EuroFood Plus - Eastern European Food Store

Have been to this store not once but twice buying sweets by weight. Both times found white MAGGOTS after opening. Ew!

I don’t recommend buying bird’s milk candies by weight, the seller highly recommended taking these “just received” ones, but they turned out to be old and made in Russia, although the seller spoke in Ukrainian. I was unpleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness and where they were produced.

Absolutely the worst service I have experienced in Vancouver so far. I was first in line and the server asked what I wanted. I asked if the fish could be cut in half and she said no. While she was weighing the fish for me she started serving another customer the same fish and stopped serving me. The service is horrible and I won't be coming back. These people obviously do not know how to run a business.

Purchased two hot smoked mackerels today for about $30 in total. Absolutely, terrible quality and likely expired, dry and falling apart. Had to dispose. Spoke with a store associate on the phone who tried to tell me it is normal for the mackerel to be “dry”. Disappointed.

Small European store, with limited item selection. Many different sweets. Some authentic souvenirs.

It's a pleasure to come to your store. All the ladies over there are very nice they always welcome you with a big smile. Milena is very friendly and polite. She makes me to buy more than I need, her suggestion are very helpful to me.

Rarely visit the store due to the fact that I live in Surrey. But I always try to go to this store if I want to get some buckwheat or kvas. Definitely one of the best stores with a rich variety of Russian and Ukrainian products. The staff is friendly and always asks if they can help. Especially the girl from Kirgistan is very friendly and provides the best customer service.

For those who’s looking for FRESH products (including jars of jam etc) this store is absolutely not the place! Not to mention their triple prices from other European stores…. Highly NOT recommended!

This neighbourhood-favourite grocery store has saved me so many times! It looks small on the outside but it is unassumingly massive on the inside. They have such a variety of items and I can almost always find what I'm looking for. The staff is always so helpful and friendly especial Milena.
Seriously don't know what I would do without this super convenient grocery location.

Great European store with a bit of everything. They have a wide variety of meat, dumplings and classic European foods. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I especially want to thank Milena for her exceptional customer service and taking the time explaining what different foods are. Anyone looking for Eastern European food should definitely check this store out. Highly recommend.

If I would have to open a groceries and delicatessen foods, this would be the FRICHAISE STORE THAT YOU WOULD WANT TO HAVE, Along with Millena the Girl from Moldova, and all the other girls are very pleased, though, Milenna is my favorite! As a Manager I'm certain that my business would go a long time, then is the food that is fresh, sometimes I have to wait a few days, others a week, just because they don't over-order foods and they always selling us, nothing but the always freshly best, thank you for your tremendous service!

Great selection and worst service. Entire time I’m ordering the 2 girls are in deep conversation with each other and not even looking at me. Even paused in giving service while they finished their conversation. Unbelievable! This has happened twice before. 3 strikes! Will not be going back to this establishment.

Nice, small shop with a good and broad assortment of European foods, snacks, and drinks. Very kind and helpful staff.

Refused to exchange food when they gave the wrong product. The clerk was rude and dismissive. I'm also only just now seeing all the warnings about expired foods. Will never return.

I love this place because it had the stuff that I didn't even think I could find outside of Russia, but unfortunately some of the stuff I bought was already expired
