David Hirsh is an amazing sales person and always available during the construction phase to answer any questions we had. Bad showroom and consultation experience with sales person, Brian H.

As a potential new client, I contacted Euroline looking for a consult for windows and doors for my Vancouver project. I was arranged to have a meeting with Brian at the showroom in North Delta and had a terrible sales experience with him. It left us with a bad taste for Euroline and at the least, would not recommend Brian as a sales person for anyone looking to do business with Euroline.

For a project of twenty four windows and three patio doors, my wife and I wanted to look at the products Euroline offered. We wanted to ask questions, and discuss to detail our specifications for each window so that we could have a precise quote from Euroline - none of which happened. Our goal for our consult was to leave Euroline with a sense of accomplishment and to make an educated decision when it came to choosing our window supplier.

When we sat down with Brian, we had told him that we had visited other local window suppliers for quotes and these companies varied in price range. Being new to home building, we wanted to have a greater understanding of what different price tiers offered their clients and end-users. We felt that once we mentioned lower tiered window suppliers, it was easier for him to push us out the door. We felt as if he assumed that Euroline windows would be out of our price range. He even went as far as asking me if I was wasting his time, I had to reassure him that I was not. That was quite embarrassing while being in the showroom.

Twenty six minutes into our consultation, I asked him if it would be a good time for us to sit down and discuss the drawings. He mentioned to us that he only had 4 minutes left in the meeting which shocked both my wife and I as we had allotted one and a half hours out of our busy schedules for these consultations similar to what other window suppliers would have done. He did not mention to us that he had only booked us for thirty minutes. If we had known, we would not have even considered coming to the showroom as our drive from Vancouver took longer than the consultation itself.

Brian did not prepare any of our drawings for the consultation even though they had been sent and a meeting was booked five days prior to. He even confirmed our meeting one hour before it occurred.

Seeing as we had only 4 minutes left with Brian, we asked him to quickly print the drawings so we can discuss to detail what we wanted in our quotes. Once he had it printed, I started going over each window. As I started discussing specifications on the first front window, he cut us off and told us to send quotes other window manufacturers had prepared for us so that he can copy and build a quote from those consultations. This was quite inappropriate as different manufactures offer different products and features.

We greatly value our time and efforts and that was wasted with Brian at Euroline. Our hope is that your experience will be different.

Euroline have been fantastic to deal with. I have done a number of projects with them, some simple and some complex, delivery was on time if not early and we have never had any complaints from our clients or warranty issues. Jimmy, who I have been dealing with is very knowledgeable and has made some great recommendations. I would highly recommend Euroline.

Tldr; We built a passive house and Brian Hirsch helped make the windows a painless process.

When we built a passive house in 2015 the options for super insulated, triple pane windows were somewhat limited.

Expensive wood windows from the US, inexpensive windows from somewhere in Europe or Euroline making windows in my backyard.

Wood was not a preferred look on this build as well as not wanting the ongoing maintenance to keep them looking superb in perpetuity. Also, we did not have the budget to use wood windows and have triple pane.

The windows from Europe seemed like a feasible option until we factored in that they have to be coordinated to be shipped in a sea container, broken glazing units (possibility) would have to be re-ordered from Europe with their own lag time. On top of this, there are testings that would have to be paid for (that are already done for North American windows). The installation crew would have to be coordinated from out of town.

I was introduced to Brian at Euroline through our framing contractor and it was clear that he was aware of what was required for windows to be created for our passive house. Euroline has a large showroom in Delta where we met and I had the opportunity to be hands on with the products.

After we provided drawings, Brian easily led me through the nuances of european hardware and suggested minor design alterations to maximize their utility and then provided a quote.

Shortly after deposit we were scheduled in for production. The house framing and window installation dovetailed seamlessly.

We built a custom home 8 years ago and used Euroline for all our windows. Brian helped us out. We just moved into our new home and Brian helped us again. All new windows, doors and blinds. Great service, great quality, would use them over and over. Service is what we want and we got it here. Would highly recommend them for any project if quality is on your radar. Even after we moved, we needed a few items fixed and they came and did it.

We have built our last 3 houses using Euroline windows. The product is second to none with expected quality always delivered. Brian Hirsch has been our sales rep for all and is great at what he does. Very easy and thorough to work with.

We've installed Euroline ThermoPlus passive house windows on a number of our jobs. The window is a cost effective option for high performance projects and the Euroline team was helpful with both the quotes and the install.

We have worked with David Hirsch of EuroLine windows since 2010 when we were constructing a waterfront home on the coast.
He explained the benefits of using his products in close proximity to the water and made suggestions that enhanced the design of our home.

I had a fantastic experience working with Brian on a new construction project in Vancouver. My previous supplier was unable to fulfill an order for the new doors, so I was in a bind trying to get the house closed up and keeping the project on schedule. Brian went above and beyond by meeting with me the day I called and fulfilling the order on short notice. The best part was that the cost of the doors was below the competitor even though it was a higher quality product with better features. Faster, less expensive and higher quality.
