Two weeks without fail fail the staff are friendly and courteous always I like to go in and pay first then pump I don't use apps and all the stuff I like good old customer service so it's suits me well to go to this station and if I like grab a TImmies coffee while there I am very Happy with the Esso service station and it's product keeps my car running just fine in this ever evolving prices and world of oil and gas prices.

The 7-11 inside is convenient, as is the Tims, gas is gas. If you need it get it. Can get busy and the parking lot can get dicey.

I actually went to the Tim Hortons. It seemed chaotic and there was to much going on with 3 businesses in 1. I don't think I'd recommend going here and I'm pretty sure I won't be back unless I really need something they have

Their gas pump locked the chip on my card so I had to go to the bank to get it fixed! NEVER ever pay at the pump here!

Very busy and no Covid 19 protocols or distancing to be seen! No receipt available at pump yet again!

Great selection of products. Service is always friendly. Always open and always nearby in those convenience emergencies.

It literally means self-service, I think customers should also fill the water tank to clean the car window.

This location is a gong show. They need to hire more staff. Every time I’m there it’s one poor sales associate working by themselves getting crushed by the amount of interesting customers spilling into the store. There is clearly no Covid order being followed. It seems as though attempts at creating a plan were made however just not enough staff to ensure they’re being followed. I wanted to scream when I was in there!

Tim Hortons is located here and as I am usually heading to work from i buy coffee. Which in my opinion is quite good early in the morning before a 2 hour drive.

Sometimes the service is slow, but most of the time these guys are quick and efficient at their job, and having Tim Hortons there is great, but it closes early sometimes at 7pm, other times at 9pm, so get there early if you want a coffee

Polite and friendly staff. Has a Timmy's in the back so that sways my skirt the right way. Ummm.not much else to say.clean storefront and the restroom was tidy as well. I'm a germaphobe. I don't like public restrooms and try avoid them at all costs. But when you gotta go.you gotta go. So, that being said, I give this establishment 4 out of 5 stars. Good job!

Prices here are higher than other places.
Esso gas in general is lower quality than Chevron. I can get around 400km on a full tank from Chevron, but I averaged only around 360km on a full tank from Esso.
As mentioned by others, customer service at this Esso is bad, you are better off going elsewhere for gas.

Something wrong with that ladies I had must to say 4 times that I want to pay for gas then she didn't want to take the points card and the rescipt
The worst service ever

My go-to refuel stop since it’s close to me. Always in and out in no time and the times that I’ve gone inside for a quick purchase I received pleasant and efficient customer service. As for pricing, I never really noticed a major decrease or increase in comparison to other stations. ~ Mo

It can be a very busy location. But the customer service isn't too bad. I think I have only ever had a problem with one person. And it was a big misunderstanding on both of our parts. They can also have some decent deals on their drinks sometimes. I haven't used the Tim Hortons there so I dont know how they are for customer service, but I assume its good.

I was finding in the morning I was consistently being over charged for items. The few times I pointed it out I got the feeling it was not an accident. I noticed it was happening to other people also including my wife. The lady and man who were doing this don’t seem to be there any longer. However the other staff are not super friendly. They are awfully cold hearted to a particular homeless mentally ill lady who is sometimes asking for change outside. I wish they would patiently explain to her their expectations and not be so cold to her.
