Window washing squeegee water was disgusting. So dirty I didn’t want to use it and it even had garbage in it. I came mid day so someone isn’t doing their job…

Nice and clean outside and inside. Washroom OK. Need more staff who understands customers needs then 5 stars.

Now I don't like giving a rather low rating to a business that is trying to survive during these times but I was unimpressed when I was at the gas pumps of this station last night.

There was an unusual amount of cars lined up in the early evening and I thought it was because they had a lower price than other stations at the time. Once I started pumping I noticed that it is taking unusually long to pump the gas. It took me almost 12-15min to fill up from first press to eventually getting so tired I had to use the pump locking lever clip.

No biggie, right? Until it overflowed! The pump is usually supposed to stop on its own when nearly full as we all know, but it didn't. And I can only assume that didn't happen because the pump was pumping so slow that there wasn't enough pressure feedback for the auto shut off to work properly.

I didn't go inside because it wasn't much fuel that spilled and the employees are not at fault and can't really do much about the issue.

This review is intended for the management to be aware and take action and for other unsuspecting drivers that may experience the same fate and waste some expensive Vancouver gas while they maybe even inside grabbing a timmies to go!

Otherwise this station has a good set up and is run well otherwise as far as I'm concerned just to be fair and balanced in this review.

However, I will not be patronizing this station further until they have fixed the issue. I will be happy to change my rating and return once the issue has been resolved and I'm made aware.

Update (Mar 2023) : I've recently fuelled up here again and it seems the issue with the pumps are fixed. I never received a follow up from management regarding the issue, however. So my rating will be higher but not as much as it could be based on the fact the management never responded and advised what the issue was here and if they have taken action to remedy it.

I dislike this one location. There’s three different tills, 3 different stores and all of it is too expensive with very little selection.

You have the gas till if you’re buying gas. Fine.

But then you also have a separate Tom Horton’s - not a full Timmy’s mind you, one of those little ones that never has a decent selection of timbits.

And then you have the 7/11. All separate. Why? Also, why is a bag of chips so expensive? Why is a pop 2$+? Save your money and go to a dollar store or even superstore. There’s no convenience here.

I guess this is just how Esso works now.

Too bad esso got rid of esso points. Ox points suck. Petro Canada you can use points for gas, tobacco, really anything. Go to petro instead.

Staff are friendly but they move rather slow and speak to each other in another language which I find incredibly rude.

This location does not let customer to use their washroom, for six months they say that the washroom is out of the order. How can we trust the stuff wash their hands before they touch food for sale around them if really washroom is out of service for six months.

I have mixed feeling about this place. On one side it has everything you need if you are stopping at the pump. Tim Hortons and 7 eleven are at the same location but if you go in the morning between 6 to 730, it can be very busy.

Esso gas stations tend to be the best ones.
They keep their prices lower then most other stations, they are typically 7-11's and Tim hortons all in 1 business.
You can collect 7-11 points esso gas points and redeem both for free Tim's

They mostly tend to be 24 hr service sin that's great.

Standard gas station. Busy. Often hard to find a spot, but generally below average prices which is good. A bit difficult to get in and out.

Never a lower price for fuel. Close by a co-workers home that I sometimes meet up for sharing a drive with

Scott is a good guy. Also very helpful and very prompt in doing his best to help get your equipment going again. Have worked with him a few times.

It's got everything you need at a gas station and convince store. It has gas. It has snacks. It is convenient

Good place to go for tim hortons, Esso gas and goodies at 7-11 all in one, missing one thing a handicap door!
