Ethical flooring completely transformed the space in my new condo. Clear communication for the project with the cost kept within the original quote plus floor prep approximation. They stuck to the time frame given which was important as the move in day was just one day after. The end result looks and feels great.

I moved into an 8 year old condo with laminate floors except for the bedrooms. I wanted consistent flooring throughout and was able to match the new flooring with the old through Ethical Flooring. The sales and installation teams were excellent. They did such a great job you cannot tell the floors were ever changed. They were professional and kept my place clean while doing the work. If I have future flooring needs I will definitely go back to Ethical Flooring.

We just replaced the carpet in our condo with laminate flooring after many of our neighbours' recommendations. Brendan was very responsive whenever we had any concerns or questions, and we were extremely impressed with the finished product.

A few units in our building ran into serious flooding problems when their contractors were putting the baseboards back on after flooring was done, due to pipes being in the wrong places, but Brendan and Felix were confident in their work and things went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get new flooring! We love our new floors so much, thanks again!

As far as the installation itself, everything went smoothly, due in no small part to Steve and Jay, who did a stellar job given the challenges of leveling floors in an older house. We had Ethical install engineered hardwood throughout our house. The service was exceptional. Brendan was very patient with us and followed up every query we had, and very helpful making sure we picked the floor we were most happy with. His communication with us was excellent.

The install was A+! It was a 90 yeah old house with some weird corners and all the awkward stuff that an old house has. They levelled it perfectly and all the edging was done with excellent precision.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the time invested from Bill and the Ethical Flooring team (installers Charlie and Steve) to ensure we had the right flooring installed for our needs and to the constraints of our current flooring. We can’t state enough how thrilled we are with this new flooring. The choice of product, from comfort underfoot to the style and color, is fantastic. We love it and the vast improvement to the house.

As well, we can’t say enough about the dedication of Charlie and Steve in making sure we were pleased with the installation. They were meticulous in layout and alignment of the Armstrong Adura Max vinyl tile on the floor, on the stairs, at all doorway intersections plus at our exterior patio door. Our project wasn’t the easiest to deal with (in-floor heating and very uneven floor and joists). Their attitude and professionalism was of the utmost quality. They answered all our questions and corrected any issues addressed.

We would definitely call upon Ethical Flooring for any future projects and highly recommend your company for anyone considering new or upgrading existing flooring.

Great product, great service. I was looking for a high quality made in Canada engineered hardwood floor for our condo reno and found a great range of products at Ethical Flooring.

My wife and I visited 5 different flooring stores before visiting Ethical. We found the people at the previous stores to be very unhelpful as we were looking for a specific engineered hardwood solution. Shelby at Ethical was a breath of fresh air. She was quick to identify a solution that was cost effective, competitive and also "Made in Canada". She went the extra mile in answering many questions from me and we were happy to order from Ethical.

Purchasing new flooring for our home was overwhelming. However, working Jan at Ethical Flooring made the process clear and stress-free. Jan went above and beyond to work with us on our selection, and was patient with us as we made our final decision. He was very hands on, and if we could, we would give his level of customer service 10 stars! This was our second experience dealing with Ethical Flooring, about 3 years ago we replaced the wall to wall in the principal bedroom and just this past month we had an area carpet made for our living room out of the same 'stain proof' type of carpet by Karasdan that we used in the bedroom (in a different colour and design.) We used Ethical Flooring after looking at a few companies. And I am glad we did. From start to finish, the process was great. Matt the project manager who answered and guided us through the process was fantastic. The installers Dan and Bryan did an amazing job. We had a few hick ups along the way which is common when you take up old flooring, but Matt was very helpful in coming up with options and discussing best plan of action. We did not feel any pressure and the quality of the product and install was well worth it. The products they carry are also more environmentally conscious as they try and source things like would that are sustainably sourced and for the floating vinyl plank, are high quality. Which is what we had, and it was very reasonably priced and competitively prices. I don't often leave reviews, but when you get someone you would highly recommend, it is always nice to share. Would have no issues recommending Ethical flooring, when we need floors in the future, we will be returning.
