Worst experience I have ever had, renting for 15 years in Vancouver.
This apartment building along with the Cambridge street location and any other apartments they own in the lower main land should be evacuated and burned to the ground.

The building is in horrible condition and under horrible management. Mice? Check. Cockroaches? Big time. Building manager is difficult to deal with and rarely fixes issues. Many people leave within a month or so of moving in.
Do NOT rent here. You will be blamed for every problem. Take anything Jennifer says with a heaping pile of salt. Know that every floor has a problem with roaches, but the second floor has it the worst. If you see ONE roach, document it immediately. Do not let Jennifer tell you the problem is "under control" or "not an issue". Demand pest control for the building. Roaches become more active in the summer.
The only saving grace of this building are the tenants who live here.

Horrible management, and building in need of some repairs/fumigation. Caused so much stress, anxiety, and health issues living with pests. So many mice droppings everywhere, and they have literally ran around our feet. Found cockroaches and had a bed bug scare. All blamed on us. Worst of all, she lied to prospective landlords that we missed payments and were bad tenants. We could've been without a home before we caught on. Really, horrific experience. Do not live here. If you live here, Get out and document everything.

Building has pest problems-cockroachs, mice, bedbugs. The building manager, Jennifer will lie and tell you that this isn't true, but it is. Reports for certain maintenance issues either fall on her deaf ears, or take a long time to get it done. DO NOT RENT HERE!?
