I wish that I could give more than 5 stars for this place! We come here to eat every time we’re in Golden and it never disappoints!
The food is SOOOO flavourful! The chef really paid attention to detail when concocting these recipes! I’ve had the breakfast sandwiches, the avocado toast, the oat and granola bars, the tea. I’ve even grabbed some soap and sourdough loaf to bring back home with me!

Awesome coffee shop! The owner is super friendly and extremely passionate about what he is serving. Their coffee and sourdough are superb. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience at Ethos! The atmosphere is modern and inviting, with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. But the real star of the show is the coffee. In addition to the great coffee, Ethos also offers a variety of delicious pastries and snacks. I sampled their croissant, and it was fresh, flaky, and so delicious. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the coffee is exceptional, and the atmosphere is just right. 5 stars!

This place is always busy.and for GOOD REASON! Golden was in such need of a trendy cafe. The staff is incredible, food is amazing, and coffee is some of the best I've ever had! Can't go more than a couple days without my ethos fix ;)

Ethos black drip coffee is delicious and tasty. We enjoyed the Avacado toast, it's one of the best breakfast I've ever had. Highly recommend Ethos Cafe to anyone in visiting Golden

Went for coffee with a friend for an Americano and cappuccino. The staff were friendly, courteous, and diligent. I was impressed that they asked if it was to stay or go. It's a small detail but important for those that want a sit down experience with real dishware. The outside patio was clean, comfortable, and spacious.

The grilled cheese sandwich is the best in Canada. You might think I'm exaggerating, but I'm not. All the food is super flavourful, locally sourced, so good

This is the best cafe I’ve ever eaten at. The food is unfathomably good for the price, the staff friendly, the ambiance perfect.

I had lunch here with a couple of friends and everything was excellent. All the food is fresh and the bread is top notch.

It was my first time here. OMG! I tried the almond croissant, and I closed my eyes. I was in Vienna! If I didn't know that I am in the Rockies, I would swear that I got suddenly teleported to Italy or Austria! Than I sipped from this beautiful coffee cup.
Off all coffee shops in Banff, Canmore and Golden, Ethos has the best coffee! And the croissants? They taste like the croissants I ate in Italy. Thank you Joel and Daphnee. You are running one of the finest coffee shops I have visited on my travels!
