I have been dealing with this gas station for many years. I owned a car dealership and purchased all of our fuel there. Saturday evening I went to gas up and they were out of fuel.the store was open so I asked for the key for the washroom and the clerk was very rude to me and ignored me then said they lost the key.which I don’t believe

I just called to ask what their price for diesel and the guy says “I can’t tell you”. I remember when these were called service stations.

7-11 Experience cant get any better. Asked for the food to be cooked fresh and was served with hot and delicious food. Employees are always smiling and delivering their best. GUNGEET U DA MAN!

Twice over a period of 3 months I have asked to use the public bathroom at this location. Twice I was told the " the bathrooms were being remodeled". Once maybe, twice over a 3 month layover means it's a policy and they are liars. I was humiliated when I was unable to make it to a different bathroom

This is the place I go to get my car washed while the McKenzie & Quadra location is under renovations. However, I do have an issue when the cashier in the store does not ring up my transaction properly and I do not get my offers awarded properly for my Esso Extra Privileges account.

Let’s be honest. It’s Friday, the sun is out and there ain’t nobody in line but me for the car wash. Nobody’s gonna mess that up.

Underside blaster is a joke. It goes on for 6 seconds and you ended up missing half the car. Waste of $17

I'd like to give more stars but they recently upgraded their car wash and now it has tacky clubbing light system. Don't need more light pollution
The staff are nice, good selection in store.

Slowest pumps in the city. Immediate regret having stopped here. Unless ndu want to spend 3x as long filling ur vehicle don't come here. It's pathetic.

I don't know how many times this is been happening to me lately but I've got bad luck in getting the receipt from the gas bumps after I paid. Some people (including myself) like their receipts when they pay with a Visa to keep track of them. There is nothing worse than a busy day at a gas station when all the pumps are full and you get the last one. And after you've filled up, you go to get your receipt and then it says, "Sorry you'll have to go inside to get it. " Whyyyyyy? Why does this happen when you're in a rush, you've got your gas, and then its.go inside and wait in a (5 person this time) lineup to get your receipt?

I'm starting to think that ESSO does this on purpose just to get you into the store to tempt you with all the food and goodies! Is this what you are doing to us customers? I've been using ESSO stations for about 25 years straight. Do I have to change stations to get better service on this continuing problem? This has happened a few times at the Douglas & Tolmie station, and numerous times at the Carey Rd.station. With the later being about 50/50 for "get your receipt inside". Or "sorry, the paper has run out"!

Please tell me why?

P. S. And I do actually buy things at stations at times, but I may never if this keeps up.

Stayed at a hotel rear here. Was in and out many times for drinks, candy, etc. Two guys always seemed to be working there - both were pretty friendly. Definitely some sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot at night

Had a car wash here and fill up with gas. Great to have access to a Car wash when getting petrol.
